Study the effectiveness of the curriculum content of Bachelor and Master Degree courses on community their job needs (Case Study: Applied Physics syllabus content)

Abstract :
The purpose of recent article was to consider the consequences of the effectiveness of the curriculum content of bachelor and master degree of Applied Physics on one of the most important needs of society, such as Graduates unemployment of these courses. This study examines the relationship between the scientific and practical experiences of these graduates who have received university curriculum in the universities of the country and has addressed the needs of the community. The research method is descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of all graduates of these courses from universities around the country in the academic year of 2012-2013. They were selected by random sampling of 50 people. The instrument used in the research was a structured interview and a standard job satisfaction questionnaire, which was performed on the sample. Using descriptive statistics, the results of the interview and the questionnaire were examined. Research findings show that the content of these courses cannot meet the needs of the community and need to be reviewed.
