Introduction: Health system Resources are limited and its expenditures are unlimited. Therefore, Use the management right strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity of system is essential. Hence, this study was performed with aim to investigate the dimensions of autonomy of university hospitals in Gilan. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted in 11 hospitals. Semi-structured interview guide of World Bank organizational reform model was used for data collection. Interviews were conducted with 28 senior hospital managers with Purposeful sampling method. A content analysis method was used to analyze data. Results: The main dimensions the autonomy of hospitals include decision right in strategic management, financial resources management, human resources management, and physical resources management, financial residual claim, procurement and product market exposure, social functions, and governance structure and accountability. Decision right in strategic management, human and physical resources was limited. Hospitals compete in the product market, but their options are limited in the procurement market. The hospitals were not the financial residual claimant despite their hierarchical system and the accountability structure of the head and headquarters. The cost of their social function is not fully compensated. Conclusion: Granting autonomy has improved in some dimensions such as financial resources management, product market exposure, and social functions, but has been poor in strategic management, human resources management, physical resources management, procurement market exposure, and governance structure and accountability. In these cases hospitals should be given more decision-making power. Manuscript profile

The aim of the present study was compare the self-regulation between students in regular and gifted schools to predict academic performance of the students. The study was causal-comparative and the statistical population was all of the high school students from gifted and regular schools in Shiraz. Students from regular and students from gifted schools were selected by matching method. The instruments for data gathering were MSLQ questionnaire and biology achievement test (Fooladchang, ). The reliability of MSLQ questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach Alfa coefficient ( ). The scale's construct validity was measured by factor analysis and this procedure yielded six factors. The reliability of biology achievement test was calculated by Cronbach Alfa coefficient ( ). The test's content validity was confirmed by professional high school teachers. The independent t-test and multiple regressions were applied for analyzing the data and results revealed that: a) Students in regular and gifted schools were significantly different on learning strategies and motivational beliefs of self-regulation. b) Among the dimensions of motivational belief, internal goal orientation and among the parts of learning strategies, self-monitoring was the best predictor for the students academic performance. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of contact with procrastination methods on academic self-regulating of students. This study was performed in a quasi-experimental context with experimental and control groups and doing pre-test and post-test. The study population included all high school male students in grade 1 in the city of Saveh in the academic year of 2016-2017. In this research, the school was selected by available approach, and after completing the procrastination questionnaire, the students were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. The experimental group were put in contact with procrastination techniques for 8 90-minutes sessions. The data collection tools included Solomon and Rothblum (1984) procrastination assessment scale - students, Zimmerman and Martinez-Pons self-regulation scale(1986). The results of data analysis by using analysis of covariance (P<0/02) showed that contact with procrastination methods is effective in increasing academic self-regulation. Therefore, based on the findings, one can conclude that contact with procrastination techniques can be used to increase self-regulation as an effective method. Manuscript profile

The main purpose of the present research was to present the model of self-management drivers of first secondary schools in Ahvaz city. The research method was quantitative-survey. The present research method is quantitative and has been done with a survey tool. The statistical population included principals of secondary schools in Ahvaz in 1400, and at this stage, Morgan's table was used to determine the sample size. Considering that exact statistics of the number of members of the statistical community were not available. The researcher used the last number of Morgan's table (384) as the sample size. However, the researcher considered the final sample size to be 400 people in order to be more sure of the sample size. The sampling method in this research was simple random and from among the statistical population with the mentioned characteristics. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, which was validated by face validity and reliability with Cronbach's alpha of 0.91. For data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis was used using PLS software. Based on the confirmatory factor analysis approach, the findings showed that the presented model has good validity and fit.The analysis of the mutual effects of drivers showed that economic drivers and policy and decision-making drivers have a great impact on the drivers of school self-management facilities and equipment. Also, the results showed that the drivers of knowledge and information have a strong impact on the drivers of policy and decision-making in the field of school self-governance. Based on the results, it can be said that the issue of school autonomy is affected by various components and indicators that educational management planners can act by prioritizing and adapting various components and indicators to increase the quality of school leadership. The purpose of the current research was to validate the model for school-based management to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of education in Ahvaz secondary schools. The present research method was quantitative-survey and practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population was the principals of secondary schools in Ahvaz city in 1401, whose number was 150, and the sample size was 80 selected by random sampling. The main tool for data collection was a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 21 items, which was designed based on the initial conceptual model. Reliability was checked with Cronbach's alpha and the value was 0.85. Structural equation modeling method and PLS Smart software were also used for data analysis. The findings showed that the standardized regression coefficient of the variable effect of social factors on the effectiveness of education in schools was 0.471 and the t-statistic value was 29.34; The standardized regression coefficient of the variable effect of structural factors on the variable of effectiveness of education and training in schools is equal to 0.230 and the value of t-statistic is equal to 14.61 and the standardized regression coefficient of the variable effect of managerial factors on the variable of effectiveness of education and training in schools is equal to 0.340 and The value of the t-statistic for this coefficient is 24.62 and is more than 1.96, which shows that this coefficient is significant at the 5% error level. It can be concluded that the proposed model of school-based management validation is suitable for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of education in Ahvaz secondary schools and its results can be used in the educational and management planning of schools.
