The relationship between strategic human resource plans and job innovation Study A (Case Study: Jahad- Agriculture Organization of Khouzestan province)

Abstract :
Introduction and Objective: Organizations need motivation and ability of human capital for creation the innovative ideas,develop innovative ways and create new opportunities for their improvement.This study was conducted to investigate the relationships between strategic human resource plans (staffing, training, participation, performance appraisal and compensation) and job innovation in Jahad- Agriculture Organization of Khouzestan province. Method: Regarding the research objective, it is an applied research and It is considered as a "descriptive - correlation " research based on data collection methodology. Using random sampling, 128 employees of the mentioned organization were selected and data were collected.Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and regression technique by SPSS 19 software. Findings: There was a significant positive correlation between strategic human resource palans and job innovation. Also there was significant relationship between the dimensions of strategic human resource practices and organizational innovation (p<0.05). The multiple regression analysis indicated that staffing, participation, performance appraisal and compensation are significant predictors of job innovation. Conclusions: Strategic human resource plans including staffing, training, participation, performance appraisal and compensation, positively explains the organizational innovation and can influence the attitudes and behaviors of employees and create job innovation.
