Abstract :
Policy implementation is seen as an integrated set of interaction processes between goal setting and action to achieve goals, and they believe that implementation should not be separate from formulation and the biggest problem in policy implementation is ignoring specific arrangements at the stage. They suggest formation. There are many factors that can help in the implementation of policies, among which we can mention the evolution, requirements, quality dimensions and principles of total quality management. To collect data from six researcher-made questionnaires, the evolution of quality , Quality requirements and principles of total quality management and quality dimensions, insurance lines of the Social Security Organization based on the 5-point Likert scale have been used. The statistical population of this study is two groups of experts and all employees of the General Department of Social Security of Kerman province. SPSS and AMOS software were used to analyze the data. The results showed quality evolution, quality requirements and principles of total quality management and quality dimensions. Each of them has a significant and direct relationship with the implementation of the insurance policies of the Social Security Organization.
