Today,, the process of designing, producing products, and providing services are very fast. However,, despite the mentioned development,, there are some sorts of challenges for societies in terms of social health and coping with corona. Also, these challenges make some concerns with service design and industrial design disciplines. Therefore, in order to solve the recent problem in this case-descriptive study was done. In this regards, 200 questionnaires which filled out by participants as volunteer samples, in which 171 valid and related questionnaires were analyzed. Also, the registered documents for the prevalence of corona in the country based on the Iran Ministry of Health report was considered. According to the author's experience and the mentioned gathered data, the author recommended a new paradigm entitled post-service design to cope with Corona (Covid-19) related problems The proposed paradigm is an integrated model based on three fields of macro-ergonomics, service design and persuasive design. Ergonomics or human factors engineering tries to design work and jobs according to the physical and mental abilities limitation and human interests. This science is formed with the aim of increasing productivity, according to the health, and safety in the environment. This science is also trying to coordinate the environment with the human than to coordinate human with the environment. Along with this, the present study investigates the role of physical factors of the workplace (ergonomics) and an increase of productivity of Tejarat Bank employees in Shiraz. In order to collect field data, two standard questionnaires-one TLX.NASA questionnaire to evaluate the physical dimensions of the workplace (ergonomics) and Ajio Model questionnaire to evaluate the employees’ productivity – applied. Data analysis was inferential statistics through the SPSS.19 software program. To test the theories, simple regression and correlation coefficient were used and to know the significance t-test and z-test were applied. Research findings have shown that there is primarily a significant difference between workplace physical conditions (ergonomics) and its dimensions (physical load, mental load, effort, performance, and time load), and the increase of the productivity of Tejarat Bank employees. Any increase in (physical, mental or time load decrease the productivity and vice versa. And any increase in effort and performance increase the productivity and vice versa. Manuscript profile

Introduction: Today, with the advancement of technology, computer users are more prone to musculoskeletal disorders than other employees in any organization. The existence of a relationship between musculoskeletal disorders, especially low back pain, and sitting posture in workplace has been confirmed. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between physical activity level and office ergonomics with the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in female computer users of Islamic Azad University of Rasht. Methods: The present study was a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study with the cooperation of 39 female employees of the Islamic Azad University of Rasht. The data collection tool in this study was questionnaire. Beck Physical Activity Questionnaire (BPAQ), Rapid Administrative Stress Assessment (ROSA) and Nordic Questionnaire were used to assess the variables of physical activity level; office ergonomics and the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 24 and Chi-square statistical tests. Results: The results showed that there was no significant relationship between physical activity and musculoskeletal disorders, but a significant relationship was observed between the ergonomics of the subjects workplace environment and musculoskeletal disorders. Subjects who scored in alert areas and ergonomic intervention needs on ROSA assessment, reported musculoskeletal disorders.Discussion: generally, the results of the present study showed that physical activity does not prevent the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders in computer users, but ergonomic situation in the workplace, plays a major role in the prevalence of these disorders. Human protection against possible risks in the environment, when it is related to the type of job of the consumer, attracts more attention. And on the other hand, it should be noted that in addition to protecting the body, the energy consumption conditions of the human body should be reduced through the design according to the type of work in order to achieve more efficiency. Despite the different jobs and the difficulty of work, work clothes are of great importance to protect the person from environmental hazards and to feel comfortable wearing them, and to be able to have the highest work efficiency with less energy consumption and minimal physical injuries. The collection of research, library and field information and the statistical population of this research is all the employees of the laboratory department of Arak University of Medical Sciences, including the selection of 30 people as a simple random sample for the survey. The analysis method of this research is qualitative and quantitative, from different sources. They are collected, reviewed and classified and then analyzed. In connection with the collection of information related to the literature of the subject and the background of the research from the library method and to reject or confirm the research questions, the research method is used. In this research, information about laboratory clothing with a protective approach in biological accidents is extracted from reliable sources. and then the design of the survey questionnaire and the design of new laboratory clothing samples will be discussed. Lifting heavy objects without skill, carries a very high risk and causes injury to the back muscles. Electromyography can provide the best method of lifting heavy objects. In this study, four healthy females (1 female, 40 years old and 3 females, 20±3 years old) and six healthy men (2 men, 50±5 years old and 4 men, 20±5 years old) voluntarily participated, by obtaining four different electromyography signals. The obtained data were windowed every 15.5 seconds and the 4th order Butterworth filter was applied to the data. Then the variance, RMS and average of the data were calculated. The most muscle activation happened in performing ergonomic movement, which shows that in this case, the least pressure is applied to other muscles. Future studies can be defined on the impact of using the exoskeleton in identifying and assisting in load carrying movement. Manuscript profile
