Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of manager coaching on staff training and motivation. This research is an applied research in terms of purpose and is in the category of causal research. The study population consisted of operational managers in small and medium companies in Arak, which was used for sampling Cochran's formula, then with the confirmation of validity by experts in small and medium companies and university professors and the reliability of the questionnaire with Data were collected using Cronbach's alpha test. Using structural equation modeling test (path analysis) with the help of LISREL software to analyze the hypotheses. The results indicate the positive effect of organizational training variables, skills and competencies of managers, compensation system and services on human resource motivation and also the positive effect of variables of skills and competencies of managers and compensation system and services on employee empowerment.Keywords: coaching, employee motivation, training, small and medium companies.
