        Today's competitive environment has become such that companies can no longer outdo market competitors who are very quick and opportunistic by implementing several entrepreneurial plans, and the conditions must be such that all personnel within an organization benefit from the entrepreneurial and market-making spirit. so that they can implement their individual and group entrepreneurial plans. Therefore, in this study, the goal of the researcher was to provide a model of organizational entrepreneurship in airport city companies. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative section includes managers, professors, and experts who have had a noteworthy scientific or practical effect in the field of organizational entrepreneurship model. Therefore, in the qualitative phase, seventeen experts were present in the interview and formed the statistical sample of this section. The basic tool for data collection in the qualitative phase of the research is a semi-structured interview using a protocol, and in the quantitative part, the statistical population includes business managers of airport towns, and the researcher has used a questionnaire tool to collect data.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of social media marketing model with a hybrid approach. The present study was conducted with a qualitative-quantitative approach. In the qualitative section, 20 experts and policy makers in the milk industry participated in semi-structured interviews on social media marketing. In the qualitative section, 15 active experts in social media marketing participated in semi-structured interviews. After the interviews, the concepts were extracted from the interviews using Maxqda software and the relevant codes were extracted and the main themes were extracted by linking the extracted codes in the open coding step and eliminating duplicate indices and merging similar indices. Fuzzy Delphi technique was used in the quantitative section to validate the identified indices and select the final indices. Fuzzy Delphi calculations were performed with coding in Matlab environment. The results showed that the final indicators of social media marketing in the form of paradigmatic model of causal conditions, contextual conditions, social media marketing phenomenon, strategies and measures, interventionist conditions and social media marketing outcomes were presented out of 37 categories with 132 indicators. It was found that in the quantitative phase, two fuzzy Delphi rounds were eliminated in the first round (6 categories 33 indices) the second round (4 categories 28 indices), with 27 categories remaining with 72 questions.         Background & Objectives: LARG supply chain is a combination of four supply chains: lean, agile, resilient and green. Each type of supply chain has its own requirements that may conflict with other supply chain requirements. The study seeks to identify the types of risks facing the LARG supply chain.Material and Methodology: The present study has a positive nature in terms of philosophical foundations due to the use of quantitative methods. From the orientation point of view, the research has an applied approach and its methodology is multiple. The statistical population of the study is the experts of the supply chain of the automotive industry who are selected using a judgmental method for sampling. In this study, two methods of fuzzy Delphi and best-worst were used to analyze the data.Findings: Initially, 41 risks were identified through literature and interviews with experts. In the following, these 41 risks are presented in the form of 13 main risks. Each of these risks is related to a specific supply chain. These risks were then screened by fuzzy Delphi and 25 risks were excluded. The remaining risks were prioritized using the BWM. The results showed that the risks of financing problems, production planning, changing customer demands and weakness of processes and recycling technology have the highest priority in each component of the LARG supply chain.Discussion and Conclusion: Diversifying financing tools, using new marketing methods and having a team approach in product development, paying attention to trends affecting future consumer behavior and examining changes in customers' buying behavior are the most important suggestions.  Manuscript profile

In this research, in the first part of the research, the meta-combined qualitative research method was used. A meta-combination similar to the meta-analysis method is used to integrate several studies to create comprehensive and interpretive findings. In the second part of the research, the modified Delphi method is used. In this research, first, to collect qualitative data from related research, the meta-combined qualitative research method was used, and by reviewing related research in this field, it extracted characteristics and then to reach a consensus of experts on dimensions, characteristics.         In recent decades, the selection of suitable suppliers as one of the important issues in the field of supply chain management is considered. The evaluation and selection of the best suppliers need to make decisions based on different criteria. In this study, a hybrid MCDM approach consists of AHP and VIKOR methods has been proposed that at first paid to identify the most important criteria in the supplier selection based on previous studies and interviews with company executives. Then by using questionnaires, the paired comparisons of criteria and paired comparisons matrix of groups according to the views of managers and based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is performed. Next, using a multi-criteria optimization technique (VIKOR), firm's suppliers are ranked. Furthermore, a case study in the automotive industry is applied to accumulate data for proposed framework. Finally, by identifying effective criteria, appropriate suppliers, and similarity of obtained results with other studies, the efficiency of the proposed model is proved. Manuscript profile

        در این مطالعه به بررسی رویکرد جدیدی در توسعه دایره واژگان پرداخته شد. برای این منظور ، 50 زبان آموز مرد و زن در سنین 19-35 سال از 3 کلاس دانشگاهی رشته مترجمی زبان انگلیسی، متشکل از کلاسهای دست نخورده انتخاب شده اند. این زبان آموزان به طور تصادفی در دو گروه 25 نفری قرار گرفتند. در گروه آزمایش ، به ارائه عکس / کاریکاتور در اینستاگرام مرتبط با واژگان جلسات آموزشی آن مبحث پرداختیم. زبان آموزان درمورد واژگان و معانی که به نوعی در تصویر می دیدند با استفاده از تمرین استراتژی های فراشناختی با کمک حمایت همکلاسی به بحث و تبادل نظر پرداختند. گروه کنترل، سیلابس درسی و تکالیف را طبق برنامه کلاس دنبال کردند. در پایان دوره آموزشی به منظور بررسی میزان پیشرفت یادگیری واژگان، آزمون واژگان چند گزینه ای برگزار شد. نتایج که از طریق آزمون T مستقل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت ، نشان داد که روش ترکیبی می تواند به طور معناداری بر عملکرد گروه آزمایش در فراگیری واژگان تاثیر گذار باشد. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نه تنها برای معلمان ، محققان و طراحان برنامه درسی بلکه برای زبان آموزان زبان انگلیسی نیز کارامد است زیرا  با معرفی مفهوم فراشناخت و حمایت همکلاسی ، چارچوب یکپارچه ای ارائه می شود که موید ارتقای فرایند آموزش-یادگیری به عنوان هدف غایی آموزش است. ماحصل این مطالعه موجب بهبود مسئولیت پذیری زبان آموزان، کلاس درس دانش آموز محور، و ارتقای سطح شناخت می گردد.         The purpose of this research is to investigate researches relatedto the blended teaching-learning approach in Iranian universities. The research method is applied, and data collection was conducted using a qualitative approach through a systematic review method. For this purpose, resources were searched from databases(sid, noormags, magiran, civilica, ganj.irandoc) by using related keywords.Then the found documens were analyzed based on Sandlowski and Barroso seven-step model.Based on a comprehensive and systematic view, the research results indicate that the previous researches on the subject of the blended teaching-learning system in Iranian universities have examined the three dimensions of the input(competencies related to students with 5 subdimensions, competencies related to instructors with 2subdimensions), the process(teaching-learning process with 3subdimensions) and the ouput(student-related output with 3subdimensions, instructor-related output with 2subdimensions) as the main dimensions of this approach.Based on the findings, the role of university management and leadership has been neglecte in the studied researches,while it is one of the main dimentions of the teaching-learning system.The results of the present research can be a model for university managers and instructors to effectively implement a blended approach in the teaching-learning system,and a guide for researchers to conduct further research in order to eliminate research deficiencies in this field.         AbstractToday, the concept of "brand dependence" in the marketing literature has been introduced to predict the desired changes in after-consumption behaviors of customers that strongly affect the behavior and intention to repurchase the brand. Brand experience, on the other hand, is a type of empirical marketing that involves a set of conditions that a company creates in order to influence customer sentiment toward a particular product or company name. Brand experience is the basis for predicting consumer behavior that has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. Given that shopping malls and malls today have grown almost in large cities, this issue has become very important to create a pleasant brand experience and brand dependence in these malls.         Today many management experts acknowledge that although formulating a strategic plan and a statement of missions, views, and goals are the organization managers’ significant responsibilities, they would not be sufficient to achieve a strategic success. Actually, the strategic control is considered as the final step in the strategic management process which plays the role of an appropriate performance warrantee for this process as a whole. This would be of a greater significance especially in the insurance industry as an effective factor for economical development of countries and an effective instrument in risk management. Therefore, utilizing the combined approach, the current study has identified and explained the effective factors influencing on the strategic controls associated with a self-control approach in the insurance industry. The data-based approach is applied to the qualitative part of this research. Accordingly, when the process is accomplished, 6 main items would be identified and presented in the form of the strategic control patterns. In the second (quantity) part of the research, assuring the sampling adequacy, utilizing KMO indicator and the Bartlett Test, the obtained model is processed, validated and examined by Confirmatory Factor Technique and Structural Equation Model. The obtained results confirm a positive and meaningful relation among the research variables. Therefore, it could be claimed that the considered relations of the model would be true and reasonable and the presented model is approved. Manuscript profile
