Nowadays, there has been an increasing interest in the study of life cycle assessment in all industries namely the construction industry in developed countries with the increasing awareness of the environmental effects of buildings and the emergence of powerful tools for their evaluation. Despite various articles have been published in different countries in this field, none of them has focused on the challenges of using life cycle assessment, related studies, and potential solutions to address the challenges. The purpose of this article is to present a systematic report of a comprehensive review of applied studies in the life cycle assessment method in the construction industry to provide a potential solution for future targeted research in this field. The research method of this paper included a brief review of the subject literature to provide an overview of the life cycle assessment method and systematic selection and study of review articles/books to examine the benefits and challenges of life cycle assessment research. By examining the valid research articles from 2000 to 2023 in the collection of ISI articles and Persian scientific research articles, a total of 72 related articles were studied. First, statistical reports on the geographical and thematic distribution according to the variety of factors affecting the life cycle assessment in construction were presented, and then the objectives of the study, fields of action, databases, tools and environmental effects of the published authoritative articles were examined and the strengths and weaknesses of the recent researches were revealed. The findings showed that the use of integrated databases and also the computational principles and coordinated calculator software along with the unification of functional units lad to the alignment of research within the framework of unit standards, as well as the possibility of comparing and expanding the conclusions and as a result, they provide a more comprehensive picture of the environmental effects of construction products and systems for professionals. With the development of information and communication technology, part of the supply chain, including organizational customers, suppliers, and other sectors that play an important role in the business process, has been transferred to existing information technology platforms, causing a complete change. Patterns of trade have become traditional. Thus, the purpose study is to present a conceptual model of the electronic supply chain based on cloud computing in the Iranian construction industry. The research method in this study is descriptive-correlational and analysis of the variance-covariance matrix. This research has been done in the form of libraries and fields. Thus, first, the literature libraries of the "electronic supply chain based on cloud computing", research background and theories on the subject were conducted, and after identifying the indicators, a questionnaire was distributed among the experts of companies active in the construction industry and a questionnaire was distributed. Finally, using the structural equation modeling method, the proposed conceptual model of the research was analyzed. Based on the structural equation modeling findings, in the companies active in the construction industry, "Cost Effectiveness (CEP)", "Delivery (DP)", "Quality (QP)", "Customer Relationship (CRP)", "Integration" (IP) "," Technology (TP) "," Flexibility (FP) "," Stability (S) "," Environmental Intelligence (IE) "," Ease of Access (EA) "and" Tactical Advantage (TA) " on "Electronic supply chain based on cloud computing in Iran's construction industry" has a positive and significant effect. The purpose of this research is to explain the crowdsourcing model in Iran's construction industry projects. The current research is descriptive, exploratory and applied, and qualitative and quantitative (mixed) research methods were used. In the qualitative part, the Delphi technique and the consensus of 7 executive and academic experts were used, who were selected by a targeted and snowball method. In the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis was used, and a questionnaire was distributed and analyzed among 65 experts of entrepreneurial construction projects as random sampling. Also, the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the content and construct validity were also checked. The results showed that the crowdsourcing model of entrepreneurial projects includes eight main categories, which are "project characteristics", "culture", "the role of the government and supervisory institutions", "campaign and marketing information methods", "investor characteristics", "spatial and geographical characteristics". ", "Features of the financial market" and "Features of executives and founders". According to the findings of the research, it is suggested that each of the executives, investors, government and supervisory institutions should cooperate in the design of crowdfunding platforms, because the lack of a suitable, safe and professional platform in this field is strongly felt in the Iranian market. will be Since Iran is full of intellectual and innovative graduates and includes the growth of entrepreneurship, and of course the economic and financial problems hinder the implementation of the creative ideas of young people, the existence of a crowdfunding platform and the necessary ... Studies have indicated that there are fund mental differences between the project supply chain and operation supply chain and its management calls for different approaches. Considering the importance of project supply chain management, different models have been offered by developed countries, but according to the difference development models between the developed, developing countries, the characteristics of the supply chain management of these countries are very different. This study aimed at developing a conceptual model of project based construction industry in Iran to compare the structure of project supply chain management with existing challenges in project supply chain. Using construction theory the casual conditions of emerging of challenges infrastructure elements were indentified and the procedures of challenging management and its expected results were presented. The purpose of this article is to identify the inhibiting factors in the implementation of green supply chain management in the construction industry. This research is practical from the point of view of the goal and qualitative from the point of view of the type of data and analysis method. The socio-statistics of the research were all domestic and foreign scientific sources and databases that were investigated in the research. The search period for research sources is between 1392 and 1402 for domestic research and 2013 to 2023 for foreign research. The meta composition approach and interpretive paradigm were used to identify the components, and the Kappa coefficient was used to verify the reliability of the extracted data. In this regard, based on the keywords of the research, 749 relevant internal and external sources were evaluated and screened, and finally, based on the entry and exit criteria, 31 sources were left in the research basket for review, which was done using the content analysis method in the coding process. Again, 42 primary codes were extracted, which were categorized in the form of 7 concepts and 2 categories and presented as a conceptual model. Based on the findings of the research, the concepts: cultural and social, government and regulatory institutions, market, networking and participation were identified in the category of external barriers and concepts: financial, interorganizational and technological in the category of internal barriers to the implementation of green supply chain management in the country's construction industry. Field and Aims: Dispute resolution in fiduciary contracts are often found in large construction projects to help the parties resolve or avoid their disputes and, ideally, prevent them from turning into international construction arbitration. The special feature of international construction contracts justifies the need to develop standard methods and international dispute resolution procedures. Therefore, the evolution of dispute resolution mechanisms in international construction projects and the protection of the economic interests of the parties are among the most important concerns of both sides of the construction contract, which is foreseen by the International Union of Consulting Engineers in the sample contracts. The goal is how Fidic has been able to manage it by adopting multi-layered methods to prevent disputes or in the event of disputes.Method: In this research, the descriptive-analytical method was used and the library method was chosen as the method of collecting information and materials.Finding and Conclusion: The findings of the research show that Fidic has tried to be an effective mechanism for quick dispute resolution by providing multi-layer models in sample contracts in terms of the agreement of the parties in choosing one of the dispute resolution methods; But this procedure will be valid only if the parties act in good faith and are willing to implement the decisions made voluntarily. The purpose of development-applied research, in terms of the type of relationships in the model. In the qualitative stage, 1 construction industry expert was selected based on snowball sampling method and to identify the main components and indices, questionnaire design and semi-structured interview model design and focus groups were discussed. Then the indices were identified and summarized in MAXQDA software by open and axial coding of the indices. Later on, the indices were approved by the experts finally using Delphi method, and the final framework of the model was formed using selective coding in the next stage. In the quantitative section, a questionnaire was developed using qualitative method results to validate the model, which had 64 indices and 11 components were distributed among 70 builders in Tehran and mass builders of the construction industry with family businesses active at international level and had entrepreneurship history. Data was analyzed using partial least squares regression (PLS). The most significant results were that the path coefficients between government support (0.242), effective strategy (0.223), competitive advantage (0.256) and market identification (0.497) with internationalization variables were confirmed at a significant level above 1.96.
