        The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of information technology on the development of human resources of the Ports and Maritime Organization. The statistical population of this research consists of 176 human resources experts from the Ports and Maritime Organization and other ports affiliated with this organization. The researcher used a questionnaire as a tool to collect research data and used a descriptive and analytical approach to achieve the goals of the research. In this research, SPSS software was used for data analysis. The findings of the study show that the factor of management skill with an average of 4.653, the factor of the quality of employee performance with an average of 4.519, the factor of the speed of employee performance with an average of 4.348 and the factor of organizational communication with an average of 4.105 ranks first to fourth respectively the highest average They got it from the eyes of the experts. Also, according to the Pearson coefficients obtained regarding the variables of the research, the effect of information technology on all 4 categories of human resources development factors in ports and maritime organizations and the significant relationship between information technology on the factors of managerial skills, quality of employee performance, speed of employee performance and communication in The organization was approved.         Despite many advances in identifying insurance frauds, the cost caused by these frauds is still increasing for insurance companies. This research seeks to identify and prioritize insurance frauds and violations and the antecedents affecting them in the field of supplementary medical insurance (Dana insurance of Sistan and Baluchistan province). The method of this study is exploratory in the first stage of data collection and survey in the second stage of data collection. The required data and information have been collected first through library studies and interviews, and then through questionnaires appropriate to each part. The questionnaires were analyzed based on the traditional fuzzy Delphi method. In order to identify the frauds and violations of supplementary medical insurances and related antecedents, 16 experts in this field were identified non-randomly and their opinions were asked. The results were analyzed using SPSS and Excel software. The results of this research showed that in order to prevent insurance frauds and violations, insurance companies can identify the most important causes of violations by carefully validating agents and customers, increase human resources, create points for agents without violations, and determine strict rules in the insurance industry to reduce Fraud and violations in insurance companies can help.         The purpose of this study was to identify new dimensions of critical thinking and spiritual intelligence of employees of the Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran. This research was conducted through meta-analysis. For this purpose, after searching databases in the period 1980 to 2022, 38 studies that directly examined the subject of critical thinking and spiritual intelligence of employees of the organization entered the analysis stage. Selected studies for coding were entered into MAXQDA software. After the coding process, 60 distinct codes were identified. From the identified codes; Interest in having good information (18%), awareness of opportunities to use critical thinking (16%), identification of common ideas in selected areas (13%), trust in logical search process (10%), and honesty in dealing with individual biases and prejudices (9%) were the most important in terms of the number of citations in research terms, respectively. In the next step, the codes were divided into 16 themes and finally into 4 concepts (intellectual initiative, cognitive maturity, problem-solving skills, spiritual intelligence). Achieving a comprehensive model with a hybrid method is one of the innovations of this research that can be a model for other researchers. Manuscript profile
