    The Journal of Qualitative Research in Educational Sciences (QRES) is committed to ensuring permanent access and long-term preservation of all published electronic content. All articles are archived electronically in various databases as well as in the central repository of Islamic Azad University.

    Permanent Access: The electronic versions of all published articles on the journal’s website are permanently and freely accessible.

    Indexing and External Archiving: The journal is indexed and archived in reputable national and international databases, including Magiran, Noormags, Ensani,  J-Gate and the Internet Archives. These platforms store article metadata and, in some cases, full-text versions, enhancing visibility, scholarly dissemination, and long-term digital preservation.

    Website Disruptions: In the event of any website downtime or disruption, archived versions of articles can be accessed through backup repositories and databases approved by the journal.

    Author Self-Archiving Policy: Authors are permitted and encouraged to archive the final published version of their articles on personal websites, institutional repositories, or other recognized repositories of their choice. To maintain academic integrity, authors must provide proper citation and include a link to the original article on the journal’s website.

    Commitment to Reliable Access: Through collaboration with reputable international archiving services, the journal ensures continuous and reliable access to its content.
