        The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of corporate foresight on innovation in start-ups businesses. This research is applied in terms of purpose and it is descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population is senior executives of startups. A researcher-made questionnaire based on theoretical literature was used for data collection. Hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling approach and Smart PLS software. The results of this study indicate that corporate foresight has a positive impact on innovation. The positive impact of corporate foresight on organizational learning and technology roadmapping was also confirmed. The analysis of the impact of mediating variables also showed that corporate foresight impacts innovation through organizational learning and technology roadmapping. Finally, the moderating impact of organizational support in relation among technology roadmapping and organizational innovation, and the moderating impact of integrative capabilities in relation between corporate foresight and organizational learning were also confirmed.         Background: Globalization or in other words globalization are two descriptions of a process situation that has increasingly fostered the diversity of various social, political, cultural and economic institutions and structures. Meanwhile, the competitiveness of the economy in the field of knowledge has also fueled the globalization of universities. Objective: To study the status of globalization indicators of Iran University of Medical Sciences based on futures studies. Methods: The type of research is based on applied-developmental goal and in terms of nature and analytical-exploratory method. The method of data collection in this research is library studies (receipts and documents) and field studies (questionnaires and interviews). In terms of the nature of the research, the present study is a qualitative exploratory study. Results: Studies showed that the status of indicators in Iran University of Medical Sciences is completely in line with the components of globalization of the university system. 13.33% believed that the first situation is somewhat true. 9 people who make up 60% of the experts believe that to some extent and 4 people who make up 26.67% of the experts believe that the educational technology in Iran University of Medical Sciences is strongly organized in the direction of being local and regional. Conclusion: The results of the study of these indicators have shown that from the perspective of experts, the prioritization of these indicators has been as follows; The structure of the educational system is resources and manpower, knowledge structure, educational content, educational technology and external environment.         صنایع نیروگاهی از جمله صنایع مادر می باشند که انجام R&D با دیدگاه آینده نگر بدلیل تغییرات سریع تکنولوژی های آن، امری حیاتی است. از طرفی به دلیل تنوع و حجم بالای R&D، بخشی از R&D در داخل زنجیره تامین این صنایع صورت می گیرد. در نهایت موفقیت محصولات نیروگاهی به شدت وابسته به همکاری های موجود و آتی موفق R&D در زنجیره تامین می باشد. گروه مپنا به عنوان تولید کننده محصولات نیروگاهی، در راستای کسب مزیت رقابتی و حضور در بازارهای جهانی نیازمند توسعه همکاری های R&D در زنجیره تامین خود با رویکردی آینده نگر می باشد. از آنجا که پژوهشی در این خصوص صورت نگرفته است، هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت همکاری های R&D در زنجیره تامین گروه مپنا می باشد.. این پژوهش از حیث هدف کاربردی و از نوع روش توصیفی پیمایشی می باشد. عوامل موثر بر همکاری های تحقیق و توسعه در زنجیره تامین از مرورادبیات و نظر خبرگان زنجیره تامین استخراج شده و پرسشنامه تایید شده در جامعه خبرگان گروه مپنا توزیع و نتایج با روش های تحلیل عاملی تاییدی با معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار PLS مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. در این پژوهش8 عامل کلیدی موفقیت در همکاری های R&D به همراه 25 شاخص شناسایی و تاییدگردید. بر اساس (ANP)، الویت اول عامل راهبری یکپارچه زنجیره تامین ، الویت دوم هوشمندی تکنولوژی و عوامل ویژگی شرکا، مدیریت تامین کنندگان، مدیریت مالی، مدیریت R&D ، تعهدات قانونی و مدیریت IT به ترتیب در الویتهای بعدی قرار گرفته اند.         The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the factors and variables which can influence on international competitiveness of food industry companies in Khuzestan province. This research is an applied, descriptive and correlational research, and the futures research approach is performed for it. Research hypotheses have been achieved from a qualitative stage that uses theories and experiences of food industry experts. The data required to test the hypotheses were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of this research consists of business, marketing and export managers of Khuzestan food industry companies, which are sufficiently familiar with market and industry conditions and specifications of foreign buyers. The number of these experts was 250. Using a Georgian and Morgan formula and cluster sampling method, a sample of 157 people has been selected. The validity of the questionnaire was verified by referring to a prototype and its reliability was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha. The research results indicate that 8 factors including the cost of products, product quality, to have advanced technology in company, the presence of expert human resource, efficient marketing management, to have famous brands in the company, high quality packaging, and easy access to high quality materials can have effect on creating an effective competitive advantage for food industry companies of Khuzestan Province. The composition and characteristics of the team and its relevance to the stage of work in which they are and expect to reach in the future, are among the most important components of the success of these companies. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact and appropriateness of characteristics and team composition on the future success and growth of knowledge-based and technology companies in different stages of business. Findings of this research are of applied type; In terms of data collection, it was the quality-data of the foundation, the data of which were collected and analyzed from semi-structured and in-depth interviews with 21 entrepreneurs in this field in Khorasan Razavi province. The results show that the composition and characteristics of the team and its relevance to the stage of work in which they are, are among the most important components of the success of these companies, so identifying team characteristics and the impact of team dynamics and using a dual power mechanism on The success of start-ups and technology companies is crucial.         Eliminating paper electricity bills is an important step towards reducing costs and environmental pollutants, providing accurate, fast, and efficient services, honoring customers, and consolidating and expanding e-government goals. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of eliminating paper bills (National Green Bills Plan) on achieving the goals of e-government with emphasis on foresight in the electricity company . The present study is descriptive-correlational in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the present study consisted of employees of electricity departments of West Azerbaijan province in 2020, whose number was 720 people who were selected through cluster random sampling; That number was 251 people. In order to check the validity for the researcher-made questionnaire of the National Green Bill Plan, the content validation method was used which was attended by 6 university professors in the field of management and for the standard e-government questionnaire, face validity was used.Cronbach's alpha was used for reliability, so that Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the variables of the national green bill plan and the achievement of e-government goals were equal to 0.866 and 0.892, respectively. The results of the reliability study for all dimensions were reported to be greater than 0.7. SPSS software was used for data analysis. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the implementation of elimination of paper bills (National Green Bill Plan) has a positive and significant effect on the realization of e-government goals with emphasis on foresight Electricity Company.         Background: In the current difficult economic conditions, the need for it is felt more than ever in society, to address the basic category of entrepreneurship.Objective: The present study presents an effective model of entrepreneurship education in the manufacturing industry.Methods: This research has been done with a mixed approach in two parts: qualitative and quantitative. In this study, the researcher collected the required data by conducting in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 15 experts, specialists and professors of entrepreneurship in the country's universities.Results: The results showed that a total of 16 main components (macro category) and 84 subcomponents (subcategory) were presented and summarized. Based on this, the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education as a central category based on the causal conditions of curriculum design, educational needs assessment, learner readiness, strengthening underlying skills and strengthening social relationships and through educational policy strategies in promoting entrepreneurship, training targeting, participatory management And research and development in the field of entrepreneurship and by considering the allocation of resources and equipment, monitoring and evaluation of the course, entrepreneurial atmosphere and flexible and multifaceted evaluation is achieved as a model and leads to increased individual creativity, increased productivity and risk courage.
