The research was intended to investigate the women and family positions in the poems of Sana'i and Abul'ala Ma'ari. The study statistical universe encompassed the poetry works of Sana'i and Abul'ala Ma'ari. The sample of the research subsumed the selected verses from the poems of Sanai and Abul Ala Maari which were selected based on their positive and negative views on the position of women and family. The research was designed with descriptive- analytical method. To analyze and compare the views of two poets on the subject, a sample of the both poets' poems were discussed and analyzed The results indicated that Sanai and Abul Alaa Maari were two famous poets in Persian and Arabic literature who explained and analyzed the position of women more than others. At the same time, there were similar cases in their worldview towards women and the foundation of the family, as well as differences in their thoughts. According to Sana'i point of views, sometimes social poems about women and family were subject to emotions. On the other hand, Maari's thoughts about women and family were not only caused by fleeting feelings, but had been influenced by a kind of deep philosophical despair and pessimism, which had developed in him over many years. Another point was that many of Maari and Sana's comments and insights towards women were influenced by the society and social conditions of their era.  And this was more true about Senai. In other words, many of the popular beliefs and opinions of the society about women and family had been effective in the mind and language of these two poets. Manuscript profile

Spices and seasonings are of herbal origin and are used to improve the aroma, flavor, and color of foods. Similar to the other agriculture products, microbial contamination of spice plants are a great challenge to the wholesomeness of foodstuff. Enterobacteriaceae are of great concern in food hygiene so that the determination of enteric bacteria is the most regular assay for the evaluation of food safety. This study aimed to investigate the microbiological load and the diversity of enteric bacteria in spices and herbs marketed in Tabriz. A total of 125 samples consisting 25 types of spices and herbs from 5 distinct regions of Tabriz was collected. According to the results, all samples contained aerobic mesophilic bacteria and coliforms. In 28% and 40% of the samples, the mean population of aerobic mesophilic bacteria and coliforms were beyond the ICMSF limit, respectively. Moreover, 110 isolates of enteric bacteria consisting 13 various species were identified. Highest and lowest occurrence rate of enteric bacteria was determined as Escherichia coli (21.81%) and Salmonella enterica (0.9%), respectively. Excessive microbial contamination of the samples and particularly, the presence of various enteric bacteria -with the potential of pathogenicity- is considered as an indication of health hazard. Therefore, it is necessary to apply appropriate decontamination procedures such as thermal processes, ozone treatment or irradiation in order to eradicate the microbial contamination of spices. Intestinal protozoa in dogs have a fairly large variety, and infection is often subclinical and sometimes clinical. Different species such as Entamoeba spp., Isospora oocysts and Cryptosporidium spp can be seen in the dog’s intestine. Due to the importance of pathogenic protozoan parasites in the intestines of dogs and their zoonotic importance, this study was conducted on stray dogs in Tabriz city. This study was carried out from August 2015 to 2016, for a period of 12 months. During this study, one hundred fecal samples of dogs were obtained from different regions of Tabriz city and then microscopic parasitological examination was performed. Samples were condensed with formal ether, and also, to observe different protozoan parasites and Cryptosporidium spp. trichrome and modified Ziehl–Neelsen staining was used respectively. From one hundred examined stool samples, 54% were infected with various types of protozoa including Entamoeba hystolica, Entamoeba coli, Isospora, Sarcocystis and Cryptosporidium spp. In all age groups, Entamoeba hystolica and Cryptosporidium spp. had the highest and  lowest infection prevalence respectively. Given the high prevalence rate of protozoan infection, providing necessary awareness and training to dog owners by veterinarians can greatly prevent the spread of disease in humans and animals. Cocidiosis causes annual economic losses in industrial poultry farms and nutritional strategies can alleviate these losses. The present study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of arginine on cecum microbial population and serum antioxidant properties of healthy and Eimeria-challenged broiler chicks. Experimental treatments included healthy and challenged broiler chicks fed with 85, 100, 125 and 150% of the recommended arginine. To conduct bacterial culture, samples were collected aseptically from cecum during slaughter (on days 21 and 42). The levels of antioxidant and oxidant factors and nitric oxide were also assessed in the serum of broiler chicks. The chicks which had received 125 and 150% of arginine showed lower E. coli population and higher population of lactobacillus, total bacteria, bifidiobacteria and pH in the cecum (p < /em><0.05), but entrococous population was not influenced (p < /em>>0.05). Eimeria challenge decreased the level of glutathione peroxidase, super oxide dismutase, and total antioxidant capacity and increased the levels of malondialdehyde (p < /em><0.05), but inclusion of arginine in the levels of 125 and 150% only increased the level of glutathione peroxidase (p < /em><0.05), and did not have any effect on other parameters (p < /em><0.05). In summary, consumption of arginine in higher levels (125 and 150%) decreased the pathogenic population and increased the beneficial bacteria and the level of glutathione peroxidase in Eimeria-challenged broiler chicks. The poet of ordinary poetry pays much more attention to music because music with an emotional effect prepares the mind of the audience to receive the poem's message. One of the most important pieces of music is rhyme and row in poetry; they have a special place in traditional Persian poetry and particularly in couplets form. In this article, in addition to introducing native songs and local couplets of Shahrebabak, the analysis of the structure of rhymes and rows has been done. Rhymes in native poems of Shahre-Babak, like all other dialects, are based on the alphabets of the near ending, and it is not based on the identical rhyming which is common in the formal Persian language. In cradlesongs and wedding poems, rhymes are sometimes removed to create music tone, or to use an extended pronouns to generate the rhythm. Rhyming is in the form of Masnavi in more than 10% of Shabarbak folk couplets. The rhymes of the same alphabets, like /M/, /R/, and /M/, /N/ and /L/, /R/ are more or less frequent in popular couplets of Shahrbabak. More than one over three of local couplets is associated with the row. Most of the couplets are in the "current" row and only 5 % of them has inactive rows. Row functions in local poems inspire the poet's inner sense, reinforce the poetry, help translating the concepts, emphasize an image or subject, and create a sense of pleasure. Manuscript profile

Basically, local songs are the language of moods and feelings of those people who have not been poets or scholars, but they have had taste of poetry and passion. These songs had been existed from the early human life and in fact, music, song, and poetry have been existed for a long time and then have been implemented in various forms in Hormozgan, like anywhere else in the country. Investigation of songs, verses, led to recognition of community-based people as well as the tribal and local ones; people applied their innate and natural thoughts about facts and local happenings, events and ceremonies in those songs. And it has left a simple and local description from each one to be studied. This paper investigates the love terms in local songs of Hormozgan and thereby the qualities of love expression in its songs in Hormozgan which are being studied and will be identified as pure love of Hormozgan poets. In this way, the linguistic structure of the song is from everyday language and it also filled with irony, slogans, and slang expressions. Manuscript profile

Nazarbāzi is one of the most frequent themes in Persian romantic and mystical literature, which is reflected in the works of many great Persian writers. According to some mystics, nazarbāzi refers to a kind of mystical experience in which the mystic reaches a state where he looks at everything, sees God and His manifestations and loves them. Among these mystics are Khwaju Kermani and Shah Nimatullah Wali that in their poems, nazarbāzi can be divided into spiritual and worldly. The purpose of this study is to compare and explain the similarities and differences between the concept of nazarbāziin the poems of these two mystics. The research is done by using descriptive-analytical method. The results of the research show that Shah Nematullah Wali, by watching beautiful faces, looks at the image of God's beauty and his opinion does not refer to physical beauty. But according to Khwaju Kermani, the reason for man to enjoy the blessing of sight is to look at his beloved, and for this reason, most of his poems, related to nazarbāzi, are addressed to the earthly beloved. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng) on the histomorphometric and biochemical characteristics of the intestinal wall in rainbow trout. Study carried out during 60 days within 4 experiments, each with 3 replicates. In each replication 60 pcs of fry with average weight of 15gr. were randomly distributed. The experimental groups were fed with aqueous extract of P. Ginseng at 100, 150 & 200 gr./kg. diet respectively. Tissue samples from the proximal and distal segments of the intestine were stained by hematoxylin and eosin, periodic acid Schiff and alcin blue stains. Results showed that by increasing the amount of ginseng up to 150 grams per 100 kg of diet, the length of the intestinal folds and the absorption area significantly increased in both the proximal and distal segments of the intestine (p < 0.05). The thickness of the muscular layer in the groups receiving ginseng did not show a statistically significant difference compared to the control group (p > 0.05). The total number of goblet cells as well as the number of acid mucus producing cells in the distal part of the intestine in the groups receiving ginseng increased significantly compared to the control (p < 0.05), but the amount of these parameters in the proximal part of the intestine did not show a statistically significant difference in the groups receiving ginseng compared to the control group (p > 0.05). The increase in the total number of goblet cells in the groups receiving ginseng in the distal part of the intestine is mainly due to the increase in the number of goblet cells producing acidic mucins in this part of the intestine, and the number of cells producing neutral and mixed mucins did not show a statistically significant difference in the groups receiving ginseng compare to the control group (p > 0.05).   .
