Improper distribution of public services in cities causesthe formation of social problems t:Accordingly it paves the foundation for inequalities and injustice among them. On the other hand, the irreversible impact on the structure, The nature and class separation of urban areas and finally management of the cities has faced serious challenges. Due to the importance of the topic in this research evaluation of the spatial distribution of public services in three components and twenty-one items in four cities of gotvand township has been discussed. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and based on survey method. The statistical population of the research was the residents of the cities under study. In order to check the normality of the distribution of the data from the Kolmogorov-Smirnov testand in order to check the status of the research variables, the sign test was used using Spsssoftware. In the analysis of the findings, according to the results of Kolmogorov-Smirnovtest, is observed that the value of the significance level of the test is less than 0.05 in all cases. Therefore, the assumption of normality of the data is rejected. Also, the results of the sign test in the evaluation of the research variables in the cities under study show; Salehshahr city with a score of 3.02, Torkalaki city with a score of 2/69, Jannat makan city2/61 and Somaleh city has been ranked 2.53. Therefore, due to the fact that figure 3is chosen as the theoretical middle of the response of the variables, the level of satisfaction of citizens with public services, except for Salehshahr in other three cities, it does not havea good condition. The culture of a land is deeply influential on urban planning and architecture and clearly retention of basic cultural and artistic factors in buildings has left special effectiveness. Westernism, in the urban planning and architecture of the pahlavi Era is evidently outstanding as far as many changes in the plan forms are witnesses in this period. The present study is an applied study in terms of purpose and a survey study in terms of research methodology based on a questionnaire. The main aim of the research is to evaluate the relationship between cultural factors (in terms of façade and plan) in urban planning and architecture within the ahvaz city specially focusing on three icon buildings created in pahlavi period: triangular college building, silo building and the swan hotel building with an architecture related to the european modernism period. The research data are collected using a questionnaire while the cronbach’s method has been used for evaluating the reliability of this research instrument. We followed the snowball technique to determine the number and type of samples(41 experts). The data were analyzed using the Spss software and kolmogorov-smirnov (KS) test and the sign test. The results of KS test suggest that the significance level is below 0.05 in all cases; therefore, the data normality test is rejected. Also based on the Sign test, the value of 1.739 at the significance level of 0.082 for the “façade index” and the value of 1.562 at the significance levels of 0.118 for the “plan index” have not been significant for those three buildings. Both indices ,façade and plan, have been equally used when compared to the architecture of European modernism period. Manuscript profile

City parks embody regions covered with plants that capture in and around cities, with two eminent functions including temperature adjustment, weather moderation and beauty. Due to the lack of green spaces per capita and its inappropriate distribution in mashhad metropoli the current study tends to draw more attention toward evaluating and prioritizing the existing parks in the region 13th mashhad metropolis. The indicators such as Facilities, beauty, security, access, distribution-scattering, space and the use of the TOPSIS model have been discussed. The descriptive-analytical research method was based on field survey with emphasis on the practical aspect and data collection. The results of the research findings show; among the 13 parks in the samen region of mashhad metropolis; the only park is omurshahr that its desirability and quality indicators have been upgraded to some extent. Also, the results of the TOPSIS model indicate that the park of the Amurshahr with score 0/993, shahid fahmideh park with score 0/773, mir park 0/625 places the highest. Eidgah alley with score 0/240 and javidan park 0/185 and bah al-tolieh park 0/140 have the lowest quality and desirability. Manuscript profile

Nowadays, in most developed countries, sustainability has been developed as a guiding principle in the framework of sustainability discourse in urban planning and policies. Urban livability and the right to the city are concepts related to sustainable development and social justice in cities and are effective in creating healthy, dynamic and just cities. While introducing livability and the right to the city as a dominant approach in urban planning in the contemporary world, this article has examined its theoretical origins, influential views and theoretical-experimental literature, its dimensions, and indicators. In terms of the fundamental-theoretical goal and its data, this research has been provided by the library- document method. Considering the wide range of topics and explanatory approaches available in this field, in this research, only those researches that have more relevance to the current research topic have been examined. Then, the theories of henri lefebvre and the theory of kevin lange, marcuse, tovey fenster, harvey, etc., as well as supporting concepts close to livability such as sustainable development, healthy city, neo-urbanism, smart growth and compact city have been examined. The findings of the article show that according to today's conditions, in most cities of the world there is a general agreement about the importance and necessity of recognizing, analyzing and explaining urban livability and the right to the city in various dimensions, but there is no consensus of opinion about the definition, standards and indicators. The most important reason for this can be seen in the direct dependence of this concept on the spatial and temporal conditions, and most importantly, the socio-economic and management background of the target community. The emergence of human settlements, especially villages, has been based on suitable natural factors. In the world today, the gap between the findings of the humanities and their ability is increasingly growing day by day to protect people's lives and properties and the fury of nature continues to wreak havoc. Sciences themselves also contribute to the increase of these risks to some extent and new forms of danger with new effects which is caused by improper use of technology. The role of geomorphology studies and preparation of geomorphology maps are vividly important not only in rural construction but in most cases in making decisions that leads to the preparation of rural development plans. Geomorphological factors and the influence of morphogenic phenomena are forgotten and not taken into consideration. In the shadow of such studies, stable and unstable lands and their instability methods are determined with effective mechanisms .The present study examines and evaluates the settlement of 2793 rural places in connection with faults in Kermanshah province. In order to investigate these factors, accurate and powerful GIS software was used to produce and analyze maps. During this process, first the base maps were prepared, then the distribution of settlements was analyzed in relation to the fault layer and the correlation test (pearson's type) was used to determine the degree of correlation between natural factors and the distribution of settlements. The results of the correlation coefficient method show that there is a significant and strong relationship between the natural factor of the fault and the distribution of settlements in the studied area, and the distribution of the studied rural settlements is regular in relation to the environmental-ecological capabilities and limitations.
