Documenting the experiences of managers of the Center for Applied Scientific Education of Welfare and Social Security in Bushehr Province; Antecedents and consequence

Abstract :
The present study was conducted with the aim of examining the pattern of documenting experiences in the applied scientific education center of welfare and social security in Bushehr province using a survey-type descriptive research method. The statistical population included all the managers of the Applied Scientific Training Center of the Social Security Organization of Bushehr Province in 1401, and the sample size was determined using random sampling and Cochran's formula to be 108 people. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used for analysis using Smart PLS 3 software. The findings showed that the causal conditions (motivation of employees; attention to the needs of employees; training; meritocracy; empowerment) have a positive and significant effect on the documentation of managers' experiences in the applied scientific training center of the Social Security Organization of Bushehr province, but motivation has a significant effect on the documentation of managers' experiences. does not have. Also, background conditions have a positive and significant effect on the documentation of managers' experiences in the social security organization of Bushehr province, but the organizational climate does not have a significant effect on the documentation of managers' experiences. The results also showed that intervening conditions (traditional management styles, managers' resistance) have a negative and significant effect on the documentation of managers' experiences in the Social Security Organization of Bushehr province, but the traditional structure and work engagement did not have a significant effect on the documentation of experiences. The findings of the research also showed that the background conditions (trust-based organizational communication) have a positive and significant effect on the strategies of documenting the experiences of managers in the social security organization of Bushehr province,
