The present research aims to investigate the categorizations plan of political thoughts in the Islamic world based on the proportion and position of “religion” in “modern government” as a basis for classifying the new thoughts in the Islamic world. The categorizations include the ratio of Sharia to rule in the government, the validation of political wisdom and legacy integration. A descriptive-analytical research method is applied. The results show that “religious minimalists” consider the minimal role for religion and religious traditions for the government and take the modern religion and government as a barrier to aggregate and give the priority to the government to manage these world's affairs. “Religious maximalists” consider widely proportion for religion and divine traditions in the government and they don't separate current and second world that manage them by two distinct institutions. The relationship between form and content in poetry during Roodaki's period was completed step by step. Still during Samanid era, the form determined content while the subject has found its form, such as strophe that was used to promote ethics and advice plus admonitions and wisdom. The form of ode was used mostly to describe nature, eulogy of prominent people, as well as philosophical issues. The lyrical form was used for expressing sentiments, poetic and lovely emotions. Therefore, in terms of Roodaki's poetry it is implied that he had been pioneer in explaining philosophical issues and a type of early mysticism. He had been able to compose poems in the available forms of that era including those forms dealing with reality recognition and explaining spirituality. Although he was at the very beginning of the road, there was no doubt that issues like morbidity, philosophical and humane issues, etc. by Roodaki was attended by the following poets. Islamic communities are infected with severe combination of mind and behavior. After a few centuries of development in civilization of Islamic communities, invasion of various enemies and outbreak of successive wars, and internal clashes as well as excommunication of Muslims by some Islamic faiths, the Islamic community went through a regression toward barbarism. This regression came along with acceptance of dominating cultures that revealed its scientific potentiality in material technology during recent centuries and had a remarkable advancement in these arenas. This is how the life style of mind and behavior combination took shape so that not only didn't it bring about development, but it also caused the regression of Islamic communities and domination of enemies of religion and nations. By the study of life style in Islamic communities and the cause of recent problems in the Islamic world, the writer endeavors to account for a solution and try to prove that the only way left is turning back toward Islamic life style via application of the Koranic, Islamic, and mystical teachings. Because the loftiest and most comprehensive life style is a program that is extracted from divine knowledge and revelation teachings. To this end, the educated Muslims have presented their careers in proportion to the philosophical scientific approach and their learnings from Islam and their findings. Amidst these, mystics have also expressed some instructions on achieving spiritual life and optimal living according to their learnings from Islam and their own intuitive and internal findings. It is obvious that life style mostly deals with behavior; however, determining behavior is overshadowed with ideas, beliefs, and findings. Manuscript profile

Rabindranath Tagore is a world-renowned Nobel Prize-winning Indian poet, mystic, philosopher, and writer. Tagore's poems can be studied from different aspects, especially in terms of literary schools. Tagore has been mostly influenced by Romanticism, but he also considered symbolism in his poetry. In this article, symbols in the categories of nature, plant, bird, object, human and human myth, place, animal, insect, etc. in Tagore's translated poems have been studied by employing descriptive, analytical, and quantitative methods. In general, out of 820 translated poems, symbols are seen in 155 poems (18.90) percent. Tagore was profoundly interested in nature; thus, symbols of nature (58%), plants (22.35%) and objects (22.25%) are the most frequent ones in his poems. The symbols of Tagore's poetry often have positive meanings and are mostly used to represent and describe human messages and ideas, mystical and philosophical concepts, and poetic images and are somehow similar to universal symbols.  Due to the fact that Tagore has rarely employed innovative or personal symbols, meanings of his symbols are easy to grasp. The Sufis and Muslim philosophers have in many cases provided a different understanding of the traditions. Among such Muslim scholars is 'Eyn al-Quzāt Hamidāni (killed in 525 AH). He does so in discussing various traditions. For example, in discussing the narration of "Utlubu al-‘Ilm wa lu Biṣīn" (Seek knowledge, even though it is in China) he says that the meaning of the narrative is to go to a spring called "Ṣād" to learn interior and secret knowledge, a source that implies a secretive meaning. It is appropriate to ask what historical roots existed in his time to cause him to have such attitude to this narrative . As we shall see, this notion is rooted in his Gnostic and mystical thinking. According to the Gnostic thought - partly on the path of its transmission through Christianity and Manoit to Iran and subsequently to Iran after converted to Islam - the material world and material science are worthless. Gnostics give authenticity to the metaphysical world and 'Eyn al-Quzāt was  influenced by them as well. Another mysterious thought that 'Eyn al-Quzāt was influenced by is the one presented by  Plato, who believed in the universe of the forms and that the principle of all things existed in the higher world and regard material objects as shadows and darkness. Although his viewpoints of hadiths have historical roots outside of the Muslim world, aspects of such beliefs can be viewed in various religions and schools of interest to esoteric interpretations of Shiite Islam in particular. Sadie has composed the seventh chapter of Boostan under the title of in the world of education. His purpose in composing this chapter is to teach the methods of education and ethics. Most of researchers believe that Sadie's works, especially this part, is under influence of Arabic culture and Islamic thoughts.  This article shows that the source of Sadie's thoughts in the issues of education is coordinated well both with Arabic and Iranian culture. The results of this research represent the necessity of attention to the Arabic sources for discovering of the ancient Iranians' views and its effect on Persian literature. The chronological sequence of Iranians' point of view to Arabic and Islamic thoughts shows that the people of the Persians were familiar with so many of educational and ethical affairs which today considered as Islamic or Arabic. Therefore, they have gone beyond the field of Iranian culture and Pahlavi texts and have entered to the realm of Arabic culture. Unfortunately, the references to the Iranian view in the explanation and interpretation of Persian texts have been neglected by researchers, so it is necessary to pay attention not only to the effectiveness of the Persian literature from the Arab literature but also to the effectiveness of the Iranian culture. Modernity has influenced the mythological attitude through scientific thinking and rationalism. Based on the views of prominent mythologists of the twentieth century and by using library sources and comparative method, in the present research, the impact of modernity on the structural-cognitive concepts of myth is analyzed. In order to understand the effects of modernity, the religious, historical, artistic, literary, temporal and spatial, philosophical and scientific aspects of myths in the period before the emergence of modernity and after its emergence have been compared. Also, differences and similarities in the structural-cognitive concepts of myths before and after the advent of modernity have been analyzed. The findings show that at the beginning of modernity, changes in attitudes in the structural concepts of myth, such as temporal, spatial, scientific and philosophical concepts have diminished the role of myths. However, after the decline of modernity, the scientific attitude with its expansion was able to include the mythological attitude. Manuscript profile

Irrespective of their whereabouts, their cultural era, humans share common gifts and potentialities arising from their epistemological existential essence.  A large part of peoples’ knowledge and experiences are common despite their differences in terms of culture, time, place and personal experiences.  The important point is that this difference is only external, the underlying structure or deep structure is similar, since human potentialities are rarely influenced by cultural differences hence there exists similarities between Plato, Suhrawardi, Mowlana and Jung regarding the structure of the world and Man’s psyche in terms of deep structure.  By presenting Plato’s world of illusion and Suhrawardi’s world of image, Zoroaster’s spiritual divine forms (farvahar), Jung’s collective unconscious, and the sayings of Attar and Mowlana regarding divine eternal self, one can clearly find resemblances in terms of deep structure between these modes of thoughts.
