The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of Positive Psychotherapy with Islamic approach based on Balance Selection on Quality of Life, Happiness, Life Satisfaction of women referred to counseling centers of Tehran psychological organizations. In this study, 42 subjects of married women referring to counseling centers of the Psychological Organization were randomly selected and divided into three groups of 14 each. The three questionnaires were SWLS for life satisfaction, SF-36 for quality of life, and Oxford questionnaire was given to the clients as pre-test and post-test. The control group received only pre-test and post-test without any intervention; the experimental groups were trained in a 12-session positive-balance method using an Islamic approach based on balance selection. After a few months, tests were repeated in two experimental groups to evaluate the reliability of treatment. The results of the comparisons indicated that the psychotherapy based on the positivist approach compared with the control group significantly increased the participants' scores on the scales of quality of life, happiness and satisfaction. Participants of the Islamic approach based on balance selection compared with the control group also showed a significant increase in scores of Quality of Life (p and happiness .There was a significant difference between the scores of the participants in the Islamic approach group based on the balance selection, and control in the follow-up and the satisfaction scores of the women in the Islamic approach group from the post-test to the follow-up significantly increased. AbstractChoosing a spouse for both a man and a woman is a new and crucial stage, so it should not be superficial in this case, but careful attention, careful consideration and careful consultation are needed. The purpose of this study was to validate the twelve component risk-taking components of marriage. . The research design was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the present study, all couples in Tehran, 300 (150 women and 150 men) were selected as sample by available sampling method, which were referred to the clinic.The research tool was a twelve questionnaire on risk aversion in marriage. The reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha and its validity using exploratory factor analysis (with principal components and varimax rotation) and confirmatory factor analysis. The exploratory factor analysis of twelve components of premarital injury (α = 0.93), instability of marriage pattern (α = 0.83), escape from the marital system (α = 0.82), main difference of couples (α = 0.85) , Possible marital events injury (α = 0.80), factors related to the main family (α = 0.77), presence of problematic elements in marriage (α = 0.77), premarital immobility experience (α = 0.71) , Marriage of marital healing factor (α = 0.73), presence of troublesome members in marriage (α = 0.52), place of residence and issues in marriage (α = 0.58), and individual differences (α = 0.46) ) Showed. Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the twelve-factor model. Cronbach's alpha was 0.96. That is the responsibility of man's relationship with his fellow human beings and nature is balanced. Objective: This study Construction and standardization of scale is the responsibility of the citizens of Tehran. Methods: This descriptive survey. The population consisted of residents of district 14 in Tehran. Of these 240 samples, were selected by convenience sampling method and then distribute the questionnaire, content validity, reliability exploratory and confirmatory factor was used. The results of exploratory responsibility in the five components of self-worth, self-control, realism, commitment and self-named. The analysis also confirm the fit indices were relatively favorable. Cronbach's alpha was used to calculate the reliability responsibility scale that 0/91, for the first of 0/61, the second of 0/67, the third factor of 0/52, the fourth factor 0/82 and the fifth factor 0/75 respectively.
