In order to collect the statistical sample, purposive sampling method was used and based on the Cochran formula, 108 financial, marketing, and middle managers in the Pishva Industrial Park of Tehran were selected for the statistical population of the study. The library method was used to collect theoretical foundations and background of the research; and then the field method was used to collect data; and the questionnaire used in the research is from the study of Al-Namir et al. (2021). The data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS and PLS software. The research findings show that risk management has a direct and significant effect on all three dimensions of organizational performance (financial, non-financial, and environmental). Also, risk management also affects organizational performance indirectly and through strengthening innovation in the business model. Innovation in the business model acts as a strong mediating mechanism and improves organizational performance in all dimensions.
