Abstract :
Abstract
The present research was conducted to provide a model of QWL development for Iraqi industrial organizations in two qualitative and quantitative parts. The first part of the research was done using the grounded theory method. The first part of the research was conducted in the qualitative research framework using the grounded theory method. Based on the principle of theoretical saturation, it was done by several 18 experts in the field of study using the purposeful sampling method based on the semi-structured interview criteria. Two methods of review by two coders and review by experts who did not participate in the research, returning to the interviewees were used to measure the validity of the data. The data were analyzed through several stages of open, axial and selective coding based on Strauss and Corbin's model. The research method in the descriptive-survey quantitative part and the statistical population included all subject matter experts and specialists in the field of industrial management and human resources with an estimated number of 500 people, of which 218 people were selected as a sample size to participate in the research; were selected The results of the qualitative section with 15 general categories in the form of a paradigm model including causal conditions (complexity of the environment, human capital policies, organizational damage, organizational communication), Contextual conditions (strengthening, organizational learning, social skills), intervening conditions (opportunity, interventions interpersonal) strategies (enhancement and development, discovery and innovation, support and care) and consequences (social consequences, individual consequences) were placed.
