The treatments were crop density of 17, 24 and 31 plant/m2 and herbicides including 2,4-D+MCPA and bromoxynil+MCPA with recommended, 20 and 40% reduced doses along with hand weeding. Results showed that increasing density leaded to higher racemes numbers and floret number per m2, grain number in racemes. The higher values of studied traits were obtained in density of 31 plant/m2, such as 1541.7 of racemes, 179.92 of florets and 18.132 of grain.Hand weeding had superior effect on traits compared to other treatments but in some cases herbicide treatments were placed in the same group with it.Yield and harvest indexwithdensity increased, significantly. The highest increasing in yield was obtained in grain density of 31 plant/m2 with 59.23%. Also, application of 2,4-D+MCPA and bromoxynil+MCPA with recommended doses, leaded to increasing of 52.05 and 40.62% of grain yield. Manuscript profile -

In this research was used concentration and combine of plant hormone 2, 4-D and BAP and explant to callus induction in Momordica charantia using complete random design with three replication. Genes expression study of Quercetin biosynthesis pathway such as FLS, CHI (were analyzed by 2-∆∆CT) and antioxidant activity assay of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (Produced by concentration of cinnamic acid) and flavonoid using best callus were selected and affected by UV-B ray (five group(Control(natural light), 5 minute under UV-B ray(studying of gene expression after 24 and 48 hour) and 10 minute under UV-B (studying of gene expression after 24 and 48 hour)). Analysis of variance was shown that kind and concentration of plant hormone was significant on callus induction. Mean square of data was shown that the most callus dry weight was obtained from 0.5 mg/L 2,4-D and 1 mg/L BAP and stem explant. The highest expression of flavonol synthase and chalcone isomerase (chi) was observed in the 10-min UV-B treatment at 24 h after treatment but decreased at 48 hours after treatment. The highest expression of PAL, quercetin and flavonoid were obtained at 5 minutes UV-B treatment at 48 hours after treatment. Overall, the results showed that UV-B radiation at the callus level had a positive effect on the expression of flavonoids biosynthetic pathway genes. Manuscript profile -

A descriptive cross-sectional study was based on 10- month sampling program (from December 2018 to September 2019) in six points of distribution networks were conducted. All measured concentrations were less than the maximum allowable concentrations recommended by the National Standards Organization of Iran (1053) and WHO guidelines. In this study, the total THMs determined in autumn, winter and spring ranged from <0.004-2.98μg/L, 0.02-2.41μg/L and 0.01-0.04μg/L, and in summer less than the LOD, respectively. Different studies have shown that pesticides residue concentration in water samples have a relationship with the amount of pesticides used in an area, physical and chemical refractory properties of pesticides and environmental conditions. Thus, using resistant pollutants such as pesticides will be a serious threat to health of water consumers if they are not properly controlled. Manuscript profile -

The herbicide including control (H1=non-herbicide),H2= erydicans,H3= erydicans and 2.4.D,H4= lassou + 2.4.D in main plots and cultivars including V:v1= 604,v= 647 and v3= 700 were investigated in sub plots. The results showed that the highest yield of corn with an average of 9.683 tons per hectare was obtained from post-emergence consumption of Laso2.4.D, and the results showed that the effect of herbicide treatment on weed dry weight, weed density Weeds are meaningful. In this experiment, the true leaf area, dry weight of the leaf and the number of true leaves of corn in relation to herbicide were investigated. The highest dry weight and true leaf area were obtained for stage D7 (105 days after planting) and the highest number of true leaves in stage D3 (45 days after planting). Therefore, this combination treatment is recommended for effective control of weeds, especially in the early period of corn growth, which has a low competitive ability. Key words: weed. The experiment included 2 wheat varieties (Shiraz and Tabassi), 4 herbicide doses (0, 0.5, 0.75 and 1.0 Lit.ha-1) and 4 wild rocket densities (0, 25, 50 and 75 plant.m-2) with 4 replications. The results showed that reducing herbicide dose up to 25 percent did not have any adverse effect on yield. Grain yield of Shiraz variety, without herbicide treatment, was more than that of Tabassi in high dosage herbicide treatment and so the need for herbicide application could be decreased using competitive wheat varieties. Shiraz also had more yield than Tabassi cultivar in all wild rocket densities. The results revealed that Tabassi, a less competitive variety, was more dependent on herbicide application than Shiraz. did It concluded that the selection of good variety of wheat for competition with wild rocket was more effective than chemical control. The herbicides included Eradican, Eradican + 2,4-D, and Laso + 2,4-D assigned in main plots and maize cultivars included SC604, SC700, and SC647 SC were placed in in subplots. The effect of herbicide on dry weight of weed characteristics was significant. The lowest weed dry weight per square meter was obtained from the treatment of Laso + 2,4-D. In comparison to other herbicide, this herbicide also had more efficiency in weeds control. Grain yield, ear length and ear diameter were also influenced by herbicide. The effect of cultivar on 1000-grain weight was meaningful and SC647 had higher production capacity compared to other cultivars. The highest yield of corn was obtained from combination treatment of post-emergence of Laso and 2,4-D. Therefore, it is recommended to use this treatment because of the effective control of weeds, especially in the early period of corn growth, which has little competitive ability. Manuscript profile -

The most effective herbicide for weeds density and weeds dry weight decreasing percentage was Foramsulfuron which was significantly different from other herbicides. The lowest weed density and weed dry weight were observed in 2,4-D+MCPA treatment. Cultivation was significantly effective on weeds density and weed dry weight. Therefore, chemical control along with cultivation could result in weeds depression and crop yield enhancement. Manuscript profile
