The topic Previous necessity, and Previous and next impossible, and understanding of beings is one of the most important and challenging topics that has long been the source of views and views among Islamic scholars. Unity of God is one of the most central belief issues in Islam. This issue in Islam is believed to contribute to the culmination of individuals and the  society;  so  that  all  the  Islamic  regulations  and  the  human relations  in  the  social  life,  such  as  the  cultural  and  educational relations, commercial and economic contributions, and political and military contracts, are designed based on the principle of the unity of God. Therefore, one of the important issues for the political thinkers has been the way the unity of God influences the politics. To this end, the  present  article  tries  to  find  out  what  obligations  are  brought about in the realm of the Islamic politics by the unity of the Divine Essence and the Unity of Divine Acts. The findings reveal that the pluralities within the society and the political system and the position of the power in politics rely upon the Unity of the Divine Essence, which results in a kind of solidarity in the whole system and joins all the  components  of  the  ruling  system  together,  and  besides  a Unitarian view it justifies the pluralism in the political system along its oneness. Furthermore based on the Unity of the Divine Acts, the origin of governance is the authority of God; the prophets, the imams and their deputies are the ones who have the authority of ruling, respectively.  Therefore, the  legitimacy of the  power relies on the Divine permission, and even if it is assumed that the human intellect can come up with a perfect political system, acting in accordance with the necessities of that system somehow requires a manipulation in the power of the Most High God.   Manuscript profile

To present a democratic reading of The Qur’an, Derrida introduces it as a book of hospitality and unconditional forgiveness. However, he considers The Prophet (PBUH) an exemption from this rule of hospitality. His reading of The Qur’an has not yet been examined by the scholars. The aim of this study is to investigate the reason for Derrida’s reading of The Qur'an and its separation from The Prophet (PBUH). In this descriptive-analytical- comparative method, the concepts considered by Derrida in the text of The Qur'an are examined and the epistemological status of The Prophet is analyzed on the base of the text itself. In this regard, "ontological" reading of the text of The Qur'an is used, which considers the text independent of the reader and writer. This reading is comparable to Derrida’s “deconstructive” reading since deconstruction emerged from ontological approach. This approach is similar to Allameh Tabatabai’s “Quran to Qur’an” approach which is suitable for Qur’anic studies. To avoid reducing the text of The holy Qur’an to a literary text the findings of the study in compared with the learned exegesis of Ayatollah Javadi Amuli. The findings of this study demonstrates that Derrida has ignored evidences in the text contradicting his reading, and as a result he has found the actions of The Prophet (PBUH) contrary to The Qur’an. Scientific interpretation that experiences its perfection in the age of postmodernism, in addition to specific methodology and valid criteria, in proportion to the development of human knowledge, especially in the field of philosophy of science, needs to explain the actions of the most influential new views of philosophy of science on the principles and rules of this interpretation. Is.The achievement of the article, which is written in descriptive, analytical, critical and comparative methods, after critically examining Barbour's theory of "critical realism" with the focus on Ayatollah Javadi's views, explains the nature of his actions and the degree of compatibility of his theory with the principles and rules of scientific interpretation.Limiting the principle of causality to the phenomena of nature; The precedence of empirical knowledge over religious knowledge; Equality of methodology of science with religion; That no "final theory" can be considered the "ultimate truth" and that the ultimate truth of nothing can be understood; Skepticism and sophistry as a logical consequence of the "relativity of understanding"; These are views of Barbour that are inconsistent with the philosophy of religion and the foundations of the scientific interpretation of the Qur'an; However, his efforts to de-escalate the tension between science and religion, which paved the way for the unity of science and religion in the West, are compatible with the interests of religion and the Qur'anic teachings. The Qur'an is permissible to cite empirically convincing propositions to the Qur'an in the form of "probable citations." Manuscript profile

Ayatollah Javadi Amoli’s theory on the religious knowledge is one of the most significant theories articulated in recent decades. Whether we agree or disagree with the elements of this theory entirely, it is inevitable for the scholars to analyze and speculate its contexts. This theory illustrates the shortcomings of modern sciences, specifying the pillars of religious knowledge. This theory is based on three principles: science unavoidably is bounded by the philosophical presuppositions; the sciences are separated from each other by their subjects; and the intellect is one of the resources of religion and of the religious sciences. The important thing which has been mostly neglected is that although this theory is new and creative, but his theory and principles are rooted in Allameh Tabatabai’s intellectual school. This article attempts to explain this issue and to illustrate how Allameh Tabatabai has influenced Ayatollah Javadi Amoli. At this article, three principles of the theory will be explained while its critics are deferred to another article.  Manuscript profile
