After sale services is one of the best ways to maintain customer satisfaction. By applying QFD, we can meet customer requirements and change these factors into measurable technical features. This paper presents a desired planning model (ZOGP) which includes the relative degree of importance of features in after sales services with regard to analytical network process, degree of potential practicality, quality of services, reduction of expenses, and best use of equipment and resources in determining the technical features for after sales services, which is essential to be considered in the design and marketing stages.   Introduction: Nowadays, due to the necessity of sustainable development and its growing importance in urban issues, the development of urban spaces is based on Transit-oriented development approach in many developed countries. This approach plays an important role in improving the quality of life of citizens and creating vitality communities. Station complexes are the components of TOD approach that reduce the multiple movement of passengers and meet the needed services by focusing and locating of different land uses in the stations and the area around them. In this research, the case study is the Darvazeh-Dolat metro station which is a junction station in central area of Tehran, and has an important role in transport passengers. Hence, the aim of this study is to evaluate and determine the role of the Darvazeh-Dolat Station complex with Transit-oriented development Approach in order to focus into the activities and meet the population needs. Method: The present research is an applied research based on the content and with a descriptive-analytic method. Data collection is conducted by using library and field studies. Thus, library studies were used explaining literature and field methods were applied for case study. Moreover, analysis and evaluation have been performed by using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) technique  and  Super Decisions software. This technique, by offering Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach, determine the role of Darvazeh-Dolat complex station. Conclusion: The findings of this study show that construction of the Dravazeh-Dolat station complex plays the most important role in promoting public transport.   به دلیل رشد فشارهای جهانی برای پایدارشدن سازمانها در تمام سطوح سازمانی برای دستیابی به زنجیره تامین پایدار با شیوه های مدیریتی جدید روبرو هستند. هدف این مقاله فراهم آوردن مدلی برای ارزیابی عملکرد پایداری شیوه های مدیریت زنجیره تامین ناب، چابک، تاب آور و سبز (لارج) با استفاده از رویکرد پویایی سیستم می باشد. در این مقاله،‌ شیوه های مدیریت زنجیره تامین لارج شناسایی و اولویت بندی می شوند با استفاده از دیمتل فازی و فرایند تحلیل شبکه ای فازی. یافته ها تحقیق نشان می دهد که سناریوهای بهبود در اجرای مدیریت کیفیت جامع،‌ تولید به موقع، حمل و نقل انعطاف پذیر و سناریوی ترکیبی (تولید به موقع و روابط بلندمدت با با تامین کنندگان) منجر به پایداری بیشتر در زنجیره تامین می گردد. نتایج این سناریوها نشان دهنده بهبود پایداری در زنجیره تامین می باشد. همچنین نتایج نشان می دهد که استراتژی ناب د ر دستیابی به پایداری در زنجیره تامین بسیار مهم می باشد Manuscript profile

  Nowadays, the systematic transfer of customers, demands and comments and converting them to practical measures in line with the modification or correction of the product have become of immense importance for the companies in order to achieve success and competitive primacy . In this regard, companies have proceeded to seek higher levels of quality for their products and services as well as to improve them continually in order to keep up with the rapid pace of progress and change all over the world. The present survey attempts to present a mathematical model for quality function development (QFD) based on fuzzy approach which can consider customers demands and comments. For this purpose, first the demand and desired technical properties were identified by using QFD method. Then, by ANP method, we specified the demands and weighed technical properties as well as the rate of thecorrelation of demand and technical properties. Finally, the idealistic programming model was presented which includes different level of importance of technical needs through the use Fuzzy ANP method, such as limitation of financial resource, rate of feasibility, and degree of competitiveness, which should be considered in the designing phase.   نیاز به پیشرفت ازجمله عوامل مؤثر در توسعه است و تلاش برای تأمین این نیازها موجب می‌شود که سازمان به سمت توسعه سوق یابد. در این میان سنجش عملکرد سازمان‌ها، یکی از قوی‌ترین ابزارهای مدیریتی است که می‌توان به کمک آن، اطلاعات مورد نیاز از وضعیت سازمان را به دست آورد. در این مقاله مدل ارزیابی عملکرد مبتنی بر کارت امتیازی متوازن که شامل چهار وجه (مالی، مشتری، فرایندهای کسب و کار داخلی و یادگیری و رشد) می‌باشد به همراه تحلیل شبکه ای (ANP) و منطق فازی (Fuzzy)، مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. در این خصوص برای ارزیابی عملکرد، در مرحله اول چشم انداز، استراتژی‌های گروه صنعتی ماموت و شاخص‌های مرتبط با هر کدام از مناظر کارت امتیازی متوازن مشخص می‌گردد. در مرحله دوم با استفاده از نظر نخبگان وزن شاخص‌ها، وجوه کارت امتیازی متوازن و استراتژی‌ها بر اساس تحلیل شبکه ای و به صورت فازی تعیین می‌گردد. در مرحله سوم بر اساس نظر نخبگان این گروه به هر شاخص امتیاز داده می‌شود، و در مرحله آخر بر اساس وزن‌های محاسبه شده و امتیازات شاخص‌ها، شاخص‌ها اولویت بندی می‌شوند و عملکرد سازمانی گروه صنعتی ماموت اندازه گیری می‌شود. مدل پیشنهادی برای ارزیابی عملکرد سازمانی گروه صنعتی ماموت در سال 1392 به کار گرفته شد و عملکرد این واحد 75 درصد محاسبه و ارزیابی گردید.  Manuscript profile

  In this Paper, a frame work integrated of Fuzzy Analytic Network and Goal Programming is developed to help the students to calculate the qualitative Performance of a university. To extract coefficients in a mathematical model, Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (Fuzzy-ANP) will be used. The method produced is able to consider a multi-objective nature for the problem.   One of the important points in the discussion of urban land use planning is the consideration of the location and spatial distribution of land uses, especially land uses of emergency services, with the aim of improving the efficiency of urban centers and critical facilities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the spatial distribution of the major hospitals in Urmia with the passive defense approach using Analytical Network Process (ANP) in GIS. Therefore, 14 hospitals in Urmia were studied according to their service radius and geographical distribution, and considering 17 effective indicators in the form of five criteria including environmental criteria, sensitive use, physical, cultural and communication criteria. The method of this study is descriptive-analytic and its nature is theoretical-practical. The results of spatial pattern analysis and zoning of criteria show that Urmia hospitals are not well dispersed and their risks is high during the crisis. Among the hospitals in Urmia, Seyed-alshohada and Milad Hospitals are in good condition, and two are razi and Omid hospitals are in a completely inappropriate condition. The remaining hospitals are also in nearly inappropriate condition. Manuscript profile

  بازاریابی محصولات کشاورزی نقش مهمی در دستیابی اهدافی همچون توسعه کشاورزی، افزایش تولید و درآمد کشاورزان در کشورهای درحال توسعه دارد. تولید مرکبات خصوصاً لیموترش یکی از مهم­ترین محصولات کشاورزی در شهرستان لارستان (استان فارس) است. بنابراین، در این تحقیق عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود نظام بازاریابی لیموترش در شهرستان لارستان اولویت­بندی شدند. داده­ها از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه توسط خبرگان این موضوع در منطقه جمع­آوری شد و از روش فرایند تحلیل شبکه­ای(ANP) برای اولویت­بندی استفاده شد. معیارها در این تحقیق عناصر آمیخته بازاریابی (محصول، مکان، تبلیغ، و قیمت) بودند و برای هر معیار نیز زیرمعیارهایی انتخاب شدند. معیارها و زیرمعیارها بر اساس مطالعات قبلی و نیز نظر کارشناسان در منطقه انتخاب شدند. نتایج نشان داد که معیارهای محصول و تبلیغ  به ترتیب بالاترین و پایین­ترین اولویت را در بهبود نظام بازاریابی لیموترش در شهرستان لارستان دارند. به علاوه، بسته­بندی و طراحی مناسب برای ایجاد مزیت نسبی مهم­ترین زیر معیار در بهبود نظام بازاریابی لیمو ترش در منطقه است. همچنین زیر معیارهای ایجاد صنایع تبدیلی و استفاده از تعاونی های بازاریابی در رتبه های بعدی قرار گرفتند. با توجه به نتایج، پیشنهاد می­شود که بسته­بندی مناسب، صنایع تبدیلی و شرکت­های تعاونی در منطقه توسعه یابند.  Manuscript profile

  The meaning of BPR is that we overview and breakdown current business process. This method, by using more efficient processes, enables your company to decrease costs and increase profitability.This research has been attempted to evaluate and ranking the indicators which are effective on BPR, in order to improve efficiency of industries by using fuzzy ANP combined methodology. The study population of this research can be classified into two general groups: first group is the masters of university who are expert in BPR, second group is experts working in manufacturing industries. Actually the sampling method in this research is a combination of targeted non-probability sampling method and snowball sampling. Due to the nature of the sampling method, finally the sample volume of this study is equal to 30 person of Experts available and willing to cooperate. Due to the finall analysis and prioritizing criteria, it is visible that “technological and educational factors” with final weight of 0.252; “Empowerment” with weight of 0.177; “organizational culture” with weight of 0.122; has been defined as the most important ANP integrated model criteria for BPR in order to improve the efficiency of manufacturing industries.   Nowadays, streets are predominantly dominated by vehicles, which has led to disruptions in the cycle of sustainability in urban transportation. Excessive use of private cars has increased the likelihood of accidents. This article addresses these issues by employing approaches such as traffic calming and neighborhood planning. Therefore, assessing and evaluating the factors that influence traffic calming in urban neighborhoods, with an emphasis on creating a home zone, is crucial for achieving sustainable transportation.The present article falls into the descriptive-analytical category, which also aligns with applied-qualitative studies. Initially, the Analytic Network Process (ANP) using the Super Decision software is employed to prioritize options for achieving sustainable transportation based on the evaluations of two prominent experts. Then, suitable criteria for traffic calming are determined using the Delphi method. Finally, a comparative study (new neighborhood vs. old neighborhood) is conducted using statistical analysis to evaluate the more suitable options.According to the findings of the article, the options of eliminating through traffic, reducing air pollution through land use integration, decreasing private vehicle congestion, and enhancing functional compatibility received the highest scores for achieving sustainable transportation. These align with the criteria of form, function, aesthetics, content, and behavior, which are the primary criteria for achieving traffic calming. Additionally, based on the results, the residents of Sheikh Abad neighborhood were more inclined towards actions related to function and content compared to Mollasadra neighborhood.   The aim of this study to provide a model to evaluate the performance of Ansar bank branches in Qom and based on the balanced scorecard and MCDM methods. In this study, the researcher believes that the assessment of bank branches based solely on financial measures such as profit or loss and cannot use resources and accurate result and a good result. In this study by using of experts' opinion, criteria were identified. In this study paired comparisons between agents and using network analysis process, the weight of these criteria were determined. In addition VIKOR technique as a new method of multi-criteria decision-making to rank the Ansar bank branches in Qom province has been introduced.
