        Urban spaces play a unique role in meeting the social and personal needs of city children. These spaces occupy a major part of the time and environment of the daily life of residents, including children, and from the viewpoint of consensus and behavioral science, improving the quality of these spaces can be effective in the health and growth of physical strength, strengthening social interactions and fostering creativity in children. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate and evaluate the indicators of a child-friendly city in ten areas of Tabriz metropolis. The research method is descriptive-analytical based on library and documentary studies, field investigations and interviews, and data analysis was done with spss software. The results of the evaluation show that in relation to the status of the six indicators of the child-friendly city in the ten regions of Tabriz, the physical-environmental index(2.62), independent and free transportation and mobility (2.42), access to various services and activities (3.05), historical, cultural and religious (2.40) and effective participation by expressing oneself and expressing opinion (2.24) according to the theoretical mean (3) of the criteria and indicators of the child-friendly city in the ten regions of Tabriz are slightly lower than It is average. Also, the ranking results of the indicators based on the entropy model show that the components of visible and safe space, air pollution, asphalt quality, strengthening of cultural heritage, safety of sidewalks, valuing children, national-local celebrations, transportation of the disabled, cycling path and expression Opinions are more important than the rest of the components, and finally, by comparing the ten regions of Tabriz, it was found that there is no significant difference between different regions in the city.         In delineating the framework of the phenomenology of a phenomenon, it is essential to examine various foundations. Among these, the poetics of interior architectural space, and the dynamism of spatial spirituality with the effects of sensory perception, distinctly embody the characteristic of this phenomenon. Specifically, this study extensively examines the artistic dimensions and the structure of spatial elements in a layered manner. This type of analysis delves into the nuances of different facets of manifestation, encompassing numerous factors such as the influence of artistic effects and their correlation with other environmental aspects to maximize the revelation of perceptual connections. The research, in this regard, is deeply entrenched, addressing the question of whether the phenomenology of spatial elements in the poetics of interior architectural space within the historic bazaar complex of Tabriz, as a pivotal aspect of historical cultural heritage, can significantly contribute to preserving the sustainability of this space with an emphasis on a unified identity in a contemporary context? Assuming that the phenomenology of spatial elements in the poetics of interior architectural space within the historic bazaar complex of Tabriz, with a focus on spatial infrastructure and its relationship with cultural heritage, can provide a conceptual framework and play a role in sustaining this space in modernity. This hypothesis draws on past experiences and analyzes the impacts of spatial infrastructure on individuals' experiences, emphasizing art, architecture-interior design, and the concept of beauty. The research methodology adopted is quantitative-qualitative; the current research strategy is descriptive-analytical. Data collection methods include library and field studies, along with questionnaire surveys. The findings suggest that the foundation of the phenomenology of spatial elements in the poetics of interior architectural space within the historic bazaar complex of Tabriz is underscored as a historical cultural heritage and a factor for global sustainability. Consequently, the study results indicate that comprehending the infrastructure of the historic bazaar complex of Tabriz can perpetuate the ancient Iranian architectural pattern with a sustainable strategy to preserve the lively bazaar with a unified identity in the contemporary era, which has garnered global attention.         In today's world, more than half of the world's population, in addition to being centers of social, economic and spatial development, live in cities and towns. Housing as one of the most basic human needs plays a very important role in the peace and mental security of social groups. In the meantime, the study and knowledge of the population and how they enter the period of need for independent housing is the main part of the need for housing. The purpose of this study is structural analysis of housing barriers for vulnerable urban groups in a case study of Tabriz metropolis. The method of the present study is developmental in terms of purpose because it aims to identify and construct a conceptual model of housing barriers in the city of Tabriz and has an exploratory nature. Also, in terms of data type, this research is a combination research (qualitative-quantitative). In order to collect data, statistical yearbooks, censuses of different periods, information of health centers and other valid information of related centers have been used along with completing a questionnaire. In the present study, cross-sectional structural analysis with MICMAC software has been used for future research and recognition of key indicators of the housing sector and Scenario Wizard software has been used to develop possible future housing scenarios in Tabriz metropolis. The results of the research show that during the period 2016-1976, the quantitative and qualitative indicators of housing in the city of Tabriz have improved. The results show the housing market management style, housing policies, land and housing prices, marginalization expansion, lack of mass housing supply, urbanization growth, rental rates, housing quality, private sector absence, population growth, political developments, unemployment, strategic indicators And are an effective key to providing housing for vulnerable urban groups in the metropolis of Tabriz. Finally, two scenarios were obtained as the most probable future housing scenarios in the metropolis of Tabriz. In the first scenario, we see the stability of indicators of housing management, housing policies, mass housing supply, urban growth, private sector presence in housing, population growth and political developments and rising land and housing price indicators, marginalization, rental rates and unemployment. The only indicator of housing quality in this scenario is a declining trend. Manuscript profile

        Purpose: this research examines the impact of on-service training on job skills of public libraries' staff in Tabriz and Variables affecting on it. Methodology: descriptive survey method was used. Required data has been collected through questionnaire with using Likert scale. There have been some hypotheses which have been designed on the basis of existing variables. Also interviews, office regulations, phone reports, and visiting public libraries in Tabrizand Major offices of public libraries of the East Azarbayjan were considered. Statistical society in this survey includes all staff of 18 public libraries which have completed their on-service training. 96 questionnaires were distributed among staff and after completion, only 50 of them were usable which were analyzed using Excel 2007 and SPSS17. Findings: From total number of respondents 56% of respondents agreed with the analysis of labor issues, 38% of them agreed with the opportunities and facilities are used properly, 60% of respondents agreed to increase staff skills in providing services, 48% of them agree with the initiative, 50% of agreed with the increased interest in respect of employee services, 44% of respondents agreed with the staff in decision making and accelerate, 48% believed on- service training should be based on solving the real problems inside the libraries. Conclusion: According to the results of T-test, the hypothesis of this study (The by on-service training increases job skills.) the hypothesis was confirmed.   Manuscript profile

        Generally architecture can be considered as a dress of life size, and naturally a dress should be provided accordingly proportionate with any quality of life. Therefore, it should be expected the quality of architecture undergoes shifts in accordance to the quality of life change. Transformation in lifestyle during different historical periods and the direct relationship in the forms of housing provide the possibility of investigating the impacts on the house in different historical periods. This research aims at studying the effective factors on the change of the spatial organization in Tabriz houses through the study of the lifestyle change in the contemporary era. The research method is descriptive-analytical. The first part of the research deals with library studies, review of literature, and the second part is related to the field studies and examining the samples in Tabriz from the early revolution and contemporary periods. Finally, the data obtained from interviews and questionnaires that determine the impact of lifestyle on physical structure. The results showed that lifestyle change has a direct impact on the structure of the houses and lack of knowledge and studies in this field has caused that the houses are not suitable for the users' lives in recent years.
