The purpose of this study is to present a model for POB in the governmental organizations of Iran.This model of Positive Organizational Behavior was written and adapted with the governmental organizations and has four aspects and 20 parts. To analyze the current situation, the obtained model was tested in the management and planning organization and the findings have shown that as far as the Positive Organizational Behavior is concerned, there is a meaningful gap between the current situation and the suitable behavior according to what the laws of Country Services Management has set forth and to solve this, some recommendations were given to empower the laws more. The results of this study can be utilized in the evaluation of correct Positive Organizational Behavior in different organizations and can help the experts working in the field of human resources and organizational behavior to improve the current situation.         AbstractIntroduction and Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify the appropriate components and indicators in measuring cultural capital of Tehran and to draw a conceptual model for measuring cultural capital in Tehran.Methodology: This research falls into the category of applied researches in terms of purpose and to collect the required data, The library method and brainstorming technique have been used. Initially, the concept and applications of the concept and the theory of cultural capital in literature and researches are discussed,Then, using the brainstorming method and the interaction and exchange of views among the members of the expert group, the components and indicators derived from the research literature are investigated and summarizing the comments as the primary components and indicators, is presented. Finally using the identified components and indicators, the conceptual model of measuring cultural capital of Tehran was drawn. Findings: By reviewing relevant studies and literature as well as applied researches and international operational sample models, numerous components and indicators have been identified for measuring cultural capital in different environments, especially the city, Then, by presenting the components and indices derived from library studies to the research group, using brainstorming, 39 indices in five component groups, were identified as suitable indicators for measuring cultural capital of Tehran. Result: Using appropriate components and indicators, a suitable model for measuring the cultural capital of Tehran can be presented and provided policymakers and urban planners with the opportunity to evaluate and measure the status of these capitals in Tehran.         Given that the contemporary world is becoming increasingly more complicated, the acquisition of social skills related to social development become ever more important so that today’s youth can understand and play their social roles more responsibly. Also, given the importance of the role of parents in the socialization process of their children, this article aims to study the relationship between Parents’ social and cultural capitals and Pupils’ social skills in the city of Shahreza. Coleman’s social capital theory and Bourdieu’s cultural capital theory were used as the theoretical framework. The research population consisted of all primary and secondary students of shahreza in age range of 11-14, of which using Cochran’s formula, 383 individuals were chosen as the sample via a cluster and accidental sampling technique. The research tool had face validity and reliability alpha for parents’ social and cultural capitals was 0.87 and for children’s social skills was 0.89. The results showed that both parents’ social and cultural capitals and children’s social skills were at the medium level. It was also shown that social skills were significantly related to family structure (r= 0.38), parents’ relations with children (r= 0.38), parental supervision (r= 0.30), and parental involvement with children’s educational activities (r= 0.52). All independent variables together could explain around 31 percent of the variations of the dependent variable. Manuscript profile

        Background and Objective: The relationship between the environment and social capital is one of the newest subjects which have attracted the attention of the environmental researchers. Scholars believe that the levels of social capital have a significant effect on the environmental behaviors and the protection of the environment, and the environmental behaviors of people and their tendency to maintain the environment depend on personalities, conditions and social capacities in a society. In other words, the main objective of this paper is to investigate the role of social capital in protecting the environment in Ilam City. Methodology: The method used in this study is analytical-descriptive. The statistical population includes the residents of Ilam City, and 383 of them were chosen as the sample using Cochran's Formula, and they were given the questionnaires by Stratified Random Sampling Method. To gather the required data, the researcher-made questionnaire was used whose validity and reliability were confirmed by experts and by Cronbach's alpha, which was calculated to be 0.879. To analyze the data, correlation and regression tests in LISREL application were used. Findings: The findings reveal that there is a positive significant relationship between the social capital and protecting the environment. Furthermore, there is a positive significant relationship between the components of the relational capital and cognitive capital and protecting the environment. However, there is no relationship between the component of structural capital and protecting the environment. Discussion and Conclusions: In order to realize the predetermined objectives of protecting the environment with the least amount of expenses and the most cooperation based on trust and affinity, social capital in the society is of utmost importance. The higher the social capital in a community, the higher the willingness and tendency to protect the environment in that community. Manuscript profile

In Bourdieu's definition, the types of capital are: "Economic, cultural, social and symbolic capital". This article, with a comparative look at the habits influenced by the capitals of female narrators in the novels "My Bird" and "Forbidden Notebook", examines the effect of capitals on each other and changes the habits of female narrators, and shows with a descriptive-analytical method what effect the habits have on creating They have positive and negative funds. The most obvious negative habits of female actors in novels; Silence, passivity, isolation, submission and satisfaction of the men of the family without the least action and protest are in line with the otherness of the narrator's women and the most specific positive habits; Loyalty, motherhood, sense of responsibility, sacrifice and kindness. As a result, the nature of women's habits has either not changed, or has progressed in the direction of negative and negative production and reproduction, or if there is a slight change in the production and reproduction of positive capitals, it is pale in the shadow of the passivity of the narrators. The comparative result of the research shows the common structural position of two women in two different societies, whose similar and repeated experiences create common traits and habits. These similar behaviors and habits, in turn, give structure to their positive or negative social actions; That is, it sets guidelines and limits their activity.         The main purpose of the current research is to survey the relationship between the intellectual capital and productivity in the organization of the ministry of Education of the Gilan province. The research was carried out by the descriptive (correlational method and the statistical society consisted of the entire employees of the organization of the Mazandaran province numbering 1608 individual so the sample of the current research was determined 310 individuals based upon the Morgan’s table and with regard to the society volume the tools used in this research included. A-Intellectual capitals with three (human, structural and relational) dimensions. And B- Productivity with 21 questions of the likert spectrum. The collected data were analyzed using the multiple regression analysis and the Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The findings obtained from the research showed that there exists a positive and significant relationship between the intellectual capitals and their dimensions with the productivity of the ministry of Education , and the (relational,structural and human) dimensions of the intellectual capitals have the abiuty to predict the rate of the productivity of the organization of the minisity of Education . In determining alternative punishments, asystem of punishment based on the social conditions of crime can beconsidered, which in this research is called the social punishment system.Social punishment is a system, in which the sentences are issued, takinginto account the circumstances of the occurrence and type of crime, thecircumstances of the offender, and the extent of his enjoyment ofeconomic, social, cultural and political capital and the circumstances of thevictim. This article examines the capability of preventing the crime ofalternative sentences of imprisonment and social penalties compared toprison sentences. In this research, which is a qualitative study, 65 judgesand lawyers were interviewed with purposeful selection method. The datawere collected by semi-structured interviews and analyzed using asystematic content analysis and thematic analysis. Findings of the researchshow that, the majority of respondents consider social punishment to beeffective in reducing the crime, provided that it is implemented correctly,and that this type of punishment does not have any negative consequencesof the imprisonment. The present article is trying to examine the impact of monopolies and control of economic، social and cultural spheres by the government on social capitals. The underlying hypothesis is that the expansion and intensification of government monopolies in the above said fields weakens and disrupts the social capital. The social capital، in fact regulates relations among human and organizational settings، create norms and builds confidence in the society. As a result in short term it leads to governmental and social corruption and in the long term prepares the ground for social anomie. Therefore، if the protection of private property، equal distribution of opportunities، equality before the law، encouraging public participation in the affairs of the society and finally fight against corruption do not get enough importance achieving development which is the ultimate goal of relations between the government and the society will not be materialized.         Public-sector and non-governmental organizations must survive in today's dynamic, complex, and competitive environment, using diverse and appropriate styles to lead and direct their human capital, as they take advantage of new leadership styles. Despite some executive limitations, they have major benefits that, in addition to creating happiness and joy, support and increase employee engagement in the workplace, improving their performance, productivity and organization.         In accounting researches,serious effort is focused on improving decision-making process.In knowledge-based economy,intellectual capital is the essential issue in order to achieve competitiveness since the competitive advantage is considered as an important issue in decision-making.Meanwhile,intellectual capitals and used to create and increase the firm value.The success of enterprise managers depends on deploying scarce resources effectively.Economic value added and market value added are two determinant factors for firm valua and performance.this research investigates the effect of intellectual capital on some companies key performance measures in Tehran stock Exchange market within 2003-2007.To test the hypotheses,after processing data by Excel amd SPSS software;pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were run.some companies were omitted systematically and finally 166 companies were considered,then by Cochran sampling,63 companies were selected as the final sample.the results indicate significant relationships between intellectual capital and economic,market value added.On the other hand,the increasing firm intellectual capital increases economic (market)value added.the effect of intellectual capital in firm market value added is more than their economic value added.   Manuscript profile

        Effective communication between couples is widely recognized as an effective component of a successful marital relationship, and marital dissatisfaction is the most common reason for couples to seek couple therapy. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of self-differentiation through the mediating of psychological capitals in predicting communication patterns. This was a descriptive- correlational study. The sample consisted of 250 married women residing in Mashhad selected by convenience sampling method and they completed the Communication Patterns Questionnaire, Psychological Capitals Scale, and Differentiation of Self Inventory. The results of the Pearson correlation showed that psychological capitals were significantly correlated with constructive communication, demand/withdrawal communication, and mutual avoidance communication and also self-differentiation was related to constructive communication, demand/withdrawal communication, and mutual avoidance communication. The Bootstrap test also confirmed the mediating role of psychological capitals in the relationship between self-differentiation and communication patterns. Overall, the results of the present study showed that couples ‘communication patterns can be predicted through self-differentiation and psychological capitals and also self-differentiation is related to the couples ‘communication patterns with mediating psychological capitals. Psychological capitals are one of the variables affecting the quality of marital relationship and marital interactions. Manuscript profile

        Social anxiety disorder (SAD) is one of the most common, chronic and debilitating anxiety disorders and is one of the important causes of poor social and academic performance of students. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of Compassion Mind Training (CMT) on social anxiety symptoms & psychological capitals in female students with social anxiety disorder of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. According to this, a single subject multiple baselines with follow up phase will be conducted. The first, 8 female volunteer students with the highest score from the cut-off point in the social anxiety questionnaire were selected from the Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz and trained for 8 weeks. Within base line stage (3 weeks) therapy phase (8 weekly) and follow up step (two-, four-, and six-week after treatment), Subjects were evaluated by social anxiety Inventory and psychological capitals Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using Visual analysis method, reliable change index (p < 0.05) and recovery percentage formula. The results showed that compassionate mind training leads to reducing the symptoms of social anxiety disorder, increasing psychological capitals in people with social anxiety disorder. These results remain relatively stable during follow up phase. This study supports the effectiveness of compassionate mind training on symptoms of social anxiety disorder and psychological capitals of female students with social anxiety disorder.
