Abstract :The main purpose of this research was to determine the effect of cognitive – behavioral group training method on the stress in patients with multiple sclerosis. The subsidiary purpose of the was to determine the effect of demographic characteristics of the subjects on the patients’ stress scores. For this purpose, patients belonging to Isfahan M.S Society were randomly selected. Among these, those who had the highest stress scores were chosen and divided into two subject groups. The experimental group receiving the cognitive– behavioral group training method in weekly sessions and control group which did not receive any intervention. Cooper’s stress signs inventory and a researcher–developed inventory determining the common stressful factors in MS patients were used. Both of these inventories were used in two stages, namely, pretest and posttest for collecting the data for both groups. The results of covariance analysis in Cooper’s inventory showed a significant reduction in the experimental group stress as compared with the control group (p < ). But the results of covariance analysis did not show any significant difference in the reduction intensity of stressful factors in both groups in common stressful factors inventory. The findings also showed that demographic characteristics in both testes have not had any significant effect on the adjustment of subjects' stress scores. Manuscript profile

This study examined the effectiveness of humanistic group training on men`s relationship beliefs in Isfahan in 2012(1391s.c.) . This is a semi-empirical study consisting of a pre-test and a post-test in which three Groups including a control group were investigated. The research sample was randomly chosen from 114 applicants of group training and were randomly assingned into three groups. The first group consisted of 30 husbands who participated with their wives the second group consisted of 30 husbands who participated alone, without their wives and the third group consisted of 30 husbands as the control group. All the three groups were first tested by Relationship Beliefs Inventory (RBI)( Eidelson & Epstien, 1982), as pre-tests . The first two experimental groups were instructed through group trainings of transactional behavior analysis in 10 sessions, and then they were tested with RBI at the post-test stage. Multivariate analysis of covariance and Post Hoc bonferroni Test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the mean of relationship beliefs of men in the first group was significantly lower than that of the control group . There was a significant difference between the relationship beliefs of men of the first group and the men of the second group and also the mean of men in the second group was significantly lower than that of the control group(p < 0.01). Humanitarianism approach is a good way to improve the relationship beliefs and the mean of the control group was greater than the mean of the experimental groups. This approach is the best ways to improve relations and reduce damaging relationships in the family. Manuscript profile

The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of anger management training based on cognitive reconstruction on mental fatigue, perceived stress and emotion regulation of nurses at Shafai Hospital in Urmia. The statistical population of the research is made up of the College of Nurses of Shafai Hospital in Urmia, from which 30 people were selected by a purposeful method and were randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group. The selection of the sample size was done with the help of Cohen's table and based on the power of the test. The design of this research is semi-experimental, with pre-test, post-test and control group. The educational packages include anger management techniques based on cognitive reconstruction, and Yoder's psychological fatigue questionnaire (2010), Watson, Clarke and Telgen's (1988) excitement questionnaire, and Cohen et al.'s (1983) perceived stress scale were used to measure the research variables. The implementation method was in the order that first the subjects were selected by the screening method and were replaced in two experimental and control groups. Before the implementation of the intervention in each group, three questionnaires were administered as a pre-test on the participants of all groups. After that, anger management techniques based on cognitive reconstruction were taught in the experimental group, and finally, the same questionnaires were administered again as a post-test on the participants of both experimental groups. To analyze the data, multivariate analysis of covariance was used in SPSS22 software. According to the findings of the research, the modified mean of the anger management experimental group in perceived stress, mental fatigue and emotion regulation is 30.46, 6.87, 65.88 respectively, and the mean of the control group in these variables is 35.86 respectively. 11/05 and 59/37. The average difference between these two groups in the post-test of the dependent variables of the research is significant at the level of 0.01. Therefore, it can be said that the average of the anger management experimental group is significantly lower than the average of the control group in perceived stress and mental fatigue and higher than the control group in emotion regulation. According to these findings, the research hypothesis is confirmed and it can be said that anger management training based on cognitive restructuring has an effect on perceived stress and mental fatigue and increasing emotion regulation. Scherer's self-efficacy questionnaire and Enrich Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire were used to collect data. Statistical indicators of standard mean deviation and line graph were used. In the inferential findings and hypothesis tests, ANCOVA and MANCOV tests were used. Before performing this test, the assumptions of these tests were examined. Based on this, it can be concluded that solution-oriented group training on self-efficacy and satisfaction. Marital status of married women referring to counseling centers in Tehran Region 3 was effective and the relationship was significant (p <0.05). In this study, data were analyzed using SPPS26 software. Manuscript profile

Although obesity and overweight are one of the high-income countries’ problems, it becomes low- and average-income countries difficulty too. Obesity is a medical condition that fatty tissues stored in the body more than normal; also, this may cause retrogression of health indicators, such as decreased average lifespan, and or lower the quality. The aim of this study was to compare effectiveness of group training emotional regulation and cognitive behavioral therapy on emotion regulation of overweight people. For this purpose, during a semi-experimental study with pretest-posttest and the control group, 60 overweigh individuals referred to medical centers were selected with convenient sampling. Participants were divided into three groups randomly (two experimental group and one control group). Participants assessed with emotional regulation before and after interventions. Both experimental groups received 8 sessions of treatment. The results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that the emotional regulation methods and cognitive behavior therapy are effective on emotion regulation of overweight individuals; also, emotional regulation therapy is more effective than cognitive-behavioral therapy. The findings support the impact of treatments that emphasize on emotional management. Manuscript profile

For a diagnosis in separation anxiety in children, the presence of at least three symptoms, associated with extreme concern about the separation of a person whom one is attached to, is essential. The aim of the current study was to determine the effectiveness of attachment-based intervention on reducing the symptoms of this disorder. For this purpose, in a semi- experimental study pre-test and post-test along with the control group, 302 mothers who had children four to six years were chosen from available samples, their children’s separation anxiety was assessed through them. 25 mothers whom their children had the highest rate of separation anxiety were selected and were randomly assigned to two groups of experiment and control (12 patients in the experimental group and 13 in the control group). The Mothers of the experimental group participated in 8 sessions of attachment-based training, weekly. Mothers of both group, completed the measure of separation anxiety scale in children again, both after the training sessions, and in a two months follow up, after the completion of the study. The results of analysis of mixed variance indicated that the group training of attachment-based of mothers had caused a reduction in significance, in the overall scores of separation anxiety in children. Children of mothers in the experimental group indicated a significant reduction in the fear of being alone, fear of accidents and excessive use of safety signs. The results of this study can be used in clinical situations and problems in the treatment of children with separation anxiety problems. Manuscript profile
