Abstract :

Development and develop mentality has been one of the most important topics inall dimensions in recent years and human societies with the entire facilities want oachieve this goal .Cultural development is among the in indicators of development inwhich different organizations and institutions operate. NGO are among the nongovernmentalorganizations which have been effective in developing culturaldevelopment of societies especially in globalization era. These NGO have been ableto solve many of the problems for achieving cultural development. in this article,attempt is made to examine the status of non- governmental organizations and theirrole in cultural development in globalization era and the challenges which theseorganizations face
