The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of using communication technologies on media literacy and learning of Isfahan region 1 conservatory students based on the bootstrapping technique. The current study is considered a survey type in terms of the classification of descriptive researches. The statistical population of this research includes art students and teachers of conservatories in District 1 of Isfahan city, whose total number is 256. Finally, using random numbers table, statistical sample, selection and questionnaire have been distributed among them. After evaluating the model obtained in the research, it was observed that the average value of the extracted variance (AVE) is always greater than 0.5 and the composite reliability value is also greater than 0.7 in all cases, which is from the average value of the extracted variance ( AVE) is also larger; Therefore, convergent validity is also confirmed. The findings of the research show that the Q2 index of dependent structures is estimated to be a positive value (greater than 0.02). Therefore, it can be concluded that the power of the model regarding the prediction of all variables is at an acceptable level. After examining the measurement and structural models, the hypotheses should be interpreted. A significance level less than 0.05 or a t-value greater than 1.96 indicates that the hypotheses are not rejected. Conclusion: in general, it can be said that the use of communication technologies on learning and media literacy It has an effect in the conservatories of one district of Isfahan city and the main hypothesis is confirmed.
