Abstract :
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to explain electronic human resources management based on artificial intelligence (case study: military hospitals). According to the nature, topic and goals for which this research is planned, this research is of analytical type and is among foundation data researches, and in terms of the method of data collection, it is a qualitative method because qualitative research tools are used to collect the required data. MAXQDA software was used to analyze the data in this research. According to the findings of the research, the extracted codes from the interviewees' point of view for the electronic human resources management variable are: organizational integrity, personal feedback, communication with the supervisor, knowledge acquisition, information distribution, information interpretation, organizational memory. The results showed that among the above components according to the interview conducted by organizational integrity experts with an average of 3.63, the information interpretation component has the lowest priority among the components of electronic human resource management based on artificial intelligence in military hospitals with an average of 3.06.
