The purpose of the present research is jurisprudential study of dissection of the corpse condition in Imāmiah Fiqh compared to the four schools of thought. The method of study is descriptive-analytic and the results showed that the Sunnis have also admitted dissection of the corpse according to requirements. The Shāfe’is hold the closest view to Imāmiah Figh about dissection of the body. The Māleki school has adopted stricter views with respect to corpse corruption. The Hanbalis believe that transportation of the corpse from a city to another for dissection is forbidden. The Hanafis have allowed a limited time for dissection after which the dead body must be buried. Therefore, it is concluded that except in exceptional circumstances, Imāmiah Fiqh and the four schools of thought have common views about dissection of the corpse. Manuscript profile

Pteridium aquilinum belongs to the family Dennstaedtiaceae and includes herbaceous, perennial and terrestrial plants with global distribution. This plant grows well in sultry and shady areas; Therefore, the northern regions of Iran are one of the suitable habitats for this species. In the present study, the anatomical structure of leaves in 15 specimens of this species was investigated by the double staining method. In total, 23 quantitative and 6 qualitative characters were evaluated and measured. Characters such as the presence of a uniseriate epiderm, the presence of collenchyma cells in the distance between the epiderm and the vascular bundle, the presence of a V-shaped vessel in the center of the vascular bundel, bilateral phloem, stomatal guard cells Renal shape and simple needle-shaped trichomes in the lower epiderm are prominent anatomical features of the leaves in this species. The results of statistical calculations such as WARD analysis, how the populations were grouped and also drawing PCA diagrams showed the diversity of characters in the populations. On the other hand, despite the consideration of lower taxa than the species in this plant in some studies, the results of statistical calculations based on the characteristics of the anatomical structure of the leaf in the present study ruled out the existence of these taxa. Stachys (Lamiaceae: Lamioideae) comprises of about 300 species, a largest genus with a wide distribution area in the world, is traditionally used in folk medicine. Till now, no research has been carried out regarding the stem anatomical characteristic of these species in Iran. In the present study, stem anatomy of six its species was compared. Three individuals were collected from each species, and a mature stem was selected from each individual. Stems were fixed in GAF fixative. Hand sections were stained with carmine and methylene blue dye (double stained). Results show that some anatomical properties of studied species were determined to be similar to the anatomical properties of other species of the genus Stachys. According to the anatomical comparison between the six species, shape and structure of the stem are the distinguishing features of the species. On the surface of stem, five types of trichomes were found: simple and branched nonglandular, peltate, and long and short capitate glandular trichomes. The present study shows that certain micromorphological and anatomical features of Stachys species are valuable taxonomic characters in species identification and delimitation. Manuscript profile

Abstract. Rosa hybrid L. is one of the most important ornamental plants that one of the modern methods of micropropagation of Rosa hybrid Cv.Maurossia is tissue culture. In this research, after optimizing of sterilization of explants with sodium hypochlorite, MS culture medium with various concentrations of BA was used for the establishment. The highest growth rate was observed in 0.2 mg l-1 BA. Then, explants were transferred to MS medium with different concentrations of BA, NAA and IAA. The results showed the optimal branch regenerated was obtained at 2 mg l-1 BA and 0.5 mg l-1 IAA. In indirect organogenesis, the part of the leaf with the petioles was used and the optimum percentage was observed in 2 mg l-1 BA with 1 mgl-1 NAA. Then, explants transferred to the rooting induction medium of MS and MS/2 with IBA and Phloroglucinol. The most rooting induction was observed in MS/2 medium with 1 mg l-1 BA and 0.2 mg l-1 Phl (Phloroglusinol). Also, due to the importance of the morphology of the Rosacea family, the anatomical studies of the vegetative organs were compared in two samples of in vivo and in vitro plants and the results showed that the general structures in both samples are similar. Pelargonium graveolens L′Her is an aromatic and medicinal plant that is widely used in pharmaceutical, perfumery and food industry. Ultraviolet radiation has many effects on plants and can cause many morphological and physiological changes that often decreased plant growth. In this study to investigate the effect of ultraviolet radiation on the anatomical structure of different organs of P.graveolens, the plant cuttings were exposed to different intensities of ultraviolet radiation -B (0, 0.12, 0.26 , 0.38 W/m2). The structure of leaves, stem, petiole and root of the plants were studied by light microscope. The results indicated that with increasing UV radiation, leaf thickness decreased and the size petiole thickness increased. Maximum level of the central vascular bundle diameter of petiole and stem were seen in high UV-B intensity treatment. Also results showed in petiole and stem of treated plants, parenchyma thickness decreased and the area of the stele increased by enhancing UV radiation intensity. However, in all treatments, the root structure was not affected. Considering alteration in results, it seems that shoots anatomy were affected by UV-B radiation especially in higher dose, but this radiation had no effect on root structure. Manuscript profile

Selenium is a beneficial element with antioxidant properties that increases plant growth and tolerance to abiotic stresses. In order to investigate the effect of Nano Selenium solution treatments on Cherry Tomato plant growth, treatments including Sodium Selenate (bulk) and Selenium nanoparticles were applied at four levels (0 as control, 2, 4 and 10 ppm). The experimental results showed that interaction between Selenium nanoparticles and all studied traits (fresh weight, dry weight, anatomical indices of roots and stems and leaves, chlorophyll content) were significantly different at 1% level. Treatments caused morphological changes in stems, roots and leaves compared to controls. The highest increase in root and leaf diameter was observed in group four Nano Selenium (21.55 and 1.1%) compared to the control. All treatments reduced stem diameter compared to control. An increasing trend of root and stem central cylinder thickness was observed in proportion to the concentration compared to the control. Both Nano-Selenium and bulk Selenate reduced the differentiation of xylem vessels in leaves compared to the controls. The results of studied morphological and anatomical traits indicated that the use of two levels of Nano-Selenium concentrations, 2 and 4 ppm, improved the growth parameters, in contrast, application of 10 ppm Nano-Selenium concentration reduced the growth parameter, the content of plant pigments in comparison with the control sample. Overally, the results showed that Selenium treatment in appropriate amounts can contribute to the optimal yield of cherry tomatoes and increase plant growth and pigmentation and affect tissue differentiation and organ development.
