  چکیده هدف: مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف شناسایی نیروهای پیشران تأثیرگذار بر آینده کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی ایران انجام شده است. روش‌پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و با روش‌های مرور منابع و پیمایش انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل متخصصان و صاحبنظران حوزه کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی با وبژگی‌هایی همانند داشتن تجربه کاری مرتبط و تخصص علم اطلاعات و دانش­شناسی است. 100 پرسشنامه برای واجدین شرایط ارسال و تحلیل نهایی روی پرسشنامه‌های بازگشتی انجام شد. یافته‌ها: به منظور شناسایی نیروهای پیشران تأثیر­گذار بر آینده کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی، 9 نیروی پیشران کلی در قالب 70 گویه شناسایی و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. از میان این نیروها، نیروهای پیشران «فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات»، «تسهیلات و امکانات» و «ابعاد اجتماعی» با میانگین 34/4 و ضریب اهمیت 87/86 به عنوان مهمترین نیروها شناخته شدند. همچنین گویه‌های «توجه به دانشجویان بین‌المللی (خارجی)» و «سرعت نفوذ اینترنت و کیفیت آن» با میانگین 59/4 در جایگاه نخست قرار گرفتند. براساس ضریب اهمیت «سرعت نفوذ اینترنت و کیفیت آن» با ضریب اهمیت 875/91 در جایگاه نخست قرار گرفت. نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه مبنایی برای شناسایی نیروهای پیشران کلیدی و تدوین سناریوهای پیش‌ روی کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی در ایران خواهد بود. مدیران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی و تیم‌های ارشد مدیریتی می‌توانند از این نیروهای پیشران برای بررسی سناریوهای پیش روی و اصلاح دیدگاه خود در خصوص آینده کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی استفاده نموده و به منظور مواجهه بهتر با آینده، راهبردهایی را ترسیم نمایند.   The present study was performed to measure the impact of cultural and social factors on the unplanned behavior of academic libraries users. The study is done by survey-analytical method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The research population included the students of the central libraries of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Shahid Chamran of Ahvaz, Tehran, Tabriz and Shiraz. After determining the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, a total of 700 questionnaires were distributed and 654 questionnaires were analyzed by using stratified sampling method proportional to the size of population. The path analysis and LISREL software were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that thecultural factors with impact factor 0.49 and social factors with impact factor 0.86 affect the unplanned behavior of users to use the resources and services of academic libraries through the Their individual characteristics. As well as individual characteristics with impact factor 0.94  affect the unplanned behavior of users to use the resources and services of academic libraries. Therefore, considering the path coefficients obtained, the effect of social factors on the incidence of unplanned behaviors in the use of academic library resources and services was higher than cultural factors. The academic libraries must, in order to optimize use of their resources and services pay special attention to be effective cultural and social factors and individual characteristics on the unplanned behavior of users.   Abstract At the age of information, Thanks to the help of new technologies, man has been faced with new facilities and at the same time serious challenges. Cyber environment as an environment for the transaction between man and man and man and computer as well as a bed for the social and economic exchanges, requires an obligation for the ethical rules and instructions for the security of the users of this environment. In this article, on one hand, the concepts and generalities of ethics are explained and on the other, referring to some ratified ethical rules of cyber environments in the world, objective ethical challenges of this environment and their proper solutions are mentioned.
