Analyzing the mediating role of social capital in explaining the relationship between the good character of managers and general social policies of Farman Imam executive headquarters using structural equation modeling.

Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to investigate the mediating role of social capital in explaining the relationship between the good character of managers and general social policies. This research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in nature (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical sample of the qualitative part was made up of 22 university professors, experts and senior managers of Farman Imam's executive head quarters .The required data were collected through semi-structured interviews with them and analyzed based on thematic analysis technique. The statistical population of the quantitative part of the research was also formed by the experts and managers of the executive staff of Farman Imam (RA), according to Cohen's table, 191 of them Simple random sampling was chosen as the members of the statistical sample and the required data was collected from them by a researcher-made questionnaire extracted from the qualitative part of the research .Data analysis was done through structural equation modeling with the help of Smart PLS software. The findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between the good character of managers and general social policies and social capital. Besides, the good character of managers can have an indirect effect on the general social policies of the organization through the mediating role of social capital.
