One of the main goals of constant development is to establish spatial justice in order to provide the citizens with freedom, welfare, and security. This essay takes advantage of numerical taxonomy, AHP, and Topsis techniques to study challenges of Qazvin's constant development in terms of spatial justice, and it tries to answer the following question : Is it possible to distribute indices of constant development of Qazvin's urban regions spatially ? This research has been done by using an analytical – descriptive method, and all required information has been compiled based on library sources. The analysis of taxonomy shows that six districts of Qazvin have a lower rank of development and district 9 with Fi= 0/199 ranks first. It is 3.8 times more developed than district 3 with Fi =0/759. In the urban ranking of Qazvin' s districts, district 3 with Fi = 0/762 is in a better position in terms of development indices compared with districts 1 and 2. The above mentioned results show Qazvin's constant urban development's challenges from spatial justice's point of view. Manuscript profile

The urban physical development rates werecomputed based on comparsion between the maps. In the next step, taking intoconsidration the relevant factors responsible for urban physical development potential, distance layers pertaining to distance of the city from C.BD, from main routes, fromwest ravine were determined and scaled. This is followed by calssification of land into10 brackets. The final aereage devoted to future development were computed by 1408.it is suggested that urban physical development of Andimeshk were confined to justvertical development due to preservation of agricultural lands of the city.          In our country, the issue of accommodation in big cities is turaning in to an unsolvable problem so thet the majority of low-income and working-class people are facing the incleasing crisis of poor housing . Housing problem inIran, especially in big cities, has worsened due to rise of population on one hand, and tendency towards urban life on the other hand, since 1350 (1971) . This has happened because in recent decades preparing accommodation, both in quantity and quality, has been provided less than necessary . In this essay, we will discuss and evaluate the proposed solutions by the government concerning offering subsidies to the low-income citizens. Meanwhile, we review investment policies in accommodation, and factors affecting property value. Finally, wewill analyse the role of strategic management concerning building and allocating urban accommodation. Manuscript profile

The increase of urban population and its post-effects is one of the currentproblems and difficulties of the people at the world, regional, or national scales. Therise of metropolitan of Tehran in our country has changed the urban order. Its spatialexpansion not only has created new alleys, city divisions, and new towns, but alsochanged the small and old population centers of suburban villages into theconcentrated population poles. As a result, the unique spatial order established before1335 in Tehran and its suburb, were altered due to some economic, social, and politicalactivities and all the city and its periphery were developed to an enlarged spatialorganization. This process of changes created a new form of spatial organization whichis now called "urban region", "urban complex", or "urban system". Manuscript profile

The expansion and development of urban areas have long been investigated from different approaches. One of these approaches or theories is the quantitative base of super city. According to this theory , in most of the developing countries such as Iran, the urbanization and its spatial expantionto the super city stage have happened at the expense of rural areas , has caused sever problems and challenges for the governments and landscape planners in developing a suitable and balanced spatial organization in terms of economic and social functions. As a result, the governments should develop a legitimate policy so that they can produce spatial balance in the distribution of population. According to the previous researches, the urban network of Iran lacks a balanced spatial Organization in relation to the ranked position of different sized urban areas. The small towns do not hold a legitimate position in the urban hierarchy of the country. That is, day by day the number of small towns increases while their population decreases. Therefore, it seems reasonable to present a rational policy for developing a balanced spatial urban order. This is what this study has undertaken. Manuscript profile

Urmia, the provincial city of West Azarbaijan, is considered as the tenth largest city of Iran and the second in north-west. The city of Urmia as the other large towns has experienced considerable structural changes in its traditional and old context. It is to admit that reaching a more detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the changes and the factors behind could very well help the managers and related programmers to solve the current problems of the city and be able to achieve a more healthy and sustainable city in present and future. An efficient way to understand the changes in physical body of the city is to carry out comparative study of various aerial images happily produced and archived by the national geographical organization. But one important problem that for such studies exists is the loss of coordinated and geo-referenced images which makes the comparative study particularly for a given spots and in detailed cases hard and impossible.
