This paper reviews the effects of RFID Technology on supply chain efficiency . The results show that RFID Technology improves efficiency by detemining accurate placement of goods in each warehouse, improving productivity, decreasing costs, minimizing the ordering process, among other ways. To achieve the most efficiency in supply chain, foodmanufacturing companies must use RFID Technology for sales, warehouse, production, supply of management, distribution. Bullwhip effect that occurs in the chain, leads to inefficiencies such as excess inventory and overdue orders during the chain. These problems can be reduced by appropriate predictions. Forecasting must be done in all levels of a supply chain. This paper addresses the problem of optimal combination of forecasting to reduce the bullwhip effect in the four-level supply chain. For this purpose, a four-level supply chain is considered. One of the methods such as moving average, exponential smoothing, linear regression and multilayer perceptron artificial neural network can be considered for predicting in each level. First, the desired supply chain is simulated for this means. The different combinations of aforementioned forecasting methods are calculated. Then a combination of forecasting methods according to minimized bullwhip effects is selected. Finally, the results are analyzed by variance analysis model. Two combinations have the lowest bullwhip effects. Moving average, neural networks, exponential smoothing and linear regression for levels: retailer, wholesaler, manufacturer and supplier respectively as an answer and the other is: moving averages, exponential smoothing, neural network and linear regression in the same mentioned levels and other combinations have less utility. The organic load of the crude leachate solution and the effluent of the anaerobic solution are determined by DOC and UV 254 and the role of molecular weight is investigated by ultrafiltration. On average, by GC-Us 77 analysis, the specific composition in crude wastewater is detected and the values are between 17-81 mg / c. 80% of these compounds have been identified and classified into 12 groups, of which aromatic carboxylates and short chains and dicarboxylates are predominant in raw wastewater. Keywords: Organic materials, Wastewater, Leather making, Aerobic and anaerobic treatment. The average DOC content in raw wastewater is 900 mg / l, which corresponds to a discharge of 23 kg / ton of raw leather. Several toxic compounds in crude wastewater are identified by GC-Us analysis, with P-cersol and mercaptonendo thiozyl present significantly. These compounds are only tested to a limited extent by a light-limiting test. Subsequent aerobic treatment leaves an average of 15% of the raw wastewater DOC and 50% of the UV254. Finally, the quality of the effluent in the combined aerobic-anaerobic method is compared with the anaerobic method. The anaerobic phase is also effective in reducing the amount and number of compounds measured with low molecular weight. Despite substantial improvements in the quality of wastewater leathery, resistant materials and even materials that may be deformed during anaerobic-aerobic treatment are of environmental concern. Manuscript profile

The aim of the present study is to rank the leather manufacturing units from the perspective of the entrepreneurship features of the organization's staffs. Accordingly, the present article presents a model based on the theory of the fuzzy sets to determine the entrepreneurship score in the organization from the perspective of the entrepreneurship features of the staffs. This model has five stages. In the first stage, the input and output variables of the model are obtained based on the existing theories. The model inputs consist of creativity, innovation, risk-taking, responsibility and seeking success. In the second stage, inputs and outputs are converted to fuzzy numbers after partitioning. In the third stage, the inference rules, which are in the form of if-and-therefore rules, are edited based on the literature of the topic and comments of the experts. In the fourth stage, defuzzification is done, and in the fifth stage, the designed model is tested. The test results show that the presented model has a high validity. Finally, the score of organizational entrepreneurship for the leather manufacturing units is calculated using the designed model. The sample of the present research is 11 leather manufacturing units in the East Azarbaijan province which has 20 or more employees. Due to the limited number of the population, the total population has been surveyed. In order to collect data, a reliable and valid questionnaire was used. The results indicate that Aida, Shahgoli and Markazi Leather companies are ranked first through third, respectively from the perspective of entrepreneurship scores of 0.621, 0.626, and 0.604. The change in lifestyle and consumption patterns after population growth and urbanization, as well as the changes in climate conditions and the resources of the planet, have revealed the need to review the production and consumption plans; Meanwhile, the production and consumption of green products instead of conventional products is one of the ways to preserve resources and the environment for the future generation. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the impact of moral obligation, received controls and belonging to material ownership on sustainable consumption behavior in Dorsa Leather Company in Tehran. The research method is applied in terms of purpose, and based on the method of data collection, it is descriptive of the correlation type. The statistical population of the research is all customers of Dorsa Leather Company. Using Cochran's formula, 384 people were selected as a sample and 400 questionnaires were distributed and 391 questionnaires were collected. The sampling of this research is non-probability and available. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was 0.787. The validity of the research tool has also been checked by performing the confirmatory factor analysis technique. Then the data were analyzed by structural equation modeling method and using Smart PLS software. The results of research hypotheses indicate that belonging to material ownership, received controls of sustainable consumption and Moral Obligation of sustainable consumption play a role on sustainable consumption behavior. Also, the role of the need for independence, the need for intimacy, and the need for control over belonging to material ownership has been shown. Manuscript profile
