        Man's relationship with the business, enhances the degree of stress or pressure in the workplace. The fact is commonplace and crucial in modern organizations. This study aimed to investigate the pathology of the family is away from home workplace in 1393. The survey methods and data collected through questionnaires distributed among the people gathered. The population consisted of 250 employees of the molten iron in Hamedan, Yazd and Kerman area working, but is living in the Isfahan city. The sample size was calculated with the help of Morgan and the sample size of 150 subjects was enrolled. In particular, the results of the data analysis, regression analysis showed a relatively strong correlation between sets of variables, and the adjusted coefficient of determination is equal to 0/389. This value indicates the statistical fact that 39% of all the consequences of a life away from work associated with six independent variables, severity of kinship and family relations, marriage, work culture, job cut, earnings and job satisfaction.   Manuscript profile

        Knowledge is based on development. Advancing of rural developmental programs is step in forward to autarchy and improvement of rural society situation. So, regard into the native context is necessary. This paper is fundamental from purpose view and it is a library research, because of introducing improved ways in successfulling of rural developmental plans, such as pay attention to indigenous knowledge in the form of participatory development. The result of this study is the show of that we can reach by resources and participation of the natives to equal and multi aspects development. Also that results to self-confidence and capability of countryman instead of pure dependence. We can use from indigenous knowledge at rural development plans improviding that we can induce multi aspects participation of the natives by making communication between managers of projects and the countryman.         Adolescents’ delinquency along with various social, economic, mental and physical problems is important for Iranian society. As adolescents are the active population so, their physical and mental health must be taken into serious consideration. Accordingly, the present study aims to investigate the role of media on the adolescents’ delinquency. It is a type of quantitative study using a questionnaire to collect the required data. The population consists of two groups of the Correction and RehabilitationCenter patients of Shiraz city and a number of non-patient citizens aged 13-18 years. Through the stratification sampling method 55 patents and 55 non-patients were selected. The data were analyzed via the SPSS software. the results shows that getting influenced by negative characters of movies, using satellite for entrainment and watching CDs negatively associate to delinquency on both groups. Also, using the internet and watching thrillers revealed a significant relationship with delinquency of the patients. However, no significant association exists between watching movies and scientific TV shows among non-patients. Moreover, no significant relationship was found between watching satellite channels and delinquency. Manuscript profile

        Nowadays, healthy organizations are the ones which care about mental and physical health of the staff as much as their work and productivity. With the health of people, the health of the organization is guaranteed and it can be benefitted from productivity, ability, and necessary efficiency for dealing with the world full of competition. The main goal of this study is examining happiness elements in the productivity of the staff of Oil and Gas Production Company of Gachsaran. Statistical population includes all the staff of Oil and Gas Production Company of Gachsaran. This study uses survey approach with descriptive methods. To measure hypotheses, a five-point Likert scale questionnaire (from very low to very much) and productivity questionnaire were used. Using Cochran formula, the sample size of 365 people was achieved. To analyze data, SPSS software and descriptive and referential statistics (independent t-test, variance analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, and regression analysis) were used. Independent variables included gender, education, marital status, employment, type of work shift, monthly income, creativity, job records, job safety, welfare facilities, educational facilities, and cooperative management. Based on the results, there is a positive and significant correlation between education, employment, type of work shift, monthly income, creativity, job safety, welfare facilities, educational facilities, and cooperative management and productivity. But, there is no significant correlation between gender, job records, and productivity. Generally, 172.75 of the productivity changes result from cooperative management, job safety, type of work shift, educational facilities, education level, and job records and the rest relates to the other factors.         One of the most important issues in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries is population increase regarding the increase in world’s hygiene level. Today, this increase has been controlled in the development countries while it is a fundamental issue in the developing countries. The present study seeks to do a comparative investigation into the attitude of the male seminary and high school teachers toward family planning programs. This study used the survey method. It was done in Shiraz, Iran and the instrument was questionnaires. The sample consisted of 485 participants, 325 of which were high school teachers and 160 seminary teachers. The theoretical framework used in this study is a combination of exchange theory and Parsons, Action Theory. The findings show that there is a relationship between respondent’s job and the three dimension of attitude. This indicates a significant difference between the attitudes of the two groups toward participation in family planning programs. Also, there is a significant relationship between attitude dimensions and income. Manuscript profile

        Addiction or in other words youth’s tendency to Alcohol without any benefit in new communities is raised as an emerging issue. In this study it has been trying to measure trends to alcohol among adolescents and young adults between 15 to 35 years old and determine the variables affecting tendency to alcohol. Accordingly, after determining the theoretical framework and presenting a theoretical model consisting of differential theory of Burgess and eikerz, the research hypothesis has been defined. With the use of Survey methods and questionnaires techniques, a sample with 410 youth between 15 to 35 years old in urmia has chosen. The results of hypothesis showed that between the parents' negligence, Parental conflict, Dominance in group, Parental addiction and youth tendency to alcohol is a significant relation so that trend to alcohol is above the average. Finally, Multiple Regression Analysis results and path analysis showed that the maximum relations are belong to variables such as negligence of parents (35%), Parents addiction (28%), Parents conflict (26%), Dominance in group (21%).         This study with regard to the significant role of globalization and its components in the growth of individualism in intends to investigate the relationship between globalization and individualism among youth 15 and 29 years of age in the Yazd city. In this study, a survey was conducted with 384 young people from Yazd using multi-stage cluster sampling using a research made questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha coefficient is used to calculate the reliability of questionnaire. Finding of the study showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between gender and horizontal individualism and there is not a significant relationship between gender and vertical individualism. There is not a significant relationship between education level and individualism. Also, there is a significant positive relationship between globalization and its dimensions and vertical individualism. And there is a significant and positive relationship between horizontal individualism and Cultural Globalization. The regression analysis results indicate that cultural globalization over 17% of the variance in vertical individualism explains. Manuscript profile

        This study investigated the differences between the two generations, parents and children and interpretation for this differs from the theories of social change and social modernization is used, the findings of this study using a standardized questionnaire and survey method among the 150 students that are before collegiate in asadabad city of hamadan is obtained.         Relationships and interactions among different personalities with different cultures, due to the importance of cultural diversity in the country and the necessity of organizational activities in the international arena to achieve success and improve performance in special age of communication and globalization is one of the most important issues in human resource management. In this regard, the present study examines the role of cultural and emotional intelligence to improve employee performance at the NationalCenter for Globalization Studies. The research methods are used in preset study are as follows: from objective view: applied, data type: quantitative, the method of data collection: descriptive from correlation type, and the method of implementation: survey. The collected data from 80 employees of the NationalCenter for Globalization Studies was analyzed by questionnaire. The results of Pearson correlation test shows a significant relationship between emotional and cultural intelligence of employee performance, there is also a significant relationship between cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence. The Kolmogorov - Smirnov test was used to evaluate the normality of variables and the single sample was determined by T-test that the cultural and emotional intelligence of employees has an acceptable level.         The work ethic, belief and commitment to values and ethical norms in the field of business and economic activities and job duties and obligations. Finally, work in the area of social ethics, evolution and expansion of individual talents and provide the public good on the one hand, the rights of others and a commitment to social obligations on the other. According to the tradition of experimental work ethic dimensions and components such as hard work, honesty, appreciation of work and economic activity, and avoidance of idleness and racquet piety and modesty, honesty and doing the exact job responsibilities, and fulfill the promise and covenant Punctuality is. In this paper the conceptual and operational aspects of the work ethic are based on experimental studies will be described and explained the work ethic of self-made scale. Validity and reliability of the scale made before the main data collection was conducted through a pilot study. The results of implementation among a sample of 600 men over 30 years in Tehran have been provided. The most important result of this study , the low rate of interest in savings and investment, and also noted voluntarism and motivation to succeed. The overall scale mean work ethic 61/3 on the range of 5 specimens, respectively, indicating that the rate is slightly higher than average .Among the five dimensions of work ethic, honesty, averaging 93/3 highest rank achieved. Punctuality After averaging 83/3 located. Motivation to succeed and progress at an average of 75/3 is in third place .And honoring the hard work out 62/3 in the fourth set. Voluntarism, averaging 53/3 in the fifth position. This means that respondents with high fatalism.   Manuscript profile
