Then the indices were identified and summarized in MAXQDA software by open and axial coding of the indices. Later on, the indices were approved by the experts finally using Delphi method, and the final framework of the model was formed using selective coding in the next stage. In the quantitative section, a questionnaire was developed using qualitative method results to validate the model, which had 64 indices and 11 components were distributed among 70 builders in Tehran and mass builders of the construction industry with family businesses active at international level and had entrepreneurship history. Data was analyzed using partial least squares regression (PLS). The most significant results were that the path coefficients between government support (0.242), effective strategy (0.223), competitive advantage (0.256) and market identification (0.497) with internationalization variables were confirmed at a significant level above 1.96.
