In recent years, mixing of land use and mixed development has become one of the important areas of research in urban studies. One of the important topics related to the mix of uses is how to measure it in urban areas. Due to the fact that in many researches, the mix of uses is assumed as an independent variable that affects other aspects of the urban environment, so how to measure it is very important to achieve reliable results. This research has been carried out in order to measure and evaluate the areas of Tehran metropolis in terms of diversity and mix of urban uses. This research is descriptive-analytical and practical in terms of targeting. The methods of collecting information and data are in the form of documents (municipal statistics and detailed plan). Shannon's entropy, Gray's relationship analysis, Shannon-Wiener and Simpson's dominance models were used to analyze the data and information obtained in ARC/GIS software. Region 3 ranks first with diversity index (0.496) and Simpson dominance index (0.059487). Regions 20 and 19 are ranked second and third respectively with diversity index (0.395) and (0.304) and Simpson dominance index (0.019127) and (0.007362). On the other hand, region 8 with the lowest diversity index (0.022) and Simpson dominance index (0.000006) is ranked last. It shows that 2 regions (4 and 1) are in very high condition, 2 regions (5 and 2) are in high condition, 7 regions (3, 9, 6, 22, 18, 16 and 15) are in medium condition. 5 regions (12, 11, 7, 19 and 20) are in low status and 6 regions (14, 13, 21, 10, 8, low and 17) are in very low status. Statistically, %9 of the regions are in a very high condition, %9 in a high condition, %32 in an average condition, %23 in a low condition, and %27 in a very low condition. Manuscript profile

The aim of this research is to examine the performance of a trading strategy based on stochastic dominance in Iran’s stock market. To achieve this purpose, we used a sample including the daily returns of the stocks listed on Tehran stock exchange, between 2001 and 2015, and exploited the portfolio study approach. In this way, for each month portfolios are constructed based on second and third degree stochastic dominance, by buying the dominance stocks and selling the dominated ones. Then the performance of this trading strategy is tested with the respect to the obtained alphas from an extended five-factor model. The results show that the arbitrage portfolios based on stochastic dominance produce positive, statistically significant, excess returns. In addition, these returns are robust even after being adjusted to risk premiums (Market, Size, Value, Liquidity and Momentum premiums). Consequently, the results support the fact that the stochastic dominance factor is engaged in pricing of the Tehran stock exchange. Moreover, it is crucial to notice that the potential price distortions related to infrequent trading have an enormous impact on the results of the study. Manuscript profile

Identifying the right to privacy of individuals as one of the most important human rights is of great importance, and Islam, as the most complete religion, has paid special attention to the necessity of respecting the privacy of individuals, according to its various rulings and orders. Although in Islamic jurisprudence various aspects of privacy have not been dealt with under one title, but it can be claimed that the Islamic Shari'ah has considered aspects of this privacy that can still be discussed in the science of law. Today, with the advance of communication technologies and the expansion of the use of cyberspace, people's privacy is under threat. Therefore, the main question of the article is what are the principles and foundations in jurisprudence and law regarding the protection of people's privacy in cyberspace? In jurisprudence and the legal system of Iran, it has covered strong principles such as the need to respect human dignity, moral values, the rule of dominance, the rule of respect, and avoiding cruelty as common rules for protecting privacy in this field, in order to create the necessary space for growth and flourishing people's talents. In this regard, this research, by presenting the principles of privacy in Islamic jurisprudence and law, along with the territory and examples of privacy violations in cyber space, the strict attention of Sharia law to privacy protection is clarified. One of the indisputable and important rules of jurisprudence is the rule of Domination. According to this rule, man has dominion over his property and, consequently, the right to possess. The issue that has been raised in this regard and has caused controversy among jurists as well as jurists is the possibility of recognizing the human right to the body based on the rule of Domination. The specific question in this regard is whether the human right to one's body can be justified on the basis of the rule of Domination or whether another approach should be sought? The results of the analysis of this issue in the present paper are that the inference of kingship over the organs of the body, by analogy with the priority of human kingship over rubbing, does not seem correct because our kingship over property is not absolute so that we can By analogy of priority, let us conclude that we have dominion over the organs of the body. Also, the delegation of human affairs to him can not be considered as a reason for man's dominion over his body parts, because the delegation of human affairs to him is only in matters not related to body (blood) and includes political and social issues. It does not enter into the circle of sensitive issues in which the Shari'a procedure is based on excessive precaution. On the contrary, reliance on the rule and theory of guardianship seems to be a better explanation of the human right to his body. Manuscript profile

In order to investigate the effect of different sources of nitrogen fertilizer on the relative frequency, density and biomass of safflower, a factorial experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three replications located in the research farm of faculty of agriculture university of Jiroft in 2018-2019 year. The first factor at two levels included the use of manure and non-use of manure, the second factor included different nitrogen fertilizer sources at five levels of control, urea fertilizer, urea fertilizer with sulfur coating, ammonium nitrate, nitroxin and nano nitrogen. The results showed that in all three stages of sampling weeds, Clover (Trifolium repens L.) and Umbrella sedge (Cyperus rotundus L.) weeds had the highest and Bermudagrass (Cynodon dactylon) and Sorrel (Rumex crispus L.) had the lowest relative abundance. Different sources of fertilizer had a significant effect on biomass weeds of clover, umbrella sedge, common mallow and other weeds during three sampling stages. Based on the results of mean comparison, the highest biomass was obtained of clover weed in the first stage in the treatment of manure with chemical fertilizers urea (17.04 g). The lowest biomass was obtained in no manure in control (6.47 g) and nano nitrogen fertilizer (4.63 g). Shannon and Margalef indices in the first stage of sampling 0.96 and 0.94, the second stage of sampling 0.79 and 1.06 and the third stage of sampling 0.63 and 1.11 respectively in the treatment of manure was more than to non-use manure. Sources of urea and urea fertilizers with sulfur coating had higher weed diversity index than other treatments. According to the results of this study, it is suggested to use biological sources of nitrogen in order to prevent weed infestation and competition with the target plant. Manuscript profile

Language, woman and the influence of culture and society in creating language differences between men and women is a topic that has occupied the minds of many researchers for many years. Dominance theory is one of the most important theories that examines the difference in social status between men and women and how it reflects on each one specific linguistic behavior. Proverbs are considered the most important linguistic elements explain the lives of people in the society, so that they can be used to study the language of a woman and understand her cultural and social identity. The first volume of the book mosuʽa al-amsāl al-shaʽbyya al-misryya va al-taʽbirāt al-sāʼira (Encyclopedia of Egyptian Popular Proverbs and Common Expressions) by Ibrahim Ahmed Shaolan contains a large number of local Egyptian proverbs that shows women interpretations in a special way. Considering the importance of accent in cultural linguistic studies, we noticed that there have been very few studies about the quality of socio-cultural identity of women in common proverbs among Arabic dialects. Therefore, relying on the descriptive-analytical method and in conformity with the statistical model, we examined local women's proverbs based on the mentioned book and in the light of the dominance theory. The results that we have achieved in this study are as follows: the percentage of negative characteristics of a woman prevails over her positive characteristics. The linguistic behavior of a woman is such that when expressing her opinions and ideas, she usually chooses the nominal and declarative sentence style, in the position of competition and struggle, he chooses the style of repeated first person pronoun and in the time of despair and failure, she often turns to choosing the style of non-declarative sentence. To beautify and improve landscape of Mashhad metropolitan city, weed situation of Khorshid Park was studied. Thirty weed species belonging to 15 plants families formed the relatively diverse weed communities established on plains and hillsides of the park most of which belonged to Asteraceae, Poaceae and Fabaceae families, respectively. Sixteen of which (53%) were annuals, 37% were perennials and 10% were biennials. the richness of the plain weed community with 26 species was more than hillsides with 20 species. Weed community in hillside weed was highly uniform while uniformity of weed community in plains was less than hillsides showing signs of dominance at the beginning of the season. The Logarithmic distribution model of species showed the habitats are not relatively demolished, The similarity between weed communities of plains and hillsides was less than the similarity between seasonal weed communities of each habitat indicating more adaption of weeds to habitat conditions. The less similarity was obtained between spring weeds of both habitats while the most similarity was observed between summer weed communities. This survey proved that plains are threatened by noxious weed species such as Acroptilon repens L., Cynodon dactylon L., Hordeum murinum L., Bromus tectorum L. and Setaria viridis L. while hillsides menaced by Acroptilon repens L., Alhagi camelorum Fisch., Cirsium arvense and Xanthium strumarium L. In order to study the effect of plant density, planting pattern and herbicide dosage of nicosulfuron, a field experiment was arranged in a factorial split plot treatments based on RCBD with three replications in Chenaran, Khorasan Razavi, in 2010. The experimental treatments consisted of a factorial plant density (100000, 120000 and 140000 plants ha-1) in the planting pattern (single and double row) as main plot and herbicide dosage of nicousulforon in four levels (0, 1, 1/5 and 2, l.ha-1) as sub-plot. Samplings were made at in five stages (37days after the emergence of corn and it was repeated once per 20 days). The results indicated reducing the weed density and dry matter of weeds in the first stage after the herbicide treatment. Moreover, it was observed a significant interaction effect between plant density with planting pattern and between planting pattern with herbicides dosages during growth season on reducing weed density and dry matter. Also results indicated that in between of this experiment's treatments, nicosulfuron herbicide reduced weed density at the beginning of growth season and double row planting pattern suppressed weed density during growing season, and resulted in lowest Jacard similarity index (Sj) of weed species. Results also indicated that with increasing of plant density and herbicide dosage especially in composition of double row planting pattern, according to Shannon- Wiener index, sensitive population such as common purslane (Portulaca oleracea L.), buckhorn plantain (Plantago lanceolata L.), prostrate knotweed (Polygonum aviculareL.), black nightshade (Solanum nigrum L.) and Johnson grass (Sorghum halepens L.) was reduced in during growing season. Simpson dominance index, showed that some low populated weeds such as redroot pigweed (Amaranthus retroflexus L.), common lambsquarters (Chenopodium album L.), field bindweed (Convolvulus arvensis L.) and Canada thistle (Circum arvensis L.) persisted their growth up to the end of growing season. The science of jurisprudence has witnessed many ups and downs and has gone through different periods since its emergence. However, periodography of jurisprudence is a newborn field of study.Knowledge of the historyof jurisprudence and its periods and the status of jurisprudential practice in different periods can assist in a better understanding of jurisprudence and factors affecting its ups and downs. Sunni scholars have begun to write distinctly about the history of jurisprudence before Shia scholars, but they have failed to refer to the Shia history as an independent phenomenon. Shia jurisprudence historians have categorized Shia jurisprudence into different periods each using their own specific criterions. For instance, Shehābi has investigated different periods of jurisprudence based on time criterion, while Āsefi has studied the history of jurisprudence based on location criterion. This study used an analytical-descriptive method and contains two parts: the first part reports on ten cases of general periodographies of Imamiyah jurisprudence and then the related works has been analyzed following each case. In the second part of the paper, the authors have discussed Imamiyah jurisprudence within thirteen periods with respect to the development of jurisprudence due to the gradual evolution of jurisprudents' views. In ordinary life, according to some jurisprudential views, the idea arose for Muslims that in social life, the practice of family life is practically based on the absolute domination of the husband over the wife. On the other hand, based on the re-examination of jurisprudential documents and the principles of the relationship between husband and wife, and by accepting private property; the independence of each spouse is preferable to each other in terms of life, property and honor in married life. Therefore, the domination of the husband is to the extent of the right of marriage; that is, obedience and good companionship. On the other hand, the wife dominates the husband in terms of receiving dowry and alimony, which is a reciprocal and just domination, thus proving the equality of the husband and wife. With this description, the two notions of husband domination and wife privacy are in conflict. What is the solution? Is it possible to give privacy to a woman, despite the jurisprudential arguments for the husband to dominate the wife? Since the conflict has a primitive aspect, it can be resolved through customary collecting and through Hukoma (supremacy). According to the principle of non-guardianship every human being has independence in life, property, honor, the privacy of the wife rules and limits it. Manuscript profile

AbstractThe constitution is the national document and the mother law in any country that reflects the ideology of that country. In the Islamic Republic of Iran, due to the uprising of the people to achieve an Islamic system and salvation from the arrogant domination of the world, also the unique popular vote for such a system and constitution causes it to have high popular support and at the same time because The fact that the principles contained in the constitution are derived from the rules and laws of Islam, adherence to it is also a religious requirement. By carefully examining the articles of the constitution, one can obtain the general principles of foreign policy and answer many social issues in the field of foreign policy. This research has been carried out with the aim of explaining the framework of foreign policy principles derived from the Constitution and emphasizing its implementation by the authorities, which is the result of extracting the mentioned articles from the Constitution; Peace in international relations is the complete rejection of colonialism and the eradication of any tyranny and the denial of any domination and domination, support for the right-wing struggle of the oppressed against the arrogant to ensure human well-being in all human society and maintain its independence and freedom in the shadow of dignity and justice. And in this way, it saves human beings from the tyranny of tyrannical rule of gold and force, so the implementation of such laws that have been approved according to Islamic rules by the officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran will lead to the creation of global justice. 3 jurisprudential rules The authority of men over women is based on verse 34 of Surah An-Nisa ', which is the source of many rules and regulations in jurisprudence and law, especially in family law and male-female relations. Male domination over women in our system, in cases such as the wife's obedience to her husband; Determining the location; The right of a man to oppose a woman's job; Citizenship; Husband's guardianship has affected children and many other cases. There have been different and sometimes conflicting interpretations of this verse. Some commentators in the interpretation of the verse "By the grace of God, some of them are Ali" some have mentioned more than ten cases in proving the superiority of men over women: Alimony and household expenses, and finally the divine decree. Some believe; The best interpretation of the above verse, according to the context of the verses before and after and even the beginning and the end of the verse, is related to the relations between men and women in the family. Others, by generalizing causes such as rational powers, have extended the ruling of the verse to society and believe in the guardianship of men over women. . However, there is strong scientific evidence that strongly denies the biological difference between men and women in sexual matters; But assuming the acceptance of the theory that in the real world, in the nature of human beings, Manuscript profile

In order to study the type of action of genes and inheritance of traits in chickpea, the generation mean analysis was accomplished using the cross of six cultivars of chickpea called Pirouz, Bivanich, Flip51-87c, Iccv2, Kaka, and Azad. Parent seeds along with seeds of F1, F2, BC1, and BC2 were cultivated in a randomized complete block design with three replications, and eight traits including plant height, number of seeds per plant, number of pods per plant, number of hollow pods per plant, number of double-grain pods per plant, 100-seed weight, number of days to 50% flowering, and grain yield were evaluated. The variance analysis results indicated that the mean squares of generations were significant for all the traits, so the generation mean analysis for the studied traits was performed. Based on the results of generation mean analysis for all the studied traits besides the additive and dominant effects, epistatic effects were also fitted which indicates the complexity of the inheritance of these traits. The results also showed that the plant height was controlled by incremental and dominating effects. It was also determined that the dominant genetic effect has the most significant role in the inheritance of most of the studied traits.Key Word: Chickpea, epistasis, Gene action, effects additive, dominance Manuscript profile

Five CMS lines and four restorer lines (tester) were crossed in a line × tester designe in order to analyze general and specific combining abilities and gene effects in sunflower for some agronomic traits. Hybrids were evaluated in a randomized complete block design, with three replications under optimum and limited water conditions in the Agriculture Research Station, Khoy, during 2014 and 2015 growing seasons. Plant height, head diameter, seeds per head, days to beginning of flowering, days to maturity, proline percent, protein percent, and Chlorophyll b were found to be controlled mainly by dominance effects. CMS lines AGK30 and testers RGHK25 and RGHK50 turned out to be the best general combiners for seed and oil yield. The highest positive and significant GCA for plant height, head diameter, and the number of seeds per head were achieved for RGHK25. The hybrid combination of AGK44 × RGHK56 showed high specific combining ability for seed and oil yield. At grain yield AGK30 line had the highest positive and significant GCA and AGK2 had the highest negative and significant GCA it trait. At evaluation of tester, RGHK50 tester had the highest positive and significant GCA and RGHK56 had the highest negative and significant GCA it trait. At evaluation of specific combining ability RGHK56×AGK44 hybrid had the highest positive and significant SCA and RGHK25× AGK110 hybrid had the highest negative and significant GCA it trait. In order to evaluate the salinity tolerance of spring rapeseed varieties, 15 hybrids obtained from the intersection of 5 lines and 3 testers with their parents (total of 23 genotypes) in two conditions of normal and salinity irrigation in two randomized complete block designs with 3 replications were studied in 2009-2010 at Kerman Agricultural and natural Resources Research Center. Significance of the effect of treatment on all studied traits (a total of eight traits) under two irrigation conditions showed that there was sufficient genetic diversity between crosses, which justified line × tester analysis. Decomposition of hybrids into their components based on line-tester analysis showed that the effects of lines, testers, and the effect of line-tester in terms of the studied traits were significant, and the lines had different reactions in combination with different testers. Estimates of more than one for the ratio of the mean squares of general combining ability to squares of specific combining ability showed that the additive action of genes has greater role in their genetic control. High values and low amplitude changes of broad sense heritability showed that genetic variance was greater than environmental variance. The lowest amount of specific heritability for the trait of 1000-kernel weight (58.74%), and the highest amount was related to grain yield (89.89%) under normal irrigation conditions. Crosses SPN179 × Dalgon and RGS003 × SPN179 are the best hybrids in terms of grain yield under normal and salinity conditions, respectively, with the highest values of specific combining and are recommended Manuscript profile

This research was performed to evaluate the effect of potassium humate on potato seed germination rate in the greenhouse, tuber yield and yield components in the field and estimation of heterosis rate and dominance degree in true potato seed hybrids during three years (2008-2010). In this experiment, 3500 true seeds of potato hybrid variety HPS-II/67 were planted after treated with potassium humate for 6, 12, 18 and 24 hours in the planting bed of Biolan peat mass in the greenhouse and direct seed planting was considered as a control. Attributes such as time to seed germination, seed germination percentage and days to germination were recorded in the greenhouse. 540 potato seedlings were transferred to the field at 4-5 leaf stages. The experimental design was a completely randomized block design with three replications. After harvest, number and weight of tubers per plant, tuber average size and marketable tuber yield were counted and measured and 300 hybrids were selected. The selected hybrids with Agria cultivar (control) were planted at Agricultural and Natural Resources Research Station of Ardabil during 2010. The results showed that differences between different treatments of potassium humate were significant for tuber number and weight per plant, tuber average size and marketable tuber yield. The maximum seed germination percentage, tuber number and weight per plant and marketable tuber yield were obtained for 6, 12 and 18 hours treatments of potassium humate. Potassium humate increased germination by 41% and 1.2 kg per m2 marketable tuber yield. Mean tuber yield per plant was 550 g in control and 613.08 g in hybrids. Tuber yield per plant for hybrids had 23.67% over dominance, 6.33% complete dominance, 64% reduction dominance and 6.0% without dominance. In this experiment, about 50.33% of hybrids (151 hybrids) had high tuber yield per plant than their control. Heterosis for tuber yield per plant was achieved 50.33%. Finally, 50 hybrids were selected regarding to tuber yield, tuber uniformity, shallow eye depth, short stolon and yellow flesh and skin color, heterosis rate and dominance degree.   Manuscript profile

Strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa) belongs to the Rosaceae family. One of the most critical challenges of strawberry production is the plants that cause problems in harvesting and reduced yield. This study was carried out to identify weed flora in strawberry growing regions in Kurdistan province. In this study, determining the genus and species of common weeds in the strawberry fields of two regions was investigated. For this purpose, 13 farms in 6 villages in the Kamyaran region and 11 farms at 11 villages in the Marivan region with the more cultivated area than their surrounding villages were selected. The results of weed flora study in Sanandaj-Kamyaran axis farms showed that the most prevalent weeds in Sanandaj-Kamyaran axis strawberry fields are related to broadleaf weeds including (Convolvulus arvensis L.), (Cirsium arvense), (Acroptilon repens), (Setaria viridis L.), (Allium canadense L.) and (Vicia persica Boiss) with dominance index of 201.5, 200, 193.72, 193.48, 192.24 and 190.64 respectively. The first three weeds were perennial weeds, and the last one was an annual weed. However, among the narrow-leaves annual weeds, (Setaria viridis) had the highest prevalence index (193.48) due to traditional irrigation using rivers and streams, which carry weed seeds in their path. However, in the Marivan region, all species had a high prevalence index, although Portulaca oleracea L. and Cynodon dactylon L. had a higher dominance index than the others. Manuscript profile
