In the present paper, the main purpose is determining of the natural frequencies and mode shapes of cover clutch of Peugeot 405. Finally, investigated effect of temperature on the vibration behavior of cover clutch by using ANSYS Workbench software. Thus, obtained first twelve natural frequencies and its mode shapes at room temperature. After that calculated first twelve natural frequencies of cover clutch at different temperatures (maximum 300C) and computed with each other.the maximum word of my abstract is 72 words. please accept it. The purpose of this article is to predict the number cycle of fracture on the different thicknesses of the warm galvanizing coating on plated parts using the micron scale. For this study, the abovementioned coating with the thickness of 13 & 19 were coated on standard specimens who were made of CK45 steel under the same conditions. Then, the S-N curve of each sample was attained empirically according to the standard fatigue testing. Using these results, the constant coefficient of statistical fatigue on the parts was calculated. The k ratio was also calculated according to the thickness of warm galvanizing coating using the two methods of Lagrange and Neville Interpolation and finally we offered an equation by which we can estimate the required cycles of fracture by knowing the thickness of coating with each specified stress under fatigue phenomenon. The calculated results significantly corresponded to experimental results. To ensure the accuracy of the research, the results of the two methods were compared with one another. Manuscript profile

Creation and propagation of crack is unwanted. It occurred because of a lot of things for example periodic force on specimen, elongation due welding, defect and hole due casting, thermal stress and so on. Although changing a part of structure is time consuming and need more money, finding a method to repair is very useful. For example in aerospace engineering and metal structure study repair of crack is very important that it has been studied for long time with kind of method. In this first represent kind of prevent of crack and restoration crack. After that report best method for each category (metal, plastics and …). Manuscript profile

In the present paper, the main purpose is estimated path of crack growth under multi-axial loading. So, used plate with a center rectangular notch that has an initial crack with 5 mm length and 〖-55〗^°angle. At the First, has been obtained stress intensity factors of failure mode I and II by using ABAQUS software. Next has been calculated equivalent stress intensity factor and estimated path of crack growth by using the maximum environmental stress method. This trend has been continued to finish failure. In this paper, the main purpose is the calculation of mass transfer due to road roughness in different maneuvers including of the vehicle accelerating and braking. To achieve this goal, the damping model of a full car for 10 degrees of freedom, based on the vibrations in MATLAB software was Simulated. Vertical displacement of the wheels on uneven roads based on ISO classification at a constant speed of 70 km per hour and the general direction of the vehicle was 1,000 meters. The following, using inverse dynamics analysis in MATLAB Simulink, the forces acting on each wheel of the vehicle during various maneuvers was obtained. Finally, using of force histories resulting in the wheels of to cross the road roughness, as well as accelerating and braking, rate of mass transfer from back to front in the braking maneuver and rate of mass transfer from the front to the rear of the vehicle in the accelerating maneuvers was obtained. In the present paper, the main purpose is study of the vibration behavior of vehicle body and its passengers due to road roughness during constant acceleration motion. In order to achieve this goal has been used a quarter model of sedan vehicle for both front and rear wheel. In this way, a quarter model of sedan vehicle with constant velocity and also accelerating motion on road of class D, according to ISO8606 standard, has been simulated by utilizing the finite element software. Thus, has been obtained applied forces to vehicle body during accelerating motion and also road roughness for both front and rear wheel. Manuscript profile
