The impact of sustainable finance on business risk resilience with the mediating role of risk management infrastructures in small and medium companies in Tehran

Abstract :

In today's competitive world, financing is one of the most important actions of any organization, and many businesses are out of the competitive cycle due to the inability to provide sustainable finance. A business can guarantee its survival in today's complex environment when it manages commercial risks and financial risks in addition to obtaining financial resources. The general purpose of this research is to determine the impact of sustainable finance on business risk resilience with the mediating role of risk management infrastructure in small and medium-sized companies in Tehran. The research method is based on the objective, applied, and in terms of the implementation method, it is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of the current study includes employees and managers of small and medium businesses in Tehran, and a sample of 278 people was selected and a questionnaire was used to collect information. After verifying the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, structural equation modeling was used in Smart PLS software to analyze the information and test the hypotheses, and the results show that sustainable finance has a significant impact on commercial risk resilience and risk management infrastructure. Also, the results showed that risk management infrastructure has a significant impact on commercial risk resilience, and finally, the results of the Sobel test showed that risk management infrastructure has a mediating role in the impact of sustainable finance on commercial risk resilience.
