All organizations must keep records of their business decisions and transactions to meet the demands of the company's customers or stakeholders. Due to the increasing number of electronic documents as well as the conversion of paper documents to electronic ones, the use of information and communication technology changes the way of doing work in organizations and leads to a much greater dependence on electronic records. Electronic document management helps organizations to utilize information more effectively and to support the immediate operational needs for business information. An electronic records management system should be able to manage electronic records throughout their life cycle, from recording, integrity, authenticity, deletion and availability, and at the same time, one of the problems is authentication and preservation of intellectual works for electronic files. To solve such problems, we can use new methods in this direction, one of these methods is the use of steganography and watermarking. Steganography has been widely used in the past decade. Steganography and watermarking methods are designed to embed sequences of hidden information in electronic objects for various purposes, which are used in the fields of security and protection in order to hide the original message or preserve the spiritual works. This paper first studies a common understanding of EDMS concepts and, in the next step, shows the current research in the field of information embedding methods in electronic documents. Today, the issue of identity crisis has become one of the main concerns in the domain of architectural spaces, especially in countries with culturally rich backgrounds which seek original features in a purposeful solution. This is also true of the Iranian architectural space which, connected deeply to its culture, can conceive an authentic model related to the architecture of the modern urban façades.            The main inquiry of this study revolves around this fundamental question: “What elements are analytically included inthe study of the semantic authenticity in urban facades of the city of Tehran?” It could be concluded that, based on the theory of origin of Zancheti, et al., understanding the concept of “originality” is possible through three elements: the physical – environmental element, the physical element and the element of meaning in urban landscapes.  Furthermore, the authentic façadesfollow three elements: first, the clarity in the building structure, second, the connection with the environment and the urban space and third, the affiliation to the longstanding and meaningful objects.            In order to create original façades in today's urban architectural design, one needs to identify the construction of the building facade, followed by a systematic study of the physical and semantic relations to perceive its semantic authenticity as veiled codes in the facades. The aim of this study is to emphasize the structural authenticity in the city of Tehran by devising a framework in the original semantics. Therefore, a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods is used. Thus, in the qualitative phase, the characteristics are examined through “Grounded-Theory” method. In the quantitative phase, however, the significance of the characteristics is determined using the SWARA method. The data collection method is based on field data, library research, and involves a questionnaire containing 24 questions. The selection of examples include monuments of contemporary architecture that have a wide range of impact and hold the following characteristics due to their superior views: 1-In the first and second “Pahlavi” Era; 1931-1966. 2- Iranian cultural roots are also meticulously studied. 3-There are genuine architectural signs and patterns. In the selection of this study, twopoints are more conspicuous than others: the importance of the works of the selected buildings and the significance of their relative era.            The physical analysis of the contemporary architectural works in the first and second “Pahlavi” Erasuggests thatproper design methods were applied in the structural proportions widely employed by the architects of the timeto originate a basic method in architecture. They follow a pattern that facilitates the process of the original design by employing it in view and intensify the validity of the façade.            According to this research, the production of an authentic urban facade has a direct connection with the creation of meaningful elements that are linkedto one another through time. This study considers roots as the basis of originalitywhich is perceived through an accuratedesign analysis of the architecture of PahlaviEra. The semantic authenticity of the façade is comprehended through semantic elements which areassociated with the city, the effective light, the turning point, the vitality and mobility, the memorability, and the domestic materials. Charles Taylor has a distinctive status among contemporary philosophers. Taylor’s important concerns are “identity” and the “lack of meaning”. He thinks that modern moral philosophy is lacking in strong evaluation of “identity”. What is dominant in the modern age is a naturalistic view, which, as Taylor puts it, destroys the meaning of life; individualism and instrumentalism are consequences of this view. In his historical account, Taylor shows that individualism leads us to authenticity and relativism. Taylor thinks that “identity” is to know who I am and where I stand. Our identity is defined by commitments and identifications. Moreover, identity is formed by our dialogical and social character. Also the Good is shaped in association and dialogue. One of Taylor’s concerns is restoration the meaning to our life. He speaks of frame or horizon within which human beings receive meaning for living. According to Taylor, it is possible to make a relation between “identity” and “good”. One major criticism against Taylor’s thought is that there is an inconsistency between “identity” and “good” in it. In other words, we cannot believe in an identity as formed by dialogue and, at the same time, speak of similar moral intuitions. Manuscript profile

Today interpretation is one of the significant issues of commercial contracts. Despite daily development of commercial law, precision in the regulation of commercial contracts and the involvement of legal experts the existence of ambiguity is totally possible. One of the principles that is suggested for the interpretation of a contract is the principle of effectuality of the contract phrases (non-futility). This principle shows us that people consider the contract in a purposeful manner and refuse to include futile ineffective phrases and words in the contract. In Iranian jurisprudence and law no comprehensive research has been conducted so far on the place of the aforementioned principle but there are certain principles in the jurisprudence that justify this principle upon precise investigations. Without mentioning the principle of validity in the domain of interpretation of contract the Article 223 of Civil Code has spoken of the principle of validity in the outlines of obligations which is not totally irrelevant to the principle under study. Then as to the application of the aforementioned principle in the interpretation, there is difference of opinions among the legal experts. In the law of England the aforementioned principle has not been clearly accepted and just the legal procedure is endorsed and the legal procedure is of an equal status as compared to the law. This comparative study examines the works of two prominent novelists, Ernest Hemingway and Ahmad Mahmoud, through the lens of Existentialism. Both authors are renowned for their unique styles and themes that probe the human condition and the quest for meaning in life. This research compares their works, including Hemingway’s A Farewell to Arms and The Sun Also Rises and Mahmoud’s The Neighbors and The Scorched Earth to differentiate the similarities and differences in their approaches to Existentialism. Based on an existential perspective, the study aims to examine how characters in the novels of Hemingway and Mahmoud grapple with existential crises, confront the absurdity of life, navigate concepts of freedom and authenticity, and cope with existential anxiety. Results show that while Hemingway's characters often exhibit a stoic acceptance of the absurdity of life and adopt a sense of freedom in their choices, Mahmoud's characters tend to struggle more intensely with existential anxiety and undergo profound existential crises as they confront the complexities of their existence. Moreover, Hemingway's characters typically fail to stick to their true selves and what they believe in, while Mahmoud's characters might struggle more with being true to themselves and finding their own identity Manuscript profile
