Abstract :
The aim of the present study is to design a qualitative model for organizational disclosure in order to reduce corruption in Tehran's medical universities. This research was conducted qualitatively using two methods: content analysis and Delphi analysis. The statistical population consisted of 12 academic experts and university professors who were selected through snowball sampling. The data were analyzed using MAXQDA software and 71 key components were identified in 9 factors. These factors include four factors related to organizational disclosure, two factors related to disclosure methods, and three factors related to disclosure barriers. The findings show that various factors affect organizational disclosure and that achieving a consensus among experts can help improve the disclosure process and, as a result, reduce corruption in organizations.
