Abstract :
, because the high commitment of employees is one of the influential factors in increasing their productivity. Is. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of destructive leadership on occupational depression and the arousal of employees' behaviors in the workplace with the role of charismatic leadership as a moderator in crisis situations. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of the nature and form of implementation. The statistical population of this research includes 150 active employees in the headquarters department of the South Aluminum Industries complex, which is a sample of 108 people using Morgan's table to collect information from standard questionnaires (destructive leadership, flowery leadership), (charismatic leadership, Kanger and Kanango), (deviant behavior, Mulaki employees) and (occupational depression, Chen and Kao) were used. The validity of the research questionnaire was confirmed using the method of content and construct validity. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was also used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire. Structural equation modeling technique and Smart Pls software were used to test the hypotheses. The results of this analysis showed that destructive leadership has a significant effect on occupational depression, but it does not have a significant effect on deviant behaviors. Charismatic leadership has a significant effect on occupational depression and deviant behaviors of employees. Destructive leadership has a significant effect on job depression and deviant behaviors of employees by using the variable role of charismatic leadership.
