Tanavar Co. has had problems in making strategic decisions, due to the lack of a systematic mechanism to manage risk events. Hence to facilitate the enterprise risk management (ERM) process, a decision support system which is able to support decision making at all stages of risk management process has been developed. This research introduces a methodology which supports decision making in the whole process of enterprise risk management and in addition applies multiple attribute decision making (MADM) tools such as weighing method based on eigenvalue approach and TOPSIS method, fuzzy inference system and also integer programming. Applying MADM models for using qualitative, quantitative and sometimes contradictory criteria, and also using experiences and opinions of experts, requires a decision support system. Thus for implementation and validation of recommended model, a software has been developed and applied in Tanavar Co. and specifically in Enghelab sport complex. Manuscript profile

The present context of the electric industry, characterized by competitive markets, privatization, and regulatory of technical requirements forces the power utilities to optimize their asset management practices and develop the requisite decision plans techno-economically. Practically approaching, this paper devises a new support tool based on a multiattribute decision making (MADM) framework in combination with analytical hierarchical process (AHP) to determine the most critical components of power transmission systems. Measure of system-wide reliability performance, outage cost, Locational marginal prices demonstrative of market fairness, and network losses are among the attributes considered in this paper for component criticality assessment. With the frequent existence of qualitative and quantitative attributes, the proposed approach can effectively help to deal with the existent uncertainty and conventional judgment vagueness. As verified in a case study on the IEEE Reliability Test System (IEEE-RTS), the proposed framework introduces its applicability and efficiency for the practical asset management optimizations in electric utilities. Brokerage firms are major financial institutions in the capital market and Due to the nature of the service brokerage firms, ranking them seem necessary. These firms can be compare and rank in different aspect that based on specific criteria. One of the risky processes in capital market is Settlement. Settlement Guarantee Fund as a risk management is one of common settlement method of securities transactions and need to be notice. This research is looking to evaluated brokerage firms based on the criteria of Settlement Guarantee Fund. Now Settlement Guarantee Fund is active as a unit of the Central Depository Company Formation and manage settlement risk in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) and Iran Fara Bourse (IFB). Using measures brokerage repeated default, default amount of latency and using TOPSIS method to rank list of active firms described Tehran Stock Exchange in 2013. The results show that in the list of members, SavAfarin and Saba Jahad Brokerage Company are highest and lowest ranking degree of settlement risk factors. There also appears to be a risk rating system established in the capital market seems necessary. Manuscript profile

Regarding to the policy of country’s motion towards development, every year a high percentage of annual budget of government is dedicated to civil projects. Implementation of these projects requires spending time, cost and other resources. Lack of proper contract arrangement and unfair distribution of responsibilities and authorities have led to many challenges among projects’ employers and contractors. On one hand, civil projects confront with threats and opportunities regarding the key elements of project like time, cost and quality in order to achieve the specified goals. The roots of most threats ad chances can be find in a set of uncertainty conditions that regarding to varying and unstable conditions of country, they have great effect on the process of project execution, and the probable conditions shall be recognized and predicted. Types of civil project contracts were conducted by multi-indicator decision-making techniques and approach of scenario planning. At first, types of contracts being able to conclude in organization were recognized. Then, the options’ rating indicators was specified by studying the organization’s strategy document. Moreover, to determine the uncertainty, by reviewing the literature we identified the effective factors on indicators and they were classified into under control and out of control factors. Uncertainties were specified through out of control factors, and scenarios were developed. Ultimately, by Max-Min method, strategic options were rated according to 4factor method, E.P.C, design and construction method, P.E, 3 factorial method and turning key method, respectively. Selecting a business model is one of the most critical decisions for managers to achieve success in the competition scene. Todays with the development of information and communication technologies, the world is a technological evolution called the sharing economy, which in their consumption becomes service sellers. The purpose of this research is to provide a practical method for selecting a sharing business model using multi-attribute decision-making methods. This research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of research method. The results indicate a method for obtaining points in multi-attribute decision-making and specifically the ARAS method for selecting a sharing business model. In the end, this method has been used in a startup business. This method helps managers and business owners in selecting a sharing business model before implementation. Manuscript profile

In today's highly competitive world, web financial reporting plays an important role in creating simple solutions to identify and compare the business performance of businesses. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive model for performing financial reporting on the web, taking into account different indicators, using the mathematical method. The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of the type of implementation strategy, descriptive survey and statistical population of financial and accounting experts, which has been selected by judgment. In this study, by adopting the fuzzy Delphi method, for companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange, a web-based reporting model was proposed and indicators and effective factors for web-based reporting were identified and ranked. The instruments used in the research were a questionnaire and the components of the model were identified and confirmed using a multi-criteria decision model (Shannon entropy) as well as confirmatory factor analysis.Findings show that the proposed model for web financial reporting, which is designed based on eight organizational, financial, economic, social, political, human, technological and cultural indicators as the main indicators, with 62 factors, is appropriate and skewed. Has less than individual criteria.Providing a good model for web-based financial reporting in companies improves the efficiency, timeliness and honest representation of financial information, and facilitates data analysis. Proportionate distribution of facilities, equipment, and Proficient human forces who are directly involved in the health of society is of great importance. The present descriptive-analytical study aimed to rank the Counties of Ardabil province with respect to the health care development indicators. Access to health carefacilities and their distribution across the Countieswere determined by employing 26 health indicators, applying TOPSIS and VIKORdecision making models, and unifying the results by Borda and Copeland techniques, mean-rank, and integration. The findings revealed the gap and inequality among the Counties of the province and a marked difference in access tohealth care facilities and infrastructures. The results of the integration method revealed that among the Counties of the province, just the county of Ardabil, the center of the province, had very favorable conditions. The Counties of Khalkhal and Meshginshahr had favorable conditions. The most deprived county in terms of access to health care facilities was Sarein and the other Counties were classified as deprived or somewhat deprived areas. The findings indicate that it is possible to change the spatial inequalities of development towards balanced growth by decentralization of facilities from the center of the province and proper distribution of facilities and equipment with a justice-oriented approach and also the distribution of health care equipment in proportion to the population of Counties.
