According to Circular No. 50260 dated October 8, 2024 of the Central Organization of Islamic Azad University, all articles submitted to the journal are subject to payment of a portion of the refereeing fees and, if accepted, are subject to the publication fee.
The refereeing and publication fee for the article, which must be paid only through the online payment portal of the journal website with the username and password of the corresponding author, is related to covering part of the costs of the refereeing and publication process of the article.
The amount of 500 thousand Tomans (the first payment for the refereeing fee for the article) must be paid after the journal management approves it and notifies the corresponding author through the site. Also, after the article is approved by the referees and editor and after the article is accepted, the amount of one million Tomans (the second payment for the publication fee) must be paid by the author.
Please refrain from making this payment before being notified through the journal website or via email.
This journal imposes no publication charges on authors originating from low-income countries or on other authors with verifiable financial constraints.
