The subject of this research is the modeling of organizational virtue with the Mic Mak method and the structural equation approach in the Ministry of Keshavarzi Jahad, with the aim of validating the proposed research model. The method of conducting the current research is fundamental and exploratory, and the statistical population of the research in the qualitative phase is 12 experts and in the quantitative phase, the experts of the Ministry of Jihad of Agriculture with a sample of 382 people, which was created by the researcher using a 93-item questionnaire. has been answered and the validity and reliability of the tool has also been measured and confirmed. In this research, the fuzzy Delphi technique and interpretive structural modeling and path analysis methods were used in Micmac, SPSS and SmartPLS software to test the research hypotheses. Based on the results in the qualitative section, the research pattern according to the output of the Atlas T software, includes 1 comprehensive theme, 7 organizing themes and 24 basic themes. Based on the results of the power of influence and degree of dependence (Mik-Mak output), the variable of responsibility was recognized as the most influential (high influence and independent) variable, and horizon opening as the most influential variable (low influence and dependence). Also, the results of structural equation modeling and partial least squares technique showed that all factor loadings were higher than 0.3 and the model was confirmed with 95% confidence.
