Sometimes the disease rises above the individual level and spreads. This epidemic may be irregular and irregular in terms of time (Sporadic) or in a small area such as a city or village (Outbreak), and sometimes its spread extends beyond a region or country (Epidemics) and sometimes the level of its spread becomes global (Pandemic). )). Facing each of these cases requires different health arrangements and requires different legal rules and planning. Dealing with the disease in the national arena requires a model consisting of coordinated, targeted and legitimate measures. This model is formed in paradigmatic structures based on many philosophical, legal and ethical principles and is designed according to the social structure of each society. What is needed to design the model is the explanation of basic rights and values that must be supported, and the other is the explanation of the goal and purpose in carrying out activities and programs and designing processes. All this is in an inherently variable state; Therefore, from the moral and legal point of view, the question is, which human rights has been threatened and endangered by the disease with the characteristics of Covid-19, and what is the justified set of behavior considering the contagiousness and the spread that has occurred or is occurring? It should be done in return to achieve the goals of control and health provision. According to the rule, for such a model, various goals may be considered for the patient and the disease, and accordingly, various behaviors can be envisioned to achieve these goals. Moral and legal norms will determine the limits of behavior. As a result, it may be effective to implement a program or behavior in the face of illness, but it is not justified in legal and moral terms. Manuscript profile

The global outbreak of the corona virus (2019) in the world has led to a rethinking of many human relationships. The humanities, and especially philosophy, were no exception. In this study, an attempt is made to rethink the absence of humans in public and its relation to the expression of the divine in three areas: art, religion, and philosophy, according to the text of the “Phenomenology of spirit”. In Hegel's thought, the expression of the divine command in the three mentioned fields is possible with the presence of man and for man. The emptying of public, especially places of worship, has led us to question how man and the divine relate to the contemporary world. The results of this study show that in the modern world, nihilism and secularism, art and religion were ineffective in expressing the divine from Hegel's point of view. However, the specific appearances and ceremonies of the arts and the Christian revealed religion still demonstrate them to be effective, Corona unveiled a larger crisis that is the result of the departure of the divine. In the contemporary world, it is possible to express the divine in philosophy. Hegel argues that religion and God are rational, and that the process of the Spirit's manifestation in the material world has been rational, but with an in-depth look at the history of metaphysics, and the events of the modern world, we see that the rational divine is still unthinkable. Corona's outbreak crisis reveals a lack of wisdom Manuscript profile

Forecasting the stock market in each period has been difficult and the value of stock trading has been affected by various factors. Among these factors have been the oil and gas sector, especially in countries that depend on the revenue from their sales. On the other hand, the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic has led to profound changes in both areas. Therefore, in this article, the relationship between oil prices and the Iranian stock market is examined with respect to the prevalence of the Corona pandemic. Understanding the behavior dynamics of the stock exchange value index can help to more accurately predict the future behavior of this variable. Accordingly, the main purpose of this paper is to analyze the asymmetric relationship between oil prices, as well as the simultaneous impact of the corona pandemic news and the rate of corona virus infection on the value of the Iranian stock exchange. In the present paper, nonlinear Autoregressive Distributed Lag (NARDL) in the time period (1399: 05: 15-1398: 11: 30) has been used. The results show that in the long run, rising oil prices have a significant asymmetric effect on stock exchange value. On the other hand, in the short run, the rate of Covid-19 patients has a positive relationship without meaning and the Covid-19 media index has a negative relationship with meaning with the value of stock exchange trading. The outbreak of Corona virus has led to instability in the global economy, especially in the oil and gas industry, and has boosted volatility in financial markets. The reaction to the price of oil for the virus was gradually accepted until March 9, 2020 and international prices fell by more than 20 percent in one day. Increase in the number of patients and the strengthening of financial market volatility have a long-term negative impact on the recent dynamics of crude oil and gas prices. Due to the recession in 2020 and the re-growth projected in 2021, the annual growth of global oil demand will increase. Between 2019 and 2025, global oil demand is expected to grow at an average annual rate of under 1 million barrels per day, and demand will increase by 5.7 million barrels per day over the entire period. Given the current situation, the trend of demand for oil and gas will continue to decline, which will lead to an increase in global demand for renewable energy and its replacement in the world. This article examines the effects of the spread of the virus on prices, supply, demand, exports and imports of crude oil and gas in the world and the factors that can calm this economic chaos. Its results include reducing OPEC production and preventing price failures that weaken the global economy, or maintaining sustainable production and accepting the risk of price failure. At the end, several solutions are presented for quick use of the opportunity in the crisis of the Corona outbreak and separation of the country's economy from fossil fuels and move towards clean and sustainable energy, which leads to reducing environmental pollution. The spread of the Covid-19 virus at the end of 1398 and many damages it caused to individuals is an important issue that requires a special examination about the role and extent of the government's fault in the spread of this disease. In the current research, an attempt has been made to investigate the literature of Shia jurisprudence and internal law, with a look to international law, the different dimensions of the government's civil responsibility due to the fault in the spread of the disease of Covid-19 and the extent of the government's responsibility in compensating the damages caused by the fault of the government in the spread of this virus. The following article, in a descriptive and analytical method by using the documents and library resources, while explaining the covid-19 and the government's responsibility, examines the civil responsibility of the government, its scope and method of compensation caused by the government's fault in the spread of the covid-19 virus. Examining the Shia jurisprudence sources and internal law, shows that there are several foundations and documents for the civil responsibility of the government, due to the fault in the spread of the corona virus and regarding the extent of the government's responsibility, considering the lack of separation between administrative and sovereign acts for the government in Jurisprudence, contrary to internal laws, while occupying government’s fault and damages caused by the government's fault about the victims of the Covid-19 virus, the rule of fairness is that each of the government and the injured victims are responsible to the extent of their fault and If none of them are guilty, the compensation is from the treasury. With the emergence of the Covid-19 virus in 2019, international politics became an arena of competition and cooperation between great powers on how to deal with this virus. In this regard, one of the most important areas of competition between the great powers has been the attempt to gain soft influence and accreditation to its international face through health assistance and consultation in connection with the control of this virus. As the country that was the main source of the corona virus,China tried to restore its international image and reduce the global psychological pressure by putting the development of its health diplomacy on the foreign policy agenda through the global distribution of the vaccine and the provision of health assistance and advice to different countries. On this basis, the main question of the article is, how has China's health diplomacy in the global fight against the corona virus affected the development of this country's soft power? In response to the mentioned question, the hypothesis of the article is that "the development of China's health diplomacy in the form of distributing vaccines, providing advice and providing health aid to third world countries to deal with the corona virus, has been a tool for geopolitical influence, the development of soft power in the post-corona environment and presenting a benevolent image of this country."The present article has been written with a descriptive and analytical approach and the method of data collection has been library, the use of specialized magazines and reputable Internet sites. The aim of this study is to investigate the level of students’ satisfaction with the quality of virtual education in the Islamic Azad University during COVID-19 pandemic. Method of this study is applied type in terms of objectives and descriptive survey through a purposeful online opinion poll from students active in the virtual education classes of the Islamic Azad University of Marvdasht in 2020-2021. Researcher made questionnaire according to virtual education requirements in seven dimensions: course content, curriculum design, technology, course management, learner support, teacher support, course evaluation with 35 Likert-scale questions based on Hao and Barich (2010) design. The required data were collected through 287 questionnaires during three months. Hypotheses were tested by SPSS program, descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation), and inferential statistics (one-way analysis of variance, Duncan post hoc test and t-test, Pearson correlation). The study of students' satisfaction with the quality of Virtual Education during Corona virus pandemic showed that it does not have the desired level. Satisfaction with the components of education quality varies among different fields of study; as the students of humanities were more satisfied with virtual education than technical engineering and basic science students. Considering the components of quality of education that means curriculum content, curriculum design, technology and learner support at different educational levels proved that post- graduate students were more satisfied. The results show that women are more satisfied with the quality of virtual education than men. The results of this research would present proper guidelines for educational administrators as well as future emergency decision-makers regarding the implementation of e-learning programs in the country's universities.
