        Introduction: The aim of this study was to produce low-calorie jelly using sour tea as a natural coloring agent, gelatin extracted from chicken skin with stevia as sweetener. Materials and Methods: Chicken skin gelatin was extracted by using alkaline-acid pre-treatment with 1 N of NaOH and 0.05 N hydrochloric acid. Gelatin was used at the concentrations of one and two percent (wt.%), Stevia with 0 to 100% replacement rates with sugar and sour tea at 20 wt.% for 100 g of jelly and 48 hours after gel production, pH measurement, Brix, moisture content, acidity, water activity, tissue stiffness, color, sensory analysis and microbial tests were performed. Experiments were conducted in a completely randomized design based on factorial experiment using SPSS software and compared with Duncan's multiple range test at 5% probability level. Results: The results showed that by increasing gelatin concentration and the level of sucrose replacement with stevia did not have a significant effect on pH. By increasing the concentration of gelatin, texture hardness and L*, significantly increased and moisture decreased (p < 0.05), whereas the parameters of brix, water activity, a* and b* of samples were not significantly different (p> 0.05). By increasing the levels of sucrose replacement with stevia and decrease of solids content the moisture, water activity and L *, a *, b * factors were significantly increased and the brix of the samples decreased. Conclusion: Sensory and physicochemical properties of sour jelly samples showed that using chicken skin gelatin and stevia as sweetener could be a good alternative to low-calorie jelly formulation by preserving physical, chemical and sensory properties.         In order to investigate the effect of biochar fertilizer and humic acid foliar application on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) a split plots experiment in a randomized complete block design was performed with three replications in the Research Field of Islamic Azad University, Arak Branch during 2017-2018 and 2018-2019. Experimental factors included 3 levels of biochar (non-consumption or control, 4 tons ha-1, and 8 tons ha-1) and the second factor of foliar spraying of humic acid 82% at 4 levels (non-consumption or control, 100 mg/l, 200 mg/l, and 300 mg/l. Interaction of biochar and humic significantly affected fruit yield. In the treatment with 8 t/ha biochar and 200 mg/l humic acid, the fresh weight of shoots was 465.1 g plant, showing an increase by 32% compared to the minimum value obtained from fertilizer control. At different levels of humic acid, consumption of 8 tons per hectare biochar always increased fruit yield compared to non-biochar treatment and consumption of 4 tons per hectare biochar. The interaction of biochar and humic acid on color intensity was significant. In the combined treatment of 8 tons per hectare of biochar and 100/l of humic acid, a red index of 14.67 was obtained. At different levels of humic acid, consumption of 8 tons per hectare biochar increased the red color index. Considering the fact that the intensity of red color in Roselle indicates the quality of the product, the consumption of 300 mg per liter humic acid and 8 tons per hectare biochar increased this trait, improving its functional traits.         مقدمه و هدف: عصاره کاسبرگ چای ترش غنی از ترکیبات آنتی اکسیدانی طبیعی می‌باشد. در این پژوهش بررسی همبستگی فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی و ترکیبات فنولی گیاه چای ترش مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش تحقیق: محتوای ترکیبات فنولی کل، فلاونوئیدها و آنتوسیانین ها بصورت اسپکتروفتومتری بررسی شد. فعالیت آنزیم های کاتالاز و پروکسیداز در میلی گرم پروتئین محاسبه شد. فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی عصاره بر اساس روش فسفومولیبدات، درصد مهارDPPH و قدرت احیا فریک مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. نتایج و بحث: کاسبرگ چای ترش غنی از ترکیبات فنولی، فلاونوئیدها و آنتوسیانین می‌باشد. فعالیت کاتالاز و پراکسیداز معادل 13/3 و 05/0 واحد در میلی گرم پروتئین بود. بر اساس روش DPPH فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی عصاره کاسبرگ بسیار بالا می‌باشد. آزمون همبستگی بین پارامترهای مورد بررسی انجام شد. نتایج همبستگی وجود رابطه بین محتوای ترکیبات فنولی، فلاونوئیدها، آنتوسیانین‌ها و ظرفیت انتی اکسیدانی کاسبرگ گیاه چای ترش را در سطح احتمال 5%  تایید می‌کند. توصیه‌های کاربردی: عصاره کاسبرگ چای ترش غنی از ترکیبات آنتی اکسیدانی شامل ترکیبات فنولی، فلاونوئیدها و آنتوسیانین می‌باشد. براساس روش های سنجش ظرفت آنتی اکسیدانی، کاسبرگ‌ها فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی قابل قبولی دارند. بنابراین، عصاره این گیاه بعنوان منبع طبیعی ترکیبات اکسیدان قابل استفاده در صنایع غذایی و داروی گیاهی معرفی می‌گردد.         این آزمایش با هدف بررسی اثر عصاره آبی-الکلی گیاه چای ترش، بر عملکرد، کیفیت تخم­ مرغ، سامانه ایمنی و تعادل اکسیدانی مرغ­ های تخمگذار در طول شرایط محیطی خنثی طراحی شد. 200 قطعه مرغ تخم­گذار سویه های-لاین W-36 (در سن 23 هفتگی) به صورت پنج تیمار آزمایشی با چهار تکرار و 10 پرنده در هر تکرار تقسیم شدند. پرندگان تیمار یک با جیره بر پایه ذرت-سویا بدون عصاره تغذیه شدند، در حالیکه، تیمارهای دو و سه به ترتیب، 300 و 700 میلی­گرم در کیلوگرم عصاره برگ (HSLE) و تیمارهای چهار و پنج به ترتیب، 300 و 700 میلی­گرم در کیلوگرم عصاره کاسبرگ­ (HSLE) چای ترش را دریافت کردند. داده­ های عملکرد شامل تولید تخم ­مرغ، مصرف خوراک، توده تخم­ مرغ تولیدی و ضریب تبدیل خوراک به طور هفتگی ثبت شدند. شاخص­ های کیفیت تخم ­مرغ در هر 28 روز از دوره آزمایش مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. از هر تکرار دو پرنده انتخاب و برای تعیین سامانه ایمنی و MDA پلاسما خون­گیری شد. همچنین از دو زرده تخم ­مرغ در هر تکرار برای بررسی MDA، کلسترول و تری‌گلیسرید زرده استفاده شد. مقایسه نتایج نشان داد، HSCE در سطح 700 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم نسبت به گروه شاهد میزان تخمگذاری را در زمان اوج تولید (P<0.05) تا 8 درصد افزایش داد. با این حال، تعادل اکسیدانی و عملکرد ایمنی بین گروه­های آزمایشی متفاوت نبود. مقاومت پوسته، ضخامت پوسته، وزن پوسته و شاخص شکل تخم ­مرغ به وسیله تیمارها تحت تأثیر قرار گرفتند (P<0.05). مرغ­های دریافت­کننده 700 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم HSLE نسبت به گروه شاهد (44.74 در برابر 47.67) به ­طور معنی­ داری کلسترول زرده را کاهش دادند (P<0.05). نتایج نشان داد که چای ترش می­ تواند در طول دوره اوج تولید، عملکرد تخمگذاری و ویژگی ­های کیفی تخم ­مرغ را بهبود بخشد و کلسترول زرده تخم ­مرغ را کاهش دهد. اثرات سودمند چای ترش بایستی در شرایط تولید تجاری بیشتر مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.         Physical and chemical methods for synthesis of nanoparticles are not cost efficient. Present study is the first report to phytosynthesis of Copper Oxide nanoparticles using leaf aqueous extract of Hibiscus sabdariffa L. In this research, 2 ml of extract was added to 4 ml of CuCl2.2H2O with concentration 10 mM. In order to obtain nanoparticles with uniform shape and size, the parameters affecting to synthesis, such as: pH of reaction, volume and concentration of extract, concentration of Copper salt and time of reaction were studied and all of them were optimized by UV-Vis spectrophotometry technique. Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Fourier Transformation Infra-Red (FT-IR) spectroscopy were used for investigated the shape and size of nanoparticles and detection the functional groups involved in the synthesis and stabilization Copper Oxide nanoparticles respectively. Results showed that the extract of Hibiscus sabdariffa L. can reduces the Cu 2+ ions to Cu 0 atoms with nano metric size and the color of solution changed to green. The TEM image of CuO NPs showed that the average size was between 10-20 nm and all of them had spherical shape. Also, the best condition for the synthesis of Copper Oxide nanoparticles were at: pH= 8, 9 mL of extract with concentration of 5% and CuCl2.2H2O with concentration of 10 mM and these nanoparticles were very stable in 6 days after synthesis.         In order to investigation drought (water deficit)and Plant density on roselle (Hibiscus Sabdariffa) the research wasconducted at research farm of Jiroft Islamic Azad University during 2009. Theexperimental design was split plot based on RCBD with three replications.Drought stress (water deficit) were selected based on different percentage of field capacity (FC), in 4 Levels (no stress, 75% FC, 50% FC and 25% FC) were selected as main plots and plant density Levels (20, 40, 60 and 80 plant per square meter) were arranged on sub plot. The results showed that, effect of waterstress on calyx yield, weight fruit, dry weight, weight seed per plant and plant height were significant (                         = 0.01). Effect of Plant density on calyx yield, fruit numberper Plant, Weight fruit and dry Weight were significant (  = 0.05). Water deficit,significantly reduced calyx yield from 617.5 to 430.8 Kg/ha in 25% FCtreatment. The highest calyx yield obtained from water deficit treatment 75%FC(660.8 Kg/ha). The highest amounts of calyx yield 576.7 Kg/ha were observedfrom plan density treatment (40 plants/m2) But No significantly withPlant density (20 plants/m2).         This study was conducted to investigate the effects of sour tea powder on growth performance and immune responses of broiler chicks under conditions challenge with ascites. 400 broiler chicks were studied in arrangement of 4 experimental diets including: Treatment 1: Positive control group (without induction of ascites and without powder), treatment 2: Negative control group (induction of ascites without powder), Treatments 3 and 4) 1% and 2% sour tea powder groups with ascites induction, and inclusion of 1% and 2% tea powder. This study was conducted for 42 days and the induction of ascite was started from day 8. This study was conducted in form of a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 5 replications. Performance parameters (body weight, feed intake and feed conversion ratio), immune responses against SRBC, weight of immune organs (spleen, thymus and bursa) and heart indexes were investigated. The results showed that the induction of ascites decreased body weight and increased feed conversion ratio in finisher period. The induction of ascites also decreased relative weight of heart indexes, immune organs and antibody titer (p<0.05). Dietary inclusion of 2% plant powder increased growth performance in finisher and total periods. It also improved relative weight of immune organs and antibody titer against SRBC. In conclusion, adding 2% Sour tea powder into diet is suggested to improve immune responses and growth performance under ascites condition. Manuscript profile
