        Background: Organizational health was used in order to adapt the organization to its environment, create coordination between members of the organization and achieve the goals of the organization. Organizational health was one of the signs of management success in performing tasks. Implementing quantum management in an organization leads to an organization that is constantly changing, agile, and without borders, where innovation and information flow freely. Objective: The aim of this study was to develop a conceptual model of organizational health model based on quantum management. Methods: This is a qualitative research that was conducted using a strategy based on data theory of the foundation. Therefore, the researcher intends to take into account the abovementioned concepts and review the research and extract effective criteria on the organizational health model based on quantum management. In this section, contract content analysis, which is a qualitative method, is used. Findings: The results of data analysis are in three stages of selective coding, axial coding and open coding that the research findings in the framework of paradigm model including: structural factors (organizational support, training, leadership style, communication, goals and vision of the organization, organizational commitment, culture Organizational and participation) Occupational factors (dimensions of delegation, access to information, scope of control, teamwork, job significance and job enrichment) Individual factors (selfsufficiency, self-determination (choice), effectiveness and individual characteristics, gender And race, the center of control and self-esteem) has been analyzed. Conclusion: In this study, 175 codes, 59 primary classes, 18 sub-classes and 3 main classes were extracted from the analysis of elite interview results. Finally, a paradigm model of organizational health based on quantum management in municipal employees was drawn according to the analysis of interviews.  Manuscript profile

        The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of managers' quantum management skills on organizational agility with the mediating role of organizational intelligence in the Ministry of Sports and Youth using structural equation analysis. The statistical population of this study, including all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, in 1398, 279 people were selected as a statistical sample. The results showed that the quantum management skills of the managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, both directly and indirectly, through the mediating variable of organizational intelligence can affect the ability of organizational agility. Accordingly, managers' quantum management skills are 0.70 on organizational agility and organizational intelligence is 0.21 on organizational agility. Also, the mediating role of organizational intelligence due to managers' quantum management skills on organizational agility was confirmed to be 0.15. Therefore, by using quantum skills in the organization and using organizational intelligence solutions, the country's sports managers can increase the competitiveness of the organization and differentiate it from other organizations.         The purpose of this study is relationship between quantum Management with Job Satisfaction and Organizational Trust among high school teachers of Hashtrood city. This research uses descriptive - correlational questionnaire was conducted. high school teachers of Hashtrood city were statistical population of 175 people , of which; 120 people were selected by using the Cochran's formula and were chosen by Simple Random sampling method. Research instruements consisted of: a self-made questionnaire of quantum Management with 21 items, Smith et al (1969) Job Satisfaction questionnaire with 61 items and Alonen et.al (2008) Organizational Trust questionnaice with 49 items. Collected date was analyzed using regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Spearman coefficient. Findings showed that observed "r" at p≤0/05 shows a positive and significant correlation between quantum Management with Job Satisfaction and Organizational Trust among high school teachers of Hashtrood city. Also, observed "r" at p≤0/05 showed a positive and significant correlation between quantum Seeing, quantum thinking, quantum feeling, quantum Knowing, Quantum Acting, quantum Trusting, Quantum Being and Job Satisfaction and Organizational Trust among high school teachers of Hashtrood city, and There is a direct relationship (with coefficient 0/742) between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Trust of teachers.         One of the main causes of the backwardness of countries with natural resources and facilities, their failure to apply and implement scientific and capable management is based on the accepted principles of that society. The purpose of this study was to explain the model of the effect of quantum management skills on managers' attitudes toward organizational change with the role of interpersonal organizational vigilance and job adaptability. For the purpose of this research, the research method is descriptive-correlative with the use of structural equation modeling. The statistical population includes all managers and deputies of Social Security Organization of West Azarbaijan province in 1397. They were chosen purposefully. To collect data, standard questionnaires with appropriate and reliable reliability were used. The findings of the analysis showed that quantum management skills have a positive and significant effect on managers' attitude toward organizational change, organizational vigilance and job adjustment, and this effect is stable when the mediating variables of organizational vigilance and job adjustment are introduced into the equation. The significance of all paths was larger than 96/1. The results of Sable test confirmed the role of interpersonal organizational vigilance and job compatibility significantly. As a result, the quantum model presented in this article acts as a tool for measuring performance and enhancing managers' readiness for change. The primary use of this model helps management to reduce structural entropy and synchronize employees with environmental changes. Manuscript profile

            Abstractthe purpose of this study was to present a quantum management model in sport organizations with a grounded theory approach. This was done by conducting a grounded theory qualitative research method. In this research, through literature review and exploratory interviews to identify the components of quantum management development in sports organizations, the data extraction method and content analysis method (analysis unit coding, categories and registration unit) were analyzed. For conducting field interviews, the statistical population of the study consisted of sport management professors, managers of sport organizations (Ministry of Sport and Youth, Sport Federations), who were selected purposefully (snowball) for qualitative interviews on the subject of the research. (16 interviews with 14 individuals continued to theoretical saturation). The results showed that quantum specific traits, organization policy, infrastructures, intra-organizational factors, intra-organizational factors and financial empowerment are the main dimensions of conceptual model of quantum management components development in sport organizations.     Manuscript profile

          Abstract The purpose of persent research was to study relationship between quantum leadership with job engagement and Job adjustment among employees at university of Isfahan. This research is descriptive-Correlative and statistical population included all employees at university of Isfahan in academic year 1393-1394 totaled 1654 people.Statistical sample was 311 based on Morgan (1970) table and 295 completed questionnaires were returned. Research instruements consisted of: a self-made questionnaire of quantum leadevship with 21 items, schaufeli and bakker (2008) job engagement questionnaire with 17 items and dacis & logqist (1990) job adjustment questionnaice with 20 items. Collected date was analyzed using regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and manova. Findings showed that observed "r" at p<.05 shows a positive and significant correlation between quantum leadership with job engagement and Job adjustment among employees at university of Isfahan.Also, observed "r" at p<.05 showed a positive and significant correlation between quantum vision, quantum thinking, quantum feeling, quantum knowledge, quantum trust and Job engagement and Job adjustment among employees at university of Isfahan.
