Abstract :
This research was conducted in order to determine the rate of untimely harvesting of rapeseed (Hayola 401) in Khuzestan province, The studied parameters of harvest loss in three different times (5 days apart) in three moisture levels were 33, 17, 13%. Harvesting was done homogeneously from the surface of cultivated fields in three times and three repetitions. Comparison of the average drop in different harvesting times to determine the effect of changes in the harvesting time on the drop, one-way analysis of variance and LSD test were used. The results showed that the highest quality efficiency of the combine at 17% humidity will be 84.49% and the lowest at 33% humidity will be 13.59%. At the time of early harvest, with a humidity of 33, the percentage of rapeseed oil was 42.2, the percentage of salt was 0.022, and the amount of its acid number was 4.38%. In harvesting the seeds with 17% humidity, which was called timely harvesting, the percentage of rapeseed oil was 49.6, the percentage of salt was 0.029, and the amount of its acid number was 4.33%. However, in the late harvest at 13% humidity, the oil percentage of rape seeds was 41.2, the salt percentage was 0.042, and the acid value was 5%. By calculating the coefficient of untimely operations at harvest time, it was determined that the farmers of the region will lose 4,443,9200 Rials on each early harvest day and 2,0098,400 Rials per hectare on each late harvest day.
