The purpose of the present study is to review the political role of “refq” (tolerance) and “khorq” (ignorance) in the political idea of Imam Khomeyni. The method of study is descriptive-analytic and the model under discussion is presented based on the theory of two natures and with an emphasis on the theoretical framework of the four causes. The research relies on the hypothesis that since “refq” is related to makhmourah nature and is considered as one of the soldiers of reason and belongs to the transcendental philosophical school; and “khorq” is related to Mahjoubah nature and is considered as one the soldiers of ignorance and belongs to the mundane philosophical school, they can lead to the formation of an either transcendental legitimizing or mundane society. The results showed that based on the viewpoint of Imam Khomeyni, the actualization of moral politics refers to opening of hearts and that the governments and societies need to actualize tolerance and avoid violence. Therefore, such governments consider power as a means to serve the society and make it achieve prosperity. Manuscript profile

Ayatollah Shahabadi’s views in terms of various issues are expressed through mystical perspectives. In his views, mankind is made up of two dimensions: internal and external. The internal aspect is of seven layers, all parallel together and potential in human instincts. The overall divine recognition is intertwined in it which is impeccable and inclusive. However, they are veiled by covers but through Shariah and wisdom one can return to the primary instinct. Mysticism is also just travelling through the obstacles out of the human’s instinct and reality and their realization that makes human being the mirror to the whole universe and in an accurate interpretation he is the all-around mirror of God himself. Believing in the primary instinct of human being, Shahabadi was prone to explaining mysticism to everyone so that anyone could make the best out of it  to  whatever  extent.  The path toward  every stage of mysticism is soul refinement through Shariah. It can be concluded out of the study that religion is multifaceted present internally and their truth is mysticism. The necessity of introducing the internal aspect of religion is out of the fact that recognition thirst of the truth is something real and internal to human being so that it causes the return of thirsty persons to that as well as the dynamism and livelihood. Nature and mysticism are two topics that have different structures and can be studied with different formulations. In this research, we try to analyze the analytical views about mystical nature and behavior in the intellectual and epistemological systems of Imam Khomeini (RA) and Ayatollah Shah’abadi (RA). In order to identify their intellectual and epistemological attitudes, we must first identify the ontological and anthropological mystical foundations of human nature and then, the characteristics of natur and mystical path, dimensions of nature, the relationship between intellectual knowledge and intuitive knowledge (mystical behavior), love and human nature. We analyzed Imam Khomeini’s and Ayatollah Shah’abadi’s perspectives and finally compared their epistemological intellectual foundations. The results of the research indicate that Ayatollah Shaha’abadi (RA) is a turning point in the historical evolution of the theory of human nature. His remarkable innovation in relation to human nature shows the prominence of his work because he linked the theory of human nature to the topics of psychology and practical wisdom, and has relied on the requirements of human nature to abstract the soul and provide a practical solution for life. Imam Khomeini formulated a systematic theory regarding mystical nature and behavior. He has linked human nature to the position of absolute governor. The research method is descriptive-analytical. From the standpoint of Ayatullah Shahabadi, the mystical viewpoint is superior to Kalam and jurisprudential perspective. The basis of his thoughts in all is stemmed from instinct teaching. The Almighty is in love with Himself, His perfectionism, universe, shining, and providence. Exhibition and statement of perfection are the source of His deeds. He is entitled for the two fold scientific and practical emergence that cause the emergence of various universes upon the descending arch while they are parallel to one another. The end point and purpose of the act of God is the Almighty Himself. In his opinion, instinctively there is another world in which there is a perfect and eternal life. Death is the process of transferring from this world to the limbo and eternal life. Limbo is characterized with the worldly and heavenly features, and mankind will witness the divine features of his actions in the afterlife. Finally, it is concluded that with his axial teaching, i.e. instincts, he can respond to a host of ambiguities in terms of vice, satan, embodiment of God, returning and so on in addition to his mystical approach toward God and afterlife.   Manuscript profile

There are so many matters and topics, among indelible literary works of different nations, that if their contents would be studied, we will get opportunities of their challenges and debates that make their study rational. Worship and its genetical position, also, is a topic that is ignored in Hafez poems and Plato works. This topic is referred to the topic of love and based on creation and Man’s nature considering the Human nature and Alast promise (the promise that was given to God by his creatures in the world before this world), in the Hafez words, and considering the ideas before The descent of the Spirit in the Flesh, in the Plato’s words. By the importance of these topics in Iran’s literature and Western philosophy and necessity of clarifying of concerned issue to bring man to eternal bliss, this research tries to study these two kinds of works in an analytical-comparative manner. Findings show that the similarity, synonymy, and same meaning, in spite of long time between them, show that they ask to Man’s nature by intrinsic seeking prosperity and they say that love is integrated to Huma’s spirit and help him to pass spiritual levels toward God till eternal Companionship to him. This article with the topic of "legal explanation of human identity as a social variable" deals with the difference in the view of human powers in Islamic civilization compared to material civilization with a descriptive, analytical and library-documentary approach. Paying attention to the place of man in Islamic civilization, taking into account the five powers of sense, imagination, illusion, intellect and super intellect and perfections corresponding to these powers including: physical, plant, animal, intellectual and super intellectual perfections that man can to achieve, it justifies the great difference in performance between two Islamic and material civilizations. The result of the investigation is that God gave man the authority of caliphate, authority, dignity, reason and trust, along with a nature equipped with the divine spirit and the ability to change and transform; whose sum is not available in other creatures; So that with knowledge and practice, he can reach the goal of creation, which is the worship of God, and be worthy of receiving a reward. The ability to change in humans is such that with other powers that are deposited in humans, they can change their conditions and the society. Manuscript profile

The drafting of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women is one of the results of Western studies on the issue of women. The main tool of the drafters of the Convention is the elimination of discrimination in order to eradicate the existing traditional gender stereotypes and to deny the differences between men and women and thus to create equal rights. In this case, the provisions of this convention are not in full compliance with Islamic law, and this has caused challenges in various social, legal and cultural fields. The purpose of this study is to compare the rights arising from the articles of the Convention and Islamic law, in order to provide an appropriate response to address the challenges in this field. Based on descriptive analytical studies, it was concluded that in addition to the common human and male commonalities, the two are inherently and evolutionarily different from each other, so it is natural from a social point of view and in the field. The regulation of legal rules should not be expected to be similar to them. In many of its rules and laws, Islamic law complies with the provisions of the Convention. The right to life, the right to liberty, human dignity, the right to employment and political rights such as the right to participate in elections, social rights, the right to education and health are some of the issues that have long been considered in Islam. But in some cases, men and women have different rights and rules based on the characteristics of creation and the responsibilities based on it. Therefore, equality in the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, contrary to Islamic law, is not based on justice and nature, and this is a form of discrimination. The issue of obtaining a covenant and covenant from human beings based on accepting the Lordship of the One God Almighty before their worldly creation is one of the important issues of the Qur'an, which is raised in verse 172 of Surah A'raf - known as the verse of the Covenant of Elst. The narrations that are known as "the narrations of the particle world" in narrative societies confirm the existence of the particle world in the mentioned verse. The problem is that some thinkers have considered these narrations as individual news items and some as consecutive news items. With the collection of the hadiths of the underworld, which are sometimes scattered and sometimes coherently quoted in narrative sources, and the elimination of repetitions and cases of overlap, it became clear that although these hadiths can not be considered verbal continuity, but their comprehensive spiritual value can be considered as spiritual frequency. . In this way, the problems of those who have considered the acceptance of hadiths in the field of beliefs to be conditional on their frequency are answered. One of the key issues in epic and mystical literature, especially in Shāhnāmeh and Masnavi Manavi, is the manifestations of altruism. These two works show that the different views on the origin of creation refer to different images of man and the "radical creation" in Shāhnāmeh and Masnavi Manavi by using analytical-descriptive method. According to the concept, the universe and man emerged from the fusion of hidden forces in a "root". The findings of the research show that the ultimate goal of life of people who consider themselves as creatures of love is kindness and connection. In their poems, Ferdowsi and Rumi depict this love and try to get a new Iranian concept of creation, a concept whose essence is "popular" and "universal". The attribute of being "popular" gives meaning and life to the individual and the society, without destroying their personality; and the attribute of being "universal" fosters diversity and harmony for all. Finding an epistemological basis divine for innate knowledge of God is an important issue which various theories have been proposed on. The most important theories about the nature and epistemological basis of this divine innate knowledge are: A: Innate knowledge means the clarity of the theoretical argument for the existence of God.  B: There is a correlation between the desire for God and the objective existence of God. C: The concept of God is one of the innate concepts. D primordial natural knowledge is a logical self-evident proposition. E: Innate knowledge is an obvious affirmation that arises from the quality of human creation; F: Innate knowledge means knowledge in presence of God. In this article, these theories are examined and finally it is proved that only on the basis of knowledge in presence an epistemological basis for innate theology can be found and the rest of the theories and foundations have their own drawbacks. The base of the innate knowledge is that just as man finds his own existence, attributes, and subjective states, so he intuitively will be able to find the existence of God. However, this epistemological basis can also be accepted only if we say that the knowledge of God in presence does not require the unity of the knower (man) and the known (God).  Manuscript profile

The existence of nature in humans and its role in knowledge have been discussed. Some scientists have taken its existence for granted and have talked about its extent and nature, while others have denied it. Among Islamic scholars, the existence of nature is considered almost certain and the talk is aimed at the influence and how it affects. Among Western, ers Descartes fully emphasizes the place and role of innate concepts in epistemology and its scope. In a brief comparison between what these two philosophers have said, we find out their differences and possibly their commonalities. From Descartes' point of view, man understands the existence of God, man and nature in a clear and distinct way that is characteristic of natural concepts. According to Ayatollah Javadi, human nature also knows the existence of God and his attributes such as monotheism, prophethood, and resurrection, and in general the principles of belief, morality, and even behavior. It has been objected to both philosophers that we do not find these natural concepts at the beginning of our life. By accepting the lack of innate concepts at the beginning of human creation, Javadi considers this type of knowledge to be intuitive based on the existence of nature and the single soul of man, but Descartes, without emphasizing on intuitive knowledge and merely mentioning intellectual intuition, found these innate concepts at the beginning of human creation. they know, but in a latent form that is revealed with the emergence of the background and discovers their intellect. Primordial nature, is the basis of Islamic anthropology. According to the principles of transcendental philosophy could provide a tenable explanation of the nature. The nature in its specific sense is Insight and tendencies of human nature. Primordial nature can be regarded in terms of both ontological and epistemological notions. The nature in general epistemology could be defensible on the basis of foundationalism in which based the theoretical propositions on the self evident ones. Accordingly, the correspondence theory on the truth - realistic approach to the truth- could be defensible. The primordial nature leads to the vital consequences in ethical epistemology. Moreover, a kind of foundationalism in ethics – being the natural of the principles of ethics – can be accepted, and since the natural (fitri) ethics has ontological root, it could be a kind of moral realism. Its fruits are including moral cognition, accepting truth and false, being demonstrative, moral absolutism and accepting by moral judgment.  Moral schools are divided into: deontological and teleological. By relying on the nexus intellect and innate intuition can achieve to a ethical order which comprehends ethical system benefits of task- oriented and teleological. In teleological system, by reviewing the results of voluntary actions comparing to the purpose, the morality of the act has been justified. It must be, however, considered that the ultimate proof of morality - which detects a gap in ethical naturalism- by orientation of the natural ethics requirements are well explained, and also the freshness and dynamism of language of ethics, in terms of existential engagement of moral agent with the instinctive requirements will be served. Theory of primordial nature  provides severe basis for the religion and ethics , by which reasonable relationship between them will be established ; necessary moral judgment  proves the truth of religion - accepting God as a truth- and provides the presence of the religious valuable propositions in the area of normative ethics , and enrich the contents of the ethics as well. The study of the relationship between reason and faith has always been desired by thinkers of different religions, and the type of reading about the relationship between reason and faith has led to the emergence of different intellectual worlds among the followers of monotheistic religions. In the monotheistic religion of Islam, different thinkers have addressed this important issue and it has extended from faithism to rationalism in the form of Ash'ari, Mu'tazila, Ahl al-Hadith, Akhbarites and Shi'ite systems of thought, and the mystical and philosophical reading and stratum of the ratio of reason and faith.Morteza Motahari as a stylish thinker in the Islamic world, emerging from the Islamic system of thought, although he did not deal with this issue independently, but his focus on defining and dividing and expressing the truth of faith and reason; and the application of these two valleys in the nature of religion; It can be a guide for researchers to explain the relationship between reason and faith. In Motahari's thought, the proof of the ability of reason to discover reality is derived from religious texts through reference to religious texts. He believes that not only faith is not an obstacle to reason, but reason dependent on religious faith helps a lot in understanding beliefs. Motahari is on the side of reason in the conflict between faith and reason. Also, according to Motahari's epistemological system in expressing the theory of nature, by proving and defending this theory, he considers faith as rational and reason as faith. Manuscript profile
