    Publication Ethics 

     1-   The Chairperson and the Editorial Board of  are committed to observing conducts of scientific publishing as outlined in the guidelines of COPE which is also to be observed by contributing author(s) and all others involved in the compilation of the manuscript.

    2-   Peer-review process of the manuscripts submitted to  is carried out without regard to race, gender, religious and political beliefs of the author(s).

    3-  Regulations pertaining to publication and preservation of   rights

    4- All information pertaining to the authors submitted to   the editorial      board, shall remain confidential.

    Responsibilities of the reviewers:

    1-      Assistance to the Editorial Board in the decision –making process: reviewers should take part in the scientific evaluation and cooperate with the Board to improve and enhance the quality of the manuscript content.

    2-       Selected reviewers, upon receipt of the manuscript, should inform the Editor of their decision to whether a) decline to review the manuscript since the research may not be in the domain of the referee b) delay the review process due to other pressing activities.

    3-      Confidentiality of the manuscript information should be observed by the reviewer.

    4-      The review process should be carried out with sound reasoning and documentation. All judgement based on personal, racial, religious preferences must strictly be avoided.

    5-      References should be cross-checked within the manuscript.

    6-      The review of all manuscripts which may carry conflict of interest for the reviewer in any form should be rejected.

     

    Responsibilities of the authors:

    1-      Author(s) are invited to submit manuscripts which comply with the standards set ; hence, precise reporting of the data in the form of tables, graphs etc. is encouraged. Accurate citation of data from other published articles is an important requirement while unethical, racial, religious and personal comments and report of scientific data without referencing to the source should strictly be avoided. Fabrication, manipulation, and falsification of data is prohibited.

    2-      Submission of all raw data, questionnaires, and other means of scientific data accumulation may be required. Access to this form of data (in compliance with ALPSP-STM) helps in better evaluation process.

    3-      The originality of the Manuscripts submitted to DVB, should be the original work of author(s) and other data should be accurately referenced.

    4-      Concurrent submission of a manuscript to both DVB and other journals is strictly prohibited.

    5-      References to books, other articles and websites should follow the guidelines of DVB.

     

    Corresponding author(s) should be made reference to while mention of unrelated co-author(s) in the manuscript has to be avoided. Design and of experiments, participation in the laboratory experiments and preparation of the manuscript is some of the responsibility of the corresponding author(s). Furthermore, corresponding author(s) ensure that all co-authors are in full agreement with the contents of the submitted manuscript.

    Manuscripts dealing with any experimental work on humans or animals should meet the relevant regulations or requirements imposed by the institutional or governmental authorities: Experiments with animals must abide by the authors’ institutional guidelines.

     

    Financial support for the scientific work leading to the manuscript compilation should be acknowledged.

     

    Error in reporting of data should be corrected or in instances, it is advised that the manuscript be retracte
