Abstract :
Talent management, as a strategic system, encompasses the processes of identifying, attracting, developing, promoting, and retaining talented individuals with the aim of optimizing human resource capabilities and achieving organizational goals. The effectiveness of this system largely depends on the management styles applied within the organization. Accordingly, the present study aims to investigate the impact of various management styles on organizational performance, considering the moderating role of talent management in Bushehr Petrochemical Company. This research is cross-sectional in terms of time, descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method, and applied in terms of its objective. The statistical population consists of 180 informed managers and staff experts of the company. A simple random sampling method was employed, and based on Cochran’s formula, 123 participants were selected as the sample. Data were collected using both library (documentary) and field research methods, with a structured questionnaire as the main instrument. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed, and its reliability was verified using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The Kolmogorov–Smirnov test was used to assess the normality of data, and structural equation modeling (SEM) and path analysis were performed using Smart PLS software. The findings revealed that servant, transformational, contingency, and charismatic leadership styles have a significant impact on organizational performance. Moreover, talent management was found to have a significant moderating effect in strengthening the relationship between leadership style and organizational performance.
